Complete but not very friendly to use
What do you like best about the product?
It's really complete and we like a lot the possibility to get all metrics of multiple campaigns in one instrument. Also the possibility to manage different steps in team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automation tool often requires multiple workflow to set routine tasks, the lack of the tags and the few options are the principal issues in my job. Often we need support from a developer for setting up pages like we would.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I set up marketing workflow and process for the sales department to manage customer relations. It's very practical to have everything in one place, especially for sharing the information.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity and design along with training available at all steps is the best thing I like about HubSpot. The platform is designed for beginners first so it is extremely easy to understand. There is also a great community of similar users who are always ready to help. I have used many CRM and automation tool from cheap to enterprise-level expensive ones and all have their pros and cons. But the level of support that I have seen in Hubspot as a tool, I have not seen in any other tools. The user interface is something I like a lot too compared to other software out there. I think this is the biggest benefit I like about this tool in general. UX that makes even the most complex workflows easy to understand and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It tends to get too expensive once you start using it for all the features. Once you start using the tools and get dependent on them, you keep exploring other add ons. The add ons can get really expensive unless you can work with a salesperson to get a deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating customer lists and automating email campaigns to them. This used to be done manually before. Now all of it is automated. The best thing is that I can also train someone easily to take over if I am not around.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great tool to set up email campaigns, automate communication, create landing pages, etc.
Awesome and Efficient Full Marketing Suite!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot truly is a one-stop shop for present-day marketers. I have been able to utilize many of the suite's tools for website, email, workflows, and many more. HubSpot makes it easy to track progress for campaigns across multiple assets. Also, the analytics provided are nice, and allow you to get as granular with data as desired.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting certificates can take time (i.e. watching the tutorials/modules, doing exercises and taking the final exams). It seems like too many steps and verification needed to get accreditation, but that could also be because I have been using it when pressed for time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Utilizing the tools are not always intuitive, but HubSpot has amazing customer service/tech support to assist with whatever is needed. I also appreciate that they are available 24/7-days a week, which is extremely convenient. I also enjoy the many tutorials and learning modules that are available for many aspects and functions of marketing. There is a lot of content, so it's advisable to utilize the filters to narrow down to what you are looking for.

What do you like best about the product?
We love all of the features available in HubSpot and how user friendly the platform is. Once we finished our onboarding process each member of our team felt very comfortable navigating things on our own. From implementing chat bots, to landing pages, to a comprehensive email marketing program, the amount of things our team has been able to utilize in one short year is amazing. We've seen great results from it so far, too, and we plan to continue using HubSpot for the long term.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful part of HubSpot has been some of the reporting capabilities it lacks. Since we are a hospital and not an online retailer, it is a little more tricky to track conversions and closed deals. It has taken us about a year to find a workaround solution to be able to track these things. I'm sure tracking works great for typical HubSpot clients; however, as a hospital, it has been very difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since implementing HubSpot we have gained a better understanding of SEO and how to optimize our website content in the pillar structure, increasing conversions and user engagement, and overall knowledge of inbound marketing. We have also greatly increased our content library by starting a blog on HubSpot and offering downloads and other gated content offers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We greatly appreciated using the ongoing consulting during the first year of using HubSpot. It really helped us think about our long-term strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
Workflows are easy to create, accuracy with the different branches is great. Making lists is simple, overall very easy to use to coordinate all your marketing efforts. Very helpful staff, especially the people on chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot has a problem with some of their numbers no necessarily matching up. You could a workflow with one set of criteria and a list with the same but they may not be the same for whatever reason. Staff are great when trying to find the problems though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Breaking contacts into various segments, using lists especially. Reaching out to specific segments through workflows.

If you're looking for something to easily automate your emails and social then use this!

Easy to use, excellent customer support, lots of flexibility and many options for personalization and tracking

nothing really. I find HubSpot super easy to use.

lead generation, email marketing, pop up advertising.

Hubspot has taught me so much about inbound marketing and has allowed me to grow as a marketer.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Hubspot is how integrated everything is. It is also user friendly, and if something is confusing, the support team is always really great about helping out.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside for me while using Hubspot is that our team uses Word Press for our blog, and it would be incredibly difficult to transfer all of our blog posts to the HS blog software because we would lose our tracking, ranking, and stats. Also, recently our chat bot has been acting up and giving our incoming visitors an error message :/ This is a new discovery and I'm not sure how to fix it. Finally, it has been difficult to implement the email suppression tool because when it suppresses an email, it never sends it out. It also doesn't recognize sales emails which is one of our big problems: people getting both a marketing and a sales email on the same day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to do SO much with workflows. I have been able to automate so many things and I have really gotten into the nitty gritty of this tool. I also really enjoy chatflows for the same reason (except for this new error message issue.) It has also really helped me perfect landing pages with the A/B testing tools. The dynamic test tool is AMAZING!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend using HS to anyone that wants to start or grow their business. It is incredibly user friendly. My company pays for it, so I am unsure about pricing, but I think this is a really great investment. There is so much information and so many tools to help you be successful while using this software as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Workflows and integrations. Building robust tech stacks to accomplish almost any business need and openly sharing data. Hubspot can help you clean inconsistent data and maintain clean data. I love having a tool capable of executing, near as possible, a complete marketing plan for a single contact as they move through the buyer's journey without feeling like I am spamming them to the point of annoyance. I like products and services that work and can be sold on their own merits. Hubspot puts the right information in front of a contact at the right time and is a platform which is highly intuitive and easy to pick up for even a non-tech savy person right out the box.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes something that would seem like obvious functionality doesn't exist in the platform. I can port over templates, landing pages, and emails to other Hubspot accounts but I can't port over forms or contact properties. This limits production environments from offering true 1:1 testing spaces for campaigns and assets.
Reporting tools are far less intuitive than the other portions of the platform. There are also historical restrictions on the reports to 30 days in some cases.
Also, I wish I could bundle assets like workflows and emails into various business units. We host many domains but everything is lumped together in these tools. If you give me the ability to create business units then everything should be able to be grouped by those business units.
Property management. When working in a tech stack we often see bulk changes in the accepted values on properties. Currently, there are no simple, non-manual, methods of removing values in bulk and updating them in bulk.

Cleaning a contact database that has been sorely managed for years. Creating year over year data driven marketing plans with this new highly engaged database of contacts. Finding new streams of revenue and opportunities to leverage contacts who match our buying personas and interact with them at each step in the buyers journey.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The sky really is the limit. Hubspot's pricing and platform scale easily to meet the needs of small businesses and large ones. The days of spamming and thowing marketing tactics at a wall to see what sticks are over. Data driven marketing with reporting and real-time dashboards can show businessess what works best for them and how to get better at doing what they do best.
HubSpot removes obstacles in marketing and helps us keep a clean database.
What do you like best about the product?
We have found that we are reaching more of our clients through the effectiveness of being able to design our own marketing emails and able to see who is responding to them or not.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have a client that doesn't view many emails but still uses your services, they are put into a category that you have to be very specific on why you are emailing them, even if they have requested it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are seeing how many people are opening our emails and responding to the content which we never had before and are now able to target those we need to reach by automatically scheduling emails to be sent to them on a regular basis.

What do you like best about the product?
Thanks to Hubspot which made my job as a digital marketer so much easier. It contains all the tools you could wish for. I love the simplicity of it. It's so easy to configure dashboards and reports. The results are clearly visible and manageable which makes inbound marketing never been so exciting and profitable!
I love the great user experience! Every tool around the blog (landing pages/medias) is very easy to use. Hubspot is also great at making recommendations and suggestions with regards to SEO strategy and blog posts and how to create content that is better aligned with our marketing efforts. It is very helpful to be able to clone landing pages and also the blogging interface is super user-friendly.

What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like in Hubspot is in there Traffic Analytics dashboard. I can't figure out what are these Unknown Keywords (SSL) in organic search
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has completely changed our process for the better. One of my favorite aspects of the tool is that the company is also leading the change in industry best practices alongside providing essential tools.
