Excellent Interactive Demos with Offline Mode That Saved Us Tradeshow Costs
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is excellent for interactive product demos and sales enablement, and the offline demo mode plus click-to-capture saved us significant money by removing costly tradeshow dependencies.

What do you dislike about the product?
We tested LaunchPad to drive more seller adoption of demos and tours, but while it is a solid tool, it did not create the behavior change we hoped for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helps buyers quickly experience our product and easily share demos across buying committees, reducing friction and improving understanding.
A BDR Essential for Low-Ask Demos
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is a great tool to use in my day-to-day as a BDR, both as a low ask supplement to send to prospects who are interested in our product but are hesitant to join an intro call, as well as a content to imbed in some of our cold emails to gauge intent. We have also used at times in some low-touch sales processes post-discovery in place of a live demonstration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes the user experience in Navattic can be a bit rigid for a prospect, but understandably that can be by design.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned, being able to bridge the gaps between outreach to introduction call, as well as from intro to live demo. I can think of plenty of instances in previous roles where having Navattic tours at my fingertips would have been a huge asset.

Navattic is incredibly easy to use, and I really love its AI capabilities. The overall experience feels smooth and intuitive, and the AI features add a lot of value.

Honestly, there really isn’t anything to dislike.

Navattic is helping us reach more prospects by offering value-forward demos that clearly showcase what we can provide.
Navattic Makes It Easy for Clients to Visualize the Finished State
What do you like best about the product?
Live demos will always be part of the experience, but Navattic serves as the leave-behind: a tailored, prescriptive view of the completed end state that allows clients to visualize real outcomes without exposing real data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it had more capabilities on the set-up side. I wish that I could screen record and have AI make suggestion, or use text based prompt for it to take action.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic solves the gap between a live demo and a buyer’s real understanding of what “done” looks like. Live demos are linear, time-bound, and easy to forget. Navattic gives prospects a tailored, prescriptive view of the completed end state they can revisit, share internally, and explore at their own pace, without exposing real data.
The benefit to me is leverage and clarity. Fewer follow-up walkthroughs, less re-explaining context, tighter alignment across stakeholders, and faster, more confident decisions because everyone is reacting to the same version of the truth.

Incredibly Intuitive Tool for Creating and Sharing Interactive Demos
What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly intuitive and makes interactive demos easy to create, easy to share, and easy to consume. Our CSM is also really supportive and always fast to respond to questions/troubleshooting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind - it's been incredibly helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our product marketing team owns most video creation for our company and it's usually involving several teams (digital, creative/design, etc.) -- it's costly and slow-moving. With Navattic, we've been able to own the demo video process in a way that gives us autonomy and scale, without compromising quality. As SaaS business, we're also releasing product updates on a frequent basis. With Navattic, we can create up-to-date click-through product demos more frequently than we've been able to in the past.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to build highly interactive simulations.
What do you dislike about the product?
One limitation is that when updating a screenshot, it gets added to the ‘Add new screenshot’ area instead of replacing the existing screenshot in the same position, which makes small updates less intuitive.

Navattic helps create interactive product simulations easily, and its rapidly evolving, robust feature set makes it simple to deliver engaging demos that clearly showcase product value.

Strong UX for Quick Self-Guided Demos, but Branding Configuration Is Limited
What do you like best about the product?
The UX is strong - it takes very little time to get started and create a self-guided demo.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is limited configuration. While I understand there is a balance here, it would be nice to control more aspects of the branding to align with our internal branding guidelines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
People ask us all the time to see the tool. We are a small team, so live demos for every request is not feasible. Navattic enables us to fill that "first look" gap

Navattic has helped us create step through content for new users to our software, it's ease of use with intuitive design allows quick ROI for consumption
What do you dislike about the product?
Navattic is constantly improving it's workflow engine but I would like to see more of record a video with audio what I am stepping through. then allow video editing with visual callouts.

Our software can be cumbersome to navigate without prior experience or training, Navattic allows us to give them the real world experience in a safe and effective way.

Navattic makes it easy to build interactive product demos that our sales and solution consultant teams actively use when demoing to leads. The editor is simple and intuitive, the demos look polished and it’s been a strong asset for sales enablement.
We also share demo links directly with prospects, giving them hands-on exposure to key features and helping them understand the product’s value faster.

Deeper analytics would be helpful for understanding how prospects explore the demos and which features resonate most.

By replacing static screenshots and live demo dependency, Navattic has helped us qualify leads faster and shorten sales cycles with more consistent demos across the team.
