I love the ability to make interactive demos that help us SHOW (vs. tell) the value prop.

UX isn't intuitive. It takes some time to learn how to use the system as a beginner.

What do you like best about the product?
It's fun and easy to create stunning interactive demos. The web extension makes capturing screenshots seamless, and the HTML functionality saves tons of time on editing screenshots - while making them effortlessly engaging. The resources and support Navattic provides for customers is terrific, and the product is continuously improving and innovating.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of features hidden within the UI, which I wish I knew how to utilize more fully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Interactive demos have many use cases within our organization; from internal training to customer onboarding to making critical enhancements to our marketing funnel.
A+ Must-Have: Navattic Interactive Demos with Real-Time Slack Notifications
What do you like best about the product?
I love everything about this product. We use Navattic interactive demos for sales, marketing, training, and even capture-the-flag events. We recently upgraded to the Growth plan, and our BDRs really appreciate the account-tracking insights we get, along with the real-time viewer notifications in Slack. It’s extremely easy to use, straightforward to implement, and backed by excellent customer service. Overall, this is an A+ product and a must-have for any tech company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific comes to mind. It’s an excellent product, and we’re always looking for new ways to implement it across our company and expand how we use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Standing up instances of our products can be expensive, so we needed a way to give customers, prospects, and employees a more affordable, hands-on method to experience our products.
Effortless Demo Prep with Offline Access
What do you like best about the product?
I use Navattic for demo prep for websites and partner enablement, and I really appreciate how it reliably shows how our console works without needing to wait for pages to load. It's great that I can always know what data will appear rather than needing to adjust to changing conditions. Plus, Navattic can be downloaded and shown offline when there's no internet. I like the ability to have each step highlight precisely what is relevant to the topic, which is very important with a console as visually busy as ours. This feature allows a prospect, who has never seen the tool before, to be walked through a process to achieve a goal they have in their actual job, highlighting how our solution can solve their real-world problems. Also, it was easy to install the browser plug-in and start capturing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like if it were simpler to copy steps from a flow to another flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic allows me to demo our console without waiting for pages to load, ensures stable data visibility, and is usable offline. It helps prospects understand how to solve real-world problems with our tool.

It's an easy interface to navigate, and tours can be created fairly quickly.

I think the interface for users is pretty good but could be a little cleaner.

For the use case that we purchased it, there are no negatives.

We wanted a way to allow website visitors to experience our platform without the need to create an account and logging in. Navattic interactive demos allows us to embed this right into our homepage and get users to see what our platform looks like right away once they visit our website.

What do you like best about the product?
We use it for interactive product demos and PLG onboarding, and love the no-code builder and clean analytics that show exactly how prospects engage.

Advanced branching logic can take a bit of setup, but it’s a minor trade-off for the flexibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It replaced static videos and repetitive live demos, helping us reduce the time we spend creating/doing demos by a lot!

What do you like best about the product?
We use it for interactive product demos and love the quick recording capability and the organized overview with tagging to filter demos across our growing library.

Setting up complex workflows can take some time to configure properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We replaced scattered video recordings with no central repository with a unified demo platform. This has driven strong adoption company-wide, streamlined demo delivery across teams, and empowered less technical employees to deliver compelling product demonstrations.
Quick, Easy Demo Creation with a Smooth Onboarding Experience
What do you like best about the product?
How quickly and easy I can get my demo created. The experience was great and I was onboarded to software immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, the AI - automatic journeys and expanded options of creating screenshots caused me to recreate the demo multiple times and required me to do way more extra steps - deleting text provided by AI, extra bacons, etc. I just wanted simple straightforward demo.
