What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is intelligent and easy to use. It makes sense. It's a platform build by marketers for marketers and is extremely intuitive. Building landing pages, emails, campaigns, and managing list is something I've been able to teach co-op students to use very quickly. The dashboards are easy to build and understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social media platform I feel could use some work. I still use other platforms for social scheduling and posting because I feel HubSpot lacks the robust tools and analytics of other platforms that also incorporate opportunities for social growth through employee advocacy features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn’t have data to analyze for our campaigns and we are now very diligent in using HubSpot and integrating it into our CRM for lead tracking. It’s really helped unite our sales and marketing teams through workflow and transparency. Every campaign is built and tracked in HubSpot and see the results of our efforts has been one of the greatest benefits.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It’s a really great platform you can grow into but I would recommend integrating another social media and employee advocacy platform.

What do you like best about the product?
The support I have received from various forms (client success teams, live chat, and knowledgebase articles) is second to none. If you have a question, you'll be able to figure it out pretty quickly and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The HubSpot Acadamy videos tend to teach you more about how to do their style of marketing and don't focus enough on the technical details of using their system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ROI tracking of digital ads, email marketing, and lead nurturing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Buying a marketing automation product often comes down to the pricing structure (number of seats, contacts, emails, etc) so make sure you know how many of each you need before you buy. HubSpot works great for our needs, but I'm not sure if it would work well for an agency that needs to keep different clients' data separate. In short, make sure you know exactly what you need today, and what you'll a year from now.

HubSpot: the right tool to monitor customers.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows to classify appropriate lists that allow to orientate and locate the contacts to whom we wish to send the emails. Perfect because through it you monitor the entire process that the client performs when he receives your mail, his easy way of programming and executing means that you can carry an excellent workflow. It also allows communication with your customers through social networks. Thanks to its functions it allows you to carry a percentage rate that will help you know the average receptivity of your customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
You should have the one option that allows you to send an email to several clients at once and not do it one by one as it is currently done, integrating this option would make the process more agile. The cost to acquire the product may be a little more accessible to allow all companies to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool is used in some departments of the organization. Through this tool we can monitor all the activities that the client performs at the time of sending the information, that is, when we send an email HubSpot allows us to know when the client received the email, when he opened it and when he read it. With HubSpot we can also know that customers constantly visit our website, and thus be able to keep track of those clients that show interest in our products.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a very important tool for every organization because it allows you to keep all the data and information about the client registered. You can also order lists that allow you to keep track of your newest and most used clients constantly, which ensures that your activities are even more productive and quick to execute.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to track campaigns and have so many tools inside one tool. Ease of use and new features coming on all of the time, makes me feel like they listen to customers and continue try to making the experience better and better so I can meet all my goals. Great educational opportunities with their learning center.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can't add a form to an external webpage, like in Wordpress, and have it be trackable inside of my campaign. There are certain applications when this would be useful. I feel like I'm being forced to use Hubspot's tools instead of what I feel as a marketer is most appropriate. Being able to do this would allow me to cancel our Unbounce subscription and I could funnel more funds into buying additional Hubspot add-ons if I could add trackable forms on Unbounce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am trying to promote a transition our entire marketing, and sales and service efforts on to Hubspot. We are getting a lot more metrics that we haven't had before and understanding our leads better and how they are consuming content. I have gathered many insights so far because of it.

What do you like best about the product?
Stunning land pages can easily be created with a simple drag and drop option. Its SEO suggestion helps us create better content that ranks better on the search engine which helps increases our website traffic. This helps drive more visitors to our website and increase revenue. It has a nice customer relationship management platform that helps foster good communication with customers and close more deals with them. It’s a complete marketing solution for all marketers

Ever since we implemented this software, we never encountered any challenges using it

HubSpot is a complete marketing tool which helps us create easy landing pages without the need any programming knowledge. This helps us reduce cost since there is no need to hire any programmer. Stunning land pages can easily be created with a simple drag and drop option

Awesome Marketing and Sales Software, and CRM

What do you like best about the product?
I love that everything is in the same place, integrated. As a big size company, we can find all the information we need in the software, we just need to implement some stuff and it's ready. Also, HubSpot it's always working to improve the software.
Community: there is a big community who can help you anytime across different channels.
One of the coolest benefits is that you have an Academy including in the software price, so you can continue preparing your marketing, sales, and service team.
What do you dislike about the product?
They need some improvements working with teams and with the bot automation. But we can connect other tools like ManyChat.
When you implement this software you need to make some changes in your team because the roles are important to have a better experience using all the tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration. I think it's the best benefit. Integrate everything and have all the data in the same place, also, we can connect much other software to improve our strategy.

HubSpot has many versions of prices and you can start using the free version and figure it out if it fit with your company needs.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows us to activate notifications or reminders of any type of activity that we must do towards a client, its easy handling encourages learning about all the functions that the software contains. If the mail sent is through this platform it allows a tracking that will let you know when the mail was opened, how long it took to check the mail, as well as we can keep track of the projects received by customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
You should have more package options to use, since the system is a bit expensive, and it only shows a limited version and when you want to purchase the complete system it has its payment a bit high. This reason would prevent some companies from implementing it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a tool that we use in the organization since it offers us a number of functionalities and options that allow us to carry out in an orderly manner or a control of all the activities carried out within the company. The software allows us to backup customer data, call log, relevant documents in detail, thanks to this control we can keep track of what is being done. It allows you to have several team members within an account. HubSpot has an option that allows you to verify when the client opens or not the email sent, so we can know if the client is aware of the information that he wants to send. The tool is mostly used in the sales department to keep a more detailed control of customer information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For any company that wants to keep track of how their projects and marketing campaigns are being carried out, HubSpot is the one for all these types of functions, in addition to these, it offers an endless number of functions that allows to carry out in detail the data of all those processes that they are needed at the time of carrying out projects or other activities in the world of marketing.

Hubspot Ads - Analytics all in one place

What do you like best about the product?
The Hubspot Ads feature is a great tool to connect your PPC or social advertising efforts with your HS CRM to gain analytics you can attribute to true ROI for your advertising efforts. You can not only see your ad performance, but you can also see the conversions and contacts attributed to them and their life cycles. It makes it easy to know what's working and what's not, and create reports to share with your team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to Hubspot Ads is I still have to log into a separate application for ad management, but that's just the nature of the beast since Hubspot doesn't own the ads...the other applications do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot ads is helping to solve the problem of figuring out the ROI on our PPC advertising lead conversions. It has helped us better understand our prospects' needs, how they want to be marketed to, and how we can better convert them from prospect to customer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend you giving Hubspot a try. Not only does it provide tools to make marketing easy, but Hubspot's service and support team are a dedicated group who will make sure your experience exceeds your expectations.

Great tool for up-leveling our start-up's Marketing and Sales funnel

What do you like best about the product?
As the Content Lead at my organization, I find using Hubspot to craft, get approvals and queue up my social content to be very useful. I'm also really enjoying the Social Listening feature to track branded keywords, competitor keywords, and keywords pertaining to track industry events and happenings.

The workflows and contact segmentation are really exciting as well - being able to create trigger-based communications to our contact lists so we can better push them along our sales funnel.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Marketing Project Management + Planning tools are lacking in functionality - would love the option for dependencies, a Gantt chart and recurring tasks.

Also- would love more sophisticated reporting for Social Media Marketing, and the option to post to a larger selection of social channels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we are a company in the scale-up phase, Hubspot has helped us to work more efficiently as a team as well as centralize and segment contacts in a sophisticated way so we can work cross-functionally between Sales + Marketing, and better build our Sales funnel.

We're also in the midst of setting up workflows for email automation, lead captures and landing pages, which we're very excited about!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do the research to find out what your company's + team's needs are, request a demo and look into available integrations - to see if any of your current tools integrate with Hubspot.

Their customer service is great - take advantage!

E-commerce Worst Nightmare.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
Their customer support during our on-boarding phase was horrible. On the day of one of our routine on-boarding calls HubSpot had a system wide crash, we understand these things happen and assumed we'd get an update during our scheduled call. Conversely, our on-boarding rep emailed an employee, not the manager, that our scheduled call was going to be rescheduled due to not all of our team being able to make the call -- which was news to us. This happened 15-min. before that scheduled call.

I'll rephrase that for the purpose of it sinking in.

The assigned on-boarding rep. for a paid-in-full ~$100k/yr client reached out 15-minutes prior to a weekly scheduled call via email, to a non-critical team member intentionally, to reschedule a recurring weekly call. In the middle of a day where HubSpot's platform appeared to be experiencing a system wide crash. The justification for the reschedule? That another one of our team members “had not accepted the email invitation for that call.” There was no acknowledgement, update, or mention of what was going on with their platform, let alone when we'd find out.

My dog has more accountability after getting into the trash than HubSpot.

There is nothing intuitive or straightforward with their platform. We were sold on the fact that it was A: geared for B2C ecomm. and B: that we'd be up-and-running in "no-time". A: No, no it isn't. Build a functional "Welcome Series" automation from scratch sans a PHD in HubSpot's Knowledge Center in under 30 minutes and you can tell me I'm wrong. B: It's 2019, "no-time" quite literally means "no-time", not 6-months.

By rushing us through the sales processes, once they closed they very clearly did not care (see anything above). They front load their excitement, willingness to help, flexibility and just plain professionalism during and after the sale. *This CANNOT be stressed enough*
