Great automation & crm tool

What do you like best about the product?
The automation, the sales and the crm tools are really user friendly and quite complete.It has been simplifying many time consuming task and allow us to have a platform that both sales and marketing can use. It is great to follow your leads funnel!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the marketing software is sometimes a little bit limited. Still really simple and user friendly, but coming from a marketing background I am used to have more options regarding email design and social media management tool. The reporting tool is good and allow you to have a good overview, but if you want more in-depth analysis, it is not necessarily easy to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we use Hubspot, we are able to follow our leads right from the acquisition to the end of the funnel. Finally we have a platform that both sales and marketing use on a daily basis.

Easy to use, powerful marketing & sales tool

What do you like best about the product?
It connects all your marketing tactics to each other and gives you perfect overview of what items you can add. Also, sales and service are easily aligned to your marketing efforts so they provide data and input for each other. Makes coorperation of teams a lot easier, opposite to working in separate tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a big tool with lots of possibilities. It's easy to get lost. It helps to start small and do some training before taking the deep dive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling ahead, connecting all marketing efforts in one campaign, easy access to results - also for non-users by proving notification emails. Great marketing-sales-service alignment. No need for fighting over contribution to a lead/deal. Easy to use from the beginning but also suits needs for expert users.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start small, don't expect the tool to run by itself. Start with one marketing campaign or one sales pipeline to test the tool - don't put all your old data in their at once. If in need of help, seek out to one of the many recources available like the community, the academy, support or a partner nearby.

Most useful marketing platform for digital marketer so far

What do you like best about the product?
To be honest: workflows are the best! They can really automate your business in the best possible way. In addition to workflows, A/B testing of landing pages is also great (compared to Google Optimize or HotJar), and very useful SEO recommendations for blog posts.

We also use the platform to send all our newsletters and sales e-mails, and we are really satisfied with the results and data that we collect (for example whether a recipient actually opened the email/clicked/etc.). It's really important when you are focused on improving your sales and marketing results.

Another cool feature is the fact that from time to time you got feedback from HubSpot on how you can improve your activities (i.e. use of Goals in Workflows, etc.).

The whole platform is user-friendly, so it's a real pleasure to use it in everyday life.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have feedback from our developers that not everything can be nicely put into the Hubspot's code. So, whenever we want to create a new layout or any landing page using our own HTML code it's not as easy to put into HubSpot as we imagined first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I started working with HubSpot my first goal was to collect leads via Facebook Lead Ads. However, there were some problems regarding connection of Facebook and HubSpot, but fortunately, someone from the Customer Service helped me to solve this problem (it turned out that Facebook was updating its Ads system and we had to wait 2 days and re-connect HubSpot with Facebook).

Best tool for website development

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful functionality of Hubspot is its 'Landing Pages' module. I create a lot of landing pages and generally many of them have a similar format. The cloning of landing pages in Hubspot helps me create new page very easily and quickly.

Also, I use social media tool of Hubspot which makes it easy for me to schedule posts on all our social handles - Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. This helps me in saving time and focus on my other work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social module in Hubspot doesn't allow social listening which can be used to track the conversations, trends, and insights in any industry. Adding that functionality can really help me.

Apart from that, it doesn't allow me to schedule multiple posts on Instagram. It doesn't provide the functionality to tag accounts on any social media platform as well. You can only tag pages which is very irritating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has become really easy to create landing pages on the go. My dependency on the technical team has reduced multi-folds.

The social module makes posting and scheduling very easy which helps me save time to perform other tasks.

With faster go-to-market, Hubspot is highly efficient for a marketing team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is the best marketing CRM which is easy to learn and use. The best thing about HubSpot is its support which contacts you within 5 minutes of raising a ticket.

Awesome app

What do you like best about the product?
Love this because you can have it on your phone and log calls and emails instantly. not only that but its a social media organiser as well. there is no end to this sites uses. I find that I am learning something new every day I use it. And trust me I use it every day. It is a tool that my team and I can't live without now. Easy to leave notes and keep track. I love being able to set tasks when you are busy and it coincides with outlook. If I send an email I can link it to my hubspot and add people to my hubspot crm from outlook. I find this saves me a lot of time. I can also export details to create reports and analyse my data efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you can only have a few templates saved between your work group. this then makes it harder to have a broad range of easy to use templates. I find this can make me less efficient and I spend more time retyping emails that I use a similar word track for. also sometimes I find searching people wont work all the time sometimes it just has a little error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
nothing that I have found. except maybe how above I mentioned that I find searching people wont work all the time sometimes it just has a little error. im not sure if this is just user error or not though. I like being able to filter lists but sometimes I add a filter and it doesn't save for when I go back and look at the lists.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely use or trial it. It has so many options and uses that could replace and integrate with so much software. Its the perfect tool for any busy and fast paced business.

Best Marketing and Sales Software out there.

What do you like best about the product?
HS provides all the functions needed to execute any Marketing and Sales related activities. The analytics for the same is also top-notch. And also all the learning courses cover every aspect of the Tool which can help the beginner understand and implement the knowledge at ease in no time.
What do you dislike about the product?
When exporting a list or contacts the fields will be set to default every time and the fields which we generally use or last used won't be saved, and hence we have to handpick the fields from the lot which is time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of follow up mailers for the ones who have downloaded our asset on our website.
With the help of HS, we are able to nurture our prospects with data by sending periodic emails relating to the asset that they download.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think HubSpot is by far the best Marketing and Sales Tool that one benefit from and it is really easy to use all of its functionality. And HubSpot courses help you get much more knowledge about the Tool and also Marketing and Sales in general.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and the fact that it connects to GA, GSC and other software means we can receive the most updated reports with clear data.Building landing pages are also quite simple once our web designer has a template sorted.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no specific way to opt-out people from EDM subscriptions unless you manually opt them out completely. We had to set up a double negative in the workflows to make this work. Also, EDM campaigns do not show data for EDMs that haven't been viewed/clicked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have a clear database of clients and a way to automate EDMs and export the necessary reports.

A great way to have a consolidated user experience

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has all of the steps of the customer experience. Everything you would want to do with a customer can be done with Hubspot. I especially like how easy it is to set tasks, and the level of customization of workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is missing very basic functionality and features. When browsing the community online, the missing features are suggested, but it takes literal years before anything comes to fruition. Simple things like customizing the Help centre you cannot do. You can't even choose the colour of font. My other gripe is with the chatbot. This is one major area in which Intercom clearly outshines Hubspot. The Hubspot chatbot is extremely limiting. For a company that centres itself on customer experience, it should be obvious that when a customer comes through with an issue, they blurt out the whole issue first. Because there is no fail-over/redundancy with the chatbot, it just gets stuck in a loop until the user actually answers the initial question. The problem is that they do not want to be prompted with questions first. I think Hubspot needs to focus on the community suggestions more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hubspot, we have a one-stop shop for every step in the customer journey, from Marketing to Sales, Onboarding to Account Management, Ppselling to Retentions. Hubspot is very good at bringing everything together.

Consolidate all of your customer interaction platforms with this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is absolutely fantastic. There are so many integrated tools that you can use for automation and tracking various campaigns, web traffic, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few minor areas that could use improvement. For example, we recently wanted to quantify the forwarded rate of an email campaign, but that feature is not available through HubSpot. There are ways to manually calculate this based on other tracked metrics, however, those are also not available features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking various metrics in order to guide our marketing strategies, whether it be via email, social media, or webinars.We are also automating many steps in these processes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend at least taking it for a test drive. Also, their customer service is wonderful and are very responsive. Whiles there are some areas that could see improvement, HubSpot is certainly the go-to hub for thousands of companies. There site is comprehensive, and is full of valuable content which has proven useful just on its own. Our team uses HubSpot for a number of tasks, but we have been greatly satisfied with its marketing analytics tools for email, website, and traffic. We rely heavily on these to gauge which strategies work, which do not, and which need to be modified. Similarly, we use this service to create email campaigns, landing pages, and to automate our social platform strategies. While I am not the primary user of HubSpot within our team overall, I can certainly say we have been generally satisfied.

What do you like best about the product?
There are many benefits of Hubspot including their detailed CRM, email segmentation and drip campaigns. I also liked their marketing training tools and resources which made it easy to learn how to use the platform. Their team was supportive throughout our onboarding and moving forward with bi-monthly calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
We found that while a powerful tool, we weren't using it to it's full capacity due to the size of our team and capacity. I also found the landing page capabilities, in which you had to pay to make changes to the template a bit odd. We have a great designer and ended up building out our templates on our own. The cost was a bit high for us so we downgraded to a simpler plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using it mostly to track lead engagement and email segmentation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great software and helpful for collaboration between Sales and Marketing. I'd recommend doing a deep dive into your needs to make sure that you're signing up for the appropriate plan. We signed up for too much too soon but will move back to the enterprise account when we are ready.
