Centralized Marketing Automation with a Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot Marketing Hub incredibly useful, particularly for social media scheduling, analysis, and email marketing. The integration of automation tools is a standout feature for me; it significantly enhances my productivity by taking over time-consuming manual tasks and allowing me to focus on strategizing and more critical activities. The ability to coordinate everything from one platform also simplifies team collaboration and reporting processes. Setting up automation workflows, although initially time-intensive, streamlines operations considerably once established. I also appreciated that the initial setup was easy to navigate, especially since I had some prior experience with the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a bit of a learning curve in getting used to HubSpot Marketing Hub. Additionally, the cost is starting to increase, which could become a concern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find HubSpot Marketing Hub centralizes my tasks, making it easier to coordinate and report. Automation reduces manual effort, freeing up time for strategy.

Hubspot is one of the best designed marketing automation tools. Hubspot is the tool for you if you have enough resources to make the most out of it, as it includes almost everything you need to carry out your online marketing strategy.
great for marketing automation
What do you like best about the product?
it's a really great tool for marketing automation if you don't have a ton of development resources and have to create lead gen and inbound solutions. the number of tools at your disposal are really vast.
What do you dislike about the product?
it can be difficult to get familiar with the platform. even going through tutorials and managing other work, it really took me about three months until I felt like something resembling an expert. the certification process was not easy. there are other more intuitive solutions out there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
building more traffic to our website, creating content and getting new leads. we really want to eventually get new clients onto the platform as well. finding a way to do so has been challenging.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
make sure you have someone dedicated to really understanding the product. it will take time. you may not see immediate results, but if you put in the time, it can be a great tool.
One of the best tool for marketers and sales team
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a multi-purpose tool that comes with a least complicated dashboard and has some of the outstanding features. Its use for sales is equally beneficial as it is for marketing.
I user data captured by Hubspot marketing tool is simply awesome. I liked the reports and the user data it captures. Another benefit is the code snippet is well compressed and does not hamper the website's speed. I am using hubspot to implement popups on the website as well, which is really easy to customize.
For sales, it handles the CRM features very nicely. The admin view of the data is very organized.

No major loopholes in Hubspot. It has a tendency to sometimes miss the data that comes from secured sites which is a drawback. Otherwise it is really easy to use Hubspot

We use Hubspot as our sales and marketing tool. We have installed the code on our website and use it to track visitors and formulate marketing strategies around it. We also use it as a CRM to manage sales data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is masterful and easy. There are so many possibilities with Hubspot when you use it for monitoring your website or tracking sales. We used Hubspot for Adding popups to the website, monitoring website forms, track inquires and Marketing Analysis.
Apart from this, Hubspot is one of our go to tools whenever we think of any automation or personalisation on our website or even when we wanted to measure the performance of a site. I would highly recommend it for you to use their products.

Hubspot-Very helpful but pricey
What do you like best about the product?
It's convenience-everything is right in the same spot. Also very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price! Very expensive for a business. Paid tech support, features that cost money on hubspot are free elsewhere etc...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is dedicated to educating its users. All the marketing information one could want is available on the blog.

Really take advantage of all offered by the company-it's pricey software so you might as well.
Still a great platform that, but the way they handle sales hurts
What do you like best about the product?
The various tools in the platform typically work well and serve the average person well. Chances are if you have a business need and you're not a massive conglomerate, there will be a suite of tools that will serve your needs well.
What do you dislike about the product?
My two biggest complaints are what feels like a constantly changing sales process that makes it hard to understand how much anything will cost until you're under contract and there are so many hubs now that you very quickly go from a relatively affordable entry level product that serves a lot of needs to multiple thousands in monthly costs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform offers strong tools for email, social media monitoring and publishing, blogging and more.
Best in Class
What do you like best about the product?
The functionality is comprehensive, and integrates between our lead generation/nurturing and CRM on the sales side. The client on-boarding process is first rate and personal. HubSpot has made a huge difference in our lead generation productivity by making it easy to develop and launch landing pages, create forms for gathering info and building response-determined workflows for follow-up activities. We also use the Ad Management console to track our Google and Facebook ad campaigns ROI in a much more user friendly interface than those two ad mediums.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have a distinct Quote system that is separate from Marketing and from HubSpot and this creates a break in our data tracking. HubSpot has a solid Quote feature, but migrating our existing system to it would be daunting. Additionally, we sell through third party distributor companies and these firms are only superficially "connected" to our HubSpot account which also causes lapses in our sales cycle data loop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have a fully established, campaign-based platform for managing our sales funnel. Our lead production from web traffic has drastically increased with dozens of CTA's and data capture methods through HubSpot that we lacked before. The Marketing Hub has taken much of the prospect qualification burden off our field sales and distributor network. This year we added the Chat feature and it has been an excellent communication tool and lead gen vehicle.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Allow a HubSpot rep to do a one-on-one demo. They are competent and low-pressure and will help you convince your decision-makers of the major positive impact this platform will have on your business performance.
Saves Time, User-Friendly, But Analytics Could Improve
What do you like best about the product?
I love how HubSpot Marketing Hub is designed with the user in mind, making it consistently easy to use even after several years. The intuitive interfaces have always made me feel confident and efficient in utilizing the platform. Additionally, HubSpot Marketing Hub saves me a tremendous amount of time in blog production and email review, enabling me to focus on key tasks and deliver effectively on my core responsibilities. The initial setup was very easy, which made transitioning into using this software seamless. Given these positive experiences, I am very likely to recommend HubSpot Marketing Hub to friends or colleagues, as reflected in my recommendation score of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find analytics challenging to build at times in HubSpot Marketing Hub. It often requires significant effort just to gather basic metrics, particularly concerning sources.

HubSpot Marketing Hub saves me time in blog production and email review, allowing me to complete key tasks efficiently. It's easy to use, with an intuitive interface that boosts my confidence in managing my responsibilities.

Sometimes I find limitations in the tool, but workflows normally allow me to overcome that.

Nothing that I can think of at the moment. Maybe call recording functionality could be stronger.

Take the time to go through the training to understand how HubSpot is built. It is a very powerful tool, and if used properly, yields amazing results.

What do you like best about the product?
I had not been in a digital marketing position before using Hubspot, and I LOVE that they had so many education resources for me to use and learn the software. Hubspot is the ultimate tool for marketing automation, and it integrates with so many other tools like Salesforce, SurveyGizmo, and Wistia. Plus, the Support team is always really helpful and they respond so fast with plenty of information to help you!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish more info would send between Hubspot and Salesforce. The data sync is limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email marketing, nurture campaigns, workflow automation, contact segmentation and personalization. The benefits of Hubspot is that if you set it up right, it will do the heavy lifting for you.

I have not come across another Marketing automation tool as easy to use at Hubspot.
Great all around marketing tool
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to manage everything in one place, including email campaigns, contacts, social media and more. We switched to using Hubspot for email from Mailchimp and I love it. We had some custom email templates created that are super easy to use. The drag-and-drop email tool that they released earlier this year is also very neat. It makes creating custom emails super easy. We also love the analytics and insight provided by Hubspot and our brokers love being able to see exported email reports to share with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The drag-and-drop email tool doesn't support tables right now. We used tables a lot in our emails (we are a commercial real estate company) so we feature tables with availabilities, pricing, etc. Hopefully they update this so that we will be able to add tables. But there isn't a ton to dislike about it. It's super easy to use and very intuitive. Really glad our company has Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can manage all of our email campaigns and everything else really in one place, including leads and contacts.
