I enjoy using Hubspot

What do you like best about the product?
Great. No complaints. The system works as advertised, allows us to use more advance features and integrations and the always available call-in customer service is very helpful when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see HubSpot manage more complex data. I wish that the templates were a bit more flexible so we could create ones not available in the system - however, the option to work with a designer is quite nice and have used that service several times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adding a custom form and working with an external coder to design that form. However, the team has been very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
The best of Hubspot is how easy to use the tool is, as well as all the support the company provides. By the same way, the trainings are very helpful and you can be certified easily by watching vídeos.

The CRM is FREE!!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the analytic tool is not very accurate. Sometimes it shows mistakes, although the visualization and use of it is really easy.

It is not the most flexible tool in the market. You cannot make fields dependant to others, like you can do on simple excel spread sheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it as a freelance and I recommended to most of my clients. Over all, it is fast and easy to implement, not like other companies that require expensive specialists and even developers to make simple things on the tool.

If you want to start ASAP, this is probably the best balance quality-price in the market.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your business is starting and you do not have many contacts, Hubspot is a very good option to start. If your company has a huge amount of contacts, this tool will be expensive for you, as you pay for contacts and not for users.

It is perfect for small and medium business, and overall for B2B business models.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the features that I like the most is how simple and intuitive its interface is, it has great support and resources to make learning easier. Everything is intuitive, which means you can benefit from marketing automation on the platform. This means that you can free some of the resources, as some tasks will be automated to help you deal with activities that are critical to your skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is a bit complicated to navigate the tool which makes some of the features difficult to find. Many times the updates of the information of a potential client are not saved, so the contact information would not be updated. Also email alerts don't always work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot in the company to be able to have visibility on the people who visit our website, how long they stayed and what pages they opened. The marketing team uses it to track who opens their links and emails. We have a full visibility of who we should follow up with from the point of view of sales. Hubspot has helped us improve all content marketing, which has generated an increase in the activities of our website, which is one of the things we were looking for.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think HubSpot is very suitable for sales organizations that want to conduct proactive prospecting. It is perfect for small and medium businesses. It may be applicable to some larger companies, but it may not be used in the same way. It performs really good marketing, which is the missing part in other systems, so the biggest companies I've seen tend to use Salesforce and HubSpot together. For small and medium businesses it is perfect because it provides many free tools and then pays for what it needs. The different levels are very useful and quite economical compared to many other systems.

Do not listen to their customers

What do you like best about the product?
The software, if it works - it's great. But now for some reason, they started cutting functionality which really impacts the use and they don't listen to their community begging them to stop.
What do you dislike about the product?
In this thread in their community forum https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/No-Location-on-activity-feed/idc-p/292014 there are 13 pages of customers asking them to return the feature they've removed, but they don't seem to care.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This was an amazing insight on open emails and how my inquiries are treated. I knew when my email is open and I should or should not follow up.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If Hubspot has it today and you commit paying for it - don't assume it's the same functionality they will leave for you tomorrow. I had a bitter experience with them cutting on functionality without my consent and 13 pages in the community forum asking them to return it didn't help - they just won't listen!

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot can be a useful gadget to manage contacts and information. It is very useful since it allows us to maintain all our applications according to the user's taste, it is really accessible to decide on Hubspot quickly and provide all the public information that we require quickly and in an agile way It is also something that can be recognized from this tool. What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a tool that I like very much because it helps you create your own log in an easy and simple way. You can also create an email address very quickly and it is also a free tool. And the support of this tool is good responds as soon as possible and has an excellent interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not see any negative aspect in this tool, only that I would like to gradually add more functions and improve it!

I used this tool to create a blog for a client who was requesting this service and it is created in a good format with which the client was satisfied and everything was thanks to this great tool that helped me to solve this order that I had pending with the as soon as possible.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has been helpful in automating our marketing needs in terms of social media and emails. I like the ability to manage contacts, social media, and website activities within one platform. One of the greatest upsides is that Hubspot allows users to use the platform for free to gain a sense of its functionality and offer an option for more advanced functions. It also has great pricing plans that are favorable for SMEs. The software is also great because it integrates with other applications that are already in use which makes it a great management tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are yet to experience any form of downsides since we do not deal with a lot of traffic. However, I have noticed an issue with the contact function that does not facilitate the inclusion of more than one email address. Other than that, It is a superb business solution software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is our primary marketing tool. The key benefit of using the tool is that it allows us to effectively manage our clients from social media and website conversations through a shared inbox. Additionally, this ensures that we respond to all our customer's needs while keeping them engaged.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has many features that I like, it makes it easy for me to create a blog, an email or a landing page. Navigation is simple on the platform. Customer support is very good, they always help me with problems and their answers are quick. The function of being able to download free images from iStock is excellent, as it contains many relevant images and I can adapt them on the landing pages. Without a doubt, HubSpot is a very useful platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are not negative things, they are things that I would like to see added. I would like you to have more customization on certain types of forms. I would also like you to add tracking codes to the knowledge base.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to HubSpot I have been able to be more organized and access is easy and transparent. The hubspot academy function is very good and has helped me review inbound and content marketing skills. I love working with HubSpot and I always recommend it for its excellent service.

HubSpot is a solution for companies that have no experience in marketing automation or who only have one person without experience executing it. If you only need to start in this work and you are looking for something easy and fast I recommend HubSpot.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Hubspot to be one of the simplest marketing automation tool. Any company which is setting up its marketing and sales function should definitely try using HubSpot to build a basic foundational structure for its marketing and sales function. It is a simple, easy to use, faster to setup marketing automation tool. Best part is it is offered as FREE for you to experiment.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be further simplified by demystifying the overall marketing and sales process. May be a wizard type or a timeline navigational structure can showcase status of each contact and its journey from lead to customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are huge problems that HubSpot is solving. Some of these include:

1. Centralized contact management: HubSpot provides a single repository for the entire organization to contribute and build a solid contact database.

2. Structured solution: It provides a structured approach to both marketing and sales function in terms of process workflow that enables a company that is setting up marketing and sales teams to coordinate closely.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot allows you to have the platforms of blogs and social networks in one place, this allows you to be extremely easy to use, the user interface is quite simple and easy to manipulate, the potential to develop any type of network on the same platform is Outstanding, this software is also very useful for our Marketing campaigns, social media publishing and email tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only aspect that I think is against this software is its high price, I think it is expensive to start for the first time.

HubSpot allows us to track all our marketing activity, it also speeds up marketing automation processes, in the same way, I have segmented our contacts to make sending emails to the appropriate groups much more accessible.
