From zero to hero with HubSpot MKT Enterprise
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a very user friendly software for mkt automation, also is great because you are able to have everything in one place, this is a very robust tool yet easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were not able to bring HubSpot Sales as complement of MKT hub because of policies, they do not sign NDAs, just their mutal NDA and that was an obstacle for us to move on and have a more robust strategy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to connect our buyer personas, through content, attract them to our site and be able to measure every mkt effort we are doing, every dollar spent in ads from social media to google. Also getting a better hand off to sales and converting those leads into customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a big company check everything before with your IT team regarding security and integration to certain platforms like Salesforce, also at the implementation process set clearly goal to get everything ready before going live.
Marketing Hub's Professional Level Ideal For SMBs
What do you like best about the product?
Marketing Hub's Professional Level offers a wide variety of tools that allow marketers to bring their email, email automation, social media, live chat, exit overlays, and more under one platform. Tied with their CRM, SMBs can manage leads all the way through the marketing qualification and then sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot's pricing structure is frustratingly expensive for marketers with a lot of contacts - if you don't proactively manage your contact growth, you can get trapped into a higher billing tier and it can be expensive. Trapping customers at a higher tier has been a struggle for our clients who aren't diligent on cleaning their list every month.
Companies also need to be aware of HubSpot's strict annual contracts and the inability to cancel them early. If you're looking to use the tool, I recommend you plan the rollout with your team and get buying on user adoption to ensure you get your money's worth.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email automation is the main solution we're using HubSpot for. Their automation's rules engine allows us to automate moving contacts from campaign to campaign and a ton of flexibility in targeting contacts with unique campaigns.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I believe the full value of HubSpot comes when you can tie Marketing Hub to their Sales CRM product. Having both the marketing team and the sales team on the same tool helps with proving ROI, revenue attribution, and tracking leads through the sales process.
Best product on the market, and best support service I've ever experienced.
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot in general is very good, and the marketing software is great to use. But I've found the customer service, be it our dedicated account manager or the 'Help' function to be better than anything I've encountered before. Can't praise highly enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more technical CSS issues can be fiddly and temperamental (or at least with my limited knowledge of this sort of thing). Certain changes can have unforeseen impacts on other pages/emails and it's not always clear how to resolve them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows us to report end-to-end and keeps all campaign work in one place. It also integrates with other things like LinkedIn to again allow us to report on everything from with HubSpot. It's easy to use and means that dozens of people around the business can produce forms, landing pages and emails, independently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it! You will not regret it. Compared to the likes of Eloqua and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing, HubSpot is far and away the best. The market leader for a reason.
Robust, easy-to-use tool
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is connected - you can view your contacts and their activity and track it across multiple campaigns. I use it for social media, blogs, email blasts, landing pages, and automation. I love the tracking, the software support, and the dynamic tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints. It's an excellent tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to create landing pages and collect information via a form helps us build our database and enhances our email marketing efforts, etc.
Great opportunities but not so easy to customize
What do you like best about the product?
I like the wide integration and features in the same platform: landing pages, email, marketing automation, CTA buttons (and you can embed them outside), social networks, ADV...
You can add CSS and Javascripts to your pages so the possibilities to customize are quite endless.
Automatic workflows are super, and you can set several actions (autoresponder, internal alert, move user in specific lists...) based on the behaviour of the users (fill a form, visit a page, click a button...)

What do you dislike about the product?
Landing pages are not so easy to build and modify. For examples, if you suddenly decide that the last part of your page has to have 3 columns you can't do this change from the editor but you have to change directly the template.
The big issue is that doesn't exist the possibility to implement an entire separate version for mobile, you can display only something different. If you a pro with CSS you can do more but is not enough to create the right experience from different devices.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a great tool for automation and organization. For beginners it is easy to use and has everything you need when you become a marketing expert or sales agent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like to have more options about education in different languages in the university of hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automation of emails, the CRM and workflows are the best part of Hubspot. The easy way to modify landings and workflows. Save money and time

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how user-friendly HubSpot is- any new features are easy to learn and the help articles and knowledgebase are easy to use and extensive. I appreciate the free courses HubSpot offers its users as well as their excellent support staff. Most of all, I find the analytics and reporting to be excellent and versatile- giving me exactly the information I need. I also like the email and social media tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish email and landing page templates were a little easier to design from scratch, but I like that I can easily customize pre-made templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to use HubSpot reporting and analytics to track our ROI so that we can appropriately allocate time and resources where they will be most effective. The automation offered (including workflows) has helped us supplement areas where we've been short-staffed and allowed us to get more done than ever before.

We think this is a great tool. The staff at HubSpot are incredibly helpful and friendly and really support your goals.
Powerful tool that has taken our marketing from zero to hero
What do you like best about the product?
My email, social media, blog, and landing pages are all within one ecosystem. I'm able to get analytics across a multi-media campaign. I can make HS available to my freelancers to work inside of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's sometimes hard to get to the numbers I want. For example, I can't export the blog traffic chart / data that gives me bounce rate, entrances, and CTA rates for YTD. When I export the full report, I get everything broken by months - and segmented by data type. I would love to know which blog posts are associated with which topic clusters from the Blog Manage page. We have an industry-specific client CRM, which would cost a fortune to integrate a bi-directional API w/HS - the work-around is cumbersome and error prone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to do VERY targeted emails to prospects and clients. We have ramped up a whole social media and content marketing program that didn't exist previously. We're generating quality leads where none were previously. We're able to give our sales team exceptional insight into the activities (emails, blog post views, form submissions) of their prospects that they didn't have previously.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a big learning curve, but use HS personnel for their knowledge and expertise - both in strategies and tactics.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is an extremely comprehensive tool which caters to all the essentials aspects of sales, marketing, and CRM. The integrations with other sites/tools/software are great and quick. The content repository and user blogs are amazing pieces to learn from, a great source of knowledge for new users. The customer service is great and highly responsive. Besides, there is a lot of support to users in terms of knowledge sharing, learning, basics, and best practices. One of the best tools I have worked on, HubSpot is fun and I really like the customizations that are available, I never felt restricted about designs or creativity. Being part of the designers' community, a first timer would get to learn a lot of tips, tricks, latest techniques. Extremely happy with HubSpot!
What do you dislike about the product?
The older interface was much simpler, though the current categorization and clubbing of the similar utilities make more sense, however, the older tabs were in favour of a new learner or first time user. Also, though the customization options are great, I feel the degree or extent to which customizations can be made is still quite restrictive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has helped me make the landing pages much more interactive and responsive, I see better responses and form submissions which have improved a great deal.
Social media management is much easier for me due to integrations and automation.

A great tool for marketing and learning, the continuous upgrades and beta improvements help you stay ahead of the crowd. A must try software for all those who are looking at efficiency in sales and marketing responsiveness and lead generation.
Long time user, Hubspot advocate
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can set workflows around all of the content that I create to have a quality, guaranteed nurture system for each contact. And not only does the nurture system run without me having to press a ton of buttons, but it also has the power to make the emails extremely personal with tokens and smart content.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting feature feels limited and I would love more account control. Also sequences don't log tasks on an account level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to automate my entire nurture system and inbound content process with the Marketing Hub.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hire someone who is certified in Hubspot, or willing to get certified, and loves the idea of inbound content marketing.
