Hub spot such a great marketing tool!
What do you like best about the product?
This service is great because it has the ability to grow with new clientele. Even when you start out it is free. The classes they offer on affiliate marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I can think of I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It works quite similar to a funnel system. Capturing leads and turning into future clients. As soon as I start a new campaign I can add tracking and see who has viewed my site or any new information. I think that is great!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it because it starts out FREE and offers affiliate marketing classes.
Modern interface, easy to use for experienced marketers
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very easy to navigate and everything is where I would expect it to be. I also like being able to see a Contact's entire marketing history through HubSpot and see what campaigns they responded to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the integration pieces are a bit difficult to configure but HubSpot is still way ahead of many of the other platforms in this area. Workflow functionality is a bit limited in terms of timing and pathing, but HubSpot Support has been helpful with finding ways for us to make it do what we want it to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email marketing, SMS marketing, staying in touch with Contacts. Landing pages and Web sites. Considerable time savings on the Web side vs doing this with a different platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have one or more campaigns you are trying to launch in mind when you are looking at HubSpot. Make sure to train your team using HubSpot's certification materials. Having this knowledge on hand can be very helpful when you are trying to build things with it in the future.

Hubspot is easy to use yet very powerful marketing automation and inbound marketing platform.
It also includes CMS allowing you to build and host your website in a way that every person can - not having to be a developer

Their reporting (even with the reporting add-on) can be improved

Workflow for drip campaigns, email automation, contact management, funnel management, lead score, sales handoff so many things...

Great all-in-one CMS
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot by far is by far the easiest software platform I have ever used. I was able to get up and running quickly, migrate an entire website over to the platform in two months with relatively little problems and streamline all of my social and email engagement all through a single platform. Social posting is a breeze, emails and drip campaigns/workflows are easy to implement and customer data is easy to follow. What really sets HubSpot apart from other similar platforms, however, is the best customer support in the software field. They answer all my questions ALWAYS, never leave me hanging or waiting days for a response, are professional and courteous, and always get the job done in a timely manner. I lean on them all the time, and they always provide excellent insights and solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really nothing I dislike about HubSpot, though I would love to see them add some more insights on SEO and analytics right when you're creating website or landing pages to help us compete better with similar companies from a keyword/SEO perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Automation, Email Marketing, Social Marketing, Marketing Analytics and Website Analytics. HubSpot has made it very easy to create valuable reports that can be shrared throughout the company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Once you use it you'll never want to go back to using anything else. Their Customer Service is the best in the business and that alone is worth what you pay for it.

The fact that it reminds me of what I need to do to stay impressive and relevant to my customers.

There is still a large amount of work required to set up the campaigns

What do you like best about the product?
Great analytics and landing page and e-mail templates that are easily customizable. A lot of their tools are very intuitive and I like how you can see all the different parts of a campaign and how they are performing in one spot. They also easily integrate within your website and even have tools for creating tracking urls for Google Analytics and Adwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
The workflows and lists can get confusing over time, especially if you are jumping onto an existing account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engaging with our subscribers through automated e-mail workflows and capturing new leads with offer landing pages.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a nice interface and is easy to navigate. Has lots of features. Includes product training and certifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it to be a little confusing and hard to use. There is a lot of going back and forth between editing pages and templates. Every time I want to try something different, I seem to have to create a new template. I have an abundance of templates and assets, it's hard to keep track of everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Company website, email automation, contact lists, reporting.

See if you can get a free trial first. It appears user-friendly and has a nice interface, but unless your a developer, designing with it is not easy.

Hubspot is staying at the forefront as always it's the leading tool for most startups, agencies and businesses!

We want more AI everywhere, I believe Hubspot can make AI the center of it's marketing hub.

I track my website traffic, emailings, and organize all my clients and leads in one place.

Easy to Use - Complex Marketing Automation Software
What do you like best about the product?
We use hubspot for almost all of our marketing needs. I like that we can build out our website, landing pages, emails & nurturing campaigns all in one place. It's a one-stop shop for marketing automation, email marketing & content management.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to pay extra for certain types of reporting like attribution reports or reports that go into more detail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to completely automate our lead hand off process to the sales team--and track exactly where those leads came from. We also are able to score leads based on how often they come back to our website and engage with our content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is definetly the leader in the market, bu don't be afraid to see what else is out there. While Hubspot can do almost EVERYTHING, there are more point solutions that do it better.

If all that you need is landing pages and basic workflows, there is no better tool than hubspot (at their price point).
if you are looking at advanced reports like multi-touch attribution, marketing funnel; well-designed landing pages, tree-structured nurture campaigns etc, you are better off looking for something else.
