What do you like best about the product?
i like that i can send multiple emails, event thousands of emails in just one click! And when a contact responses, the sequences automatically stop and I can take over manually. It's great that the responses come directly to my email. Plus I can also send newsletters, attach documents etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it might be a bit expensive, however if you are a big corporation, the cost is not insane and actually brings back a huge return on investment. Worth investing, for sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving problems such as mass emailing, following up, sending reminders etc. - things that normally would have taken hours or even days to do manually. Another awesome feature is keeping track of all the communication with each contact. Imagine having 50,000 contacts?
Incredible Learning Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I personally liked the tasks along the way as you learn. For me, learning is more than just watching/ listening. I need to be engaged and while it made the experience a lot longer than I expected, it was totally helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I loved the tasks but some of them asked me to create a new campaign and now as I use the CRM, these silly fake tasks that I had to make are still in there. I feel like they should be deleted once the certification is complete!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot, like many CRM's, allows you to completely engage with your customers and with the masterminds behind the screen. I think it is incredible that there are learning materials like this that are accessible at any point. I am learning something new every day!

Set the time aside and do as many certifications AS POSSIBLE!

What do you like best about the product?
The automation with workflows, sequencing, general emails and social. Once you get the hang of it it’s all so so easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you didn’t need to raise a ticket for support and you could just ring a number. Also, the marketing emails sometimes get caught in junk boxes and you have to add a footer for the company address which I don’t like having.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining nurture and follow up. Reporting on lead source and referral. We can see the full journey of a customer right from the start with hubspot.

Easy Sales + Marketing Automation
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it makes automation simple and that they offer training on different tactics or skills to help you utilize the software while learning more. I have used many different CRM/marketing tools and HubSpot is by far the best for integrating sales and marketing. The email integration and notes functions for contacts is top notch and allows you to see in real-time what your contacts are doing with emails and web pages. From the time savings to the ease of use it makes it so streamlined. I would recommend HubSpot to anyone out there looking to switch to a better system. Or if you're on the fence, just check out some of their free training - it will give you an inside look at how in-depth and comprehensive the program is.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be overwhelming at first as there are a lot of options and a lot of ways to integrate a campaign. The real trick is to just play with it for a bit to understand how best to use the functionality to suit your company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automation and workflows of emails are lightyears ahead of the competition and streamline so many efforts! Additionally, the analytics about open rates and other marketing management keeps the team from spending extra time compiling the data. HubSpot's dashboards give you a great snapshot right when you log in and help you understand what has been happening and what is most successful. From this data they can help you make better informed decisions about your marketing!

What do you like best about the product?
has powerful tools for creating email scale advertising projects and campaigns, a sales software that saves me time and helps me get deeper insight into prospects, automate tasks, and close business faster a service software that helps me connect with my customers effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is continuously updated, its panels are not as solid as a stand-alone solution, although with continuous updating they are being transformed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With HubSpot, I know who is interested in the products and services of the company ECommerce Partners, I can see who is visiting the website in real time, how often and which pages they are most interested in, I write a sequence of personalized emails and reminders, I set a delivery schedule and track my inbox automatically, when they open an email, click on a link or download an attachment, it registers and I am notified instantly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Hubspot for campaigns, newsletters and advertising and marketing projects, analyze costs, organize ideas, track and automate emails for all types of companies and people who want to grow their profits and advertise their products.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that this tool allows me to manipulate my publications in social networks, the analysis behind all pages, link the expense paid, look at competitors and send all their emails from the same tool, workflows are very visual and easy to understand and configure, the lists are intuitive and you can make beautiful emails on your platform, it also has a well-designed and intuitive user interface, which I found easy to navigate from the beginning.
What do you dislike about the product?
I consider that HubSpot is a very complete tool, all its functions adapt very well to all my needs, I only have good comments towards this software, I have nothing bad to mention towards HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helped me significantly with email marketing, I have also managed to produce a workload that would not be humanly possible without the HubSpot tools, with this software I now have a better control of all my products.

If you are looking to take all your tools to one place, then HubSpot is the one for you, with this software you can have better control of all your activities, it is the best marketing management tool you can find.
Good tool for network management
What do you like best about the product?
I can use it in conjunction with other applications for the creation and management of forms for clients. It helps me maintain order and administration in general terms for my company.
I used to use another similar one but I switched to this one as it is much more complete than the previous one, the email marketing campaigns are very good and customizable. I was able to import my contacts and synchronize them completely with the application, which saved me a lot of time and effort.
I like the analytical reports it provides, very accurate and complete, before I had to do them manually and thanks to this application I only have to create a customized one.
It allows me to track my sales very precisely, something that other applications do not do.

It is a bit expensive and the best features are paid, they should release more free features to encourage users to try them and invest in the application.
They must add more payment methods to invest in the application, such as bank deposits or transfers.
A window to compare my statistics with those of the competition is necessary, they should add it in the future, it would greatly improve the application.

Now tracking sales, email campaigns, and reports is much easier with the application. Before, it had to be done manually, now I just have to enter the application.
Very Good Marketing Automation Software
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot's marketing software is very easy to learn and use for users of all skill levels. There are enough options to help build more custom solutions, and if you involve a developer the templates that can be setup are easy enough for non-technical users to learn. There are many integrations with 3rd party apps and the native integrations are very easy to setup and maintain. There is also a very good, organized, and active user community that you can discuss and share ideas with about how to get more out of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are a free user it is definitely very limiting so a paid subscription is a must. Also, the platform still feels targeted to small businesses with many out of the box fields that larger businesses will have no use for. And more advanced features like custom data objects are not an available feature. There are also many features we would use in marketing like surveys, but they are not only included with other parts of the suite like service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hubspot primarily as a marketing automation platform connected to a Salesforce CRM. The integrations that work with Hubspot are pretty seamless and setting up workflows to a Salesforce CRM is easy and intuitive as well. We have been able to use the platform to get a better overall picture of our email marketing efforts and tie some lead generation tactics through the platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a marketing automation system for startup to early establishment for mid-sized users needing to transition to something more robust Hubspot is a great solution, but it's still not ready for the enterprise.

What do you dislike about the product?
By far, can't say anything negative. From day one till today Hubspot is mg get go software anytime I am working with an old or new project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Profile management, as my job requires more on follow up, current update, status and acquiring new people it helps me to see and do all those updates and notes anywhere on the go
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You cn start using it as "let's see if it could help me" tool. It was the vibe that I had when I planned to start using it before and *poof! I m still using it!
It will provide you a much more organized way to view, update, forecast and do micro management with the task on hand, above all, Hubspot would give you a better user interface (based on experience).

What do you like best about the product?
I personally love Hubspot. It is one of the easier marketing platforms to use and administer. I love first of all the ease of use and the instructions and help center that Hubspot offers. It also offers a great variety of customizations for both the platform and for marketing campaigns. It makes it easy to set up a variety of marketing aspects and to track and monitor them all simultaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot has a few issues with integrations to other systems. It does not always identify things like paid media as the same specific labels they have on their home platforms thus making it hard to track individual ads and campaigns deployed for paid media.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is being used at my work in a variety of problems and in a variety of ways. I use it in a consultant setting and use it for a variety of clients who are all trying to solve various marketing platforms. It has made it very easy to track and monitor multiple campaigns for multiple clients at one time. It also makes it easy to compile reports and results from marketing campaigns.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is for those in marketing that would be considered more advanced. Hubspot is easy to learn but not always self-explanatory when attempting to set up campaigns or integrate other systems. It is much easier to learn and implement if you have existing experience with Martech.
