    What do you like best about the product?
    Navattic is super user-friendly. It took us just a short time to learn it and all the features before we were all ready to push Ddemos live.

    I love how we can showcase our products with interactive demos the customers can click through step-by-step or via a checklist they can move to sections they are interested in.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The mobile version isn't as detailed as the web version but that's to be expected with a smaller screen
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It allows our customers to get an inside look into our products before reaching out to a customer service rep who usually does a demo for them anyway. Saving the rep time and ensuring the customer is ready to purchase when they contact the rep

    We can show features that are not yet live, and link out to our actual product at any time.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The system is not always intuitive to make captures, find them in the library, or re-use them later.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Helping our sales team demo our more complicated solutions in an easy and effective way. Also, having our potential customers walk through our solutions easily.

    Effortless Demos, Quick Setup, Minor Limitations

    What do you like best about the product?
    I use Navattic for internal demos and it really lowers the speed of creating a demo quite a bit. It's more intuitive than a guru card or a recorded video. I find it very easy to use and set up, taking just about 20 minutes to record a demo. The click to capture feature is very convenient, and the copilot is really good at focusing on the necessary areas and providing a template. Also, the Navattic MCP works great with Claude.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    There's some latency when using click to capture, and there was a limit on the maximum screen captured. I'd like to see the max limit on screen captures removed.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Navattic speeds up creating demos significantly and is more intuitive than a Guru card or a recorded video.

    As a former leader of an organization that had to manually create simulations and keep up with It releases, the simplicity is a game changer. Love the ability to share it with customers directly.

    At times users can get stuck in flows and have to bypass

    Quicker ability to demonstrate without scheduling larger meetings with more people, faster self-serve, easy capture, better onboarding, simple for non technical users
