The Demo Automation Platform That Runs My Entire Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Starting off with ease of use — the Navattic team constantly pushes updates that make my life easier. I rarely have to open the documentation to understand how the product works. It's intuitive and simple, yet packed with features. The 2025 addition of sandbox demos has been an absolute game changer, opening up even more possibilities for how we engage prospects.
Next, I want to highlight all the different ways I use Navattic to support our business — from sales enablement to internal education, conferences, and even POCs. I use it every single day, and at this point my work essentially runs on Navattic.
Finally, an honorable mention to the incredible support team. They respond immediately whenever I have even a minor issue. A huge shoutout to Alex on support, and to Kayla, our CSM, who has been fantastic to work with — always patient, always helpful, no matter how many questions I throw her way.

What do you dislike about the product?
Guys, the Salesforce and Marketo integrations are not my favorite. Apart from that, I really don't actually dislike anything.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We initially adopted Navattic for top-of-funnel demo automation in our sales process, but over the past year I've successfully expanded its use across the organization. We now actively use it for internal enablement — onboarding teams and keeping them up to speed on product updates — as well as partner enablement and live conference demos. For early-stage and straightforward sales conversations, Navattic guides have become our go-to for live demos too, giving reps a polished, consistent experience without needing to go deep into the product.
If it were up to me, I'd embed Navattic guides directly into our user-facing documentation as well — that's how much I trust the format to communicate product value clearly.
And then there's sandbox demos. Introduced in 2025, this feature has been a complete game-changer for us. It bridges the gap between a guided tour and a full hands-on trial.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Navattic is how easy it is to update. This is a huge step up from the tedious process of creating a demo video and re-recording everything when something needs to be changed. Navattic is a game-changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is a minor thing in the grand scheme of things, but there used to be a bulk tool to apply shadow backdrops to multiple captures. I’ve been using Navattic recently and can’t find this feature anymore. If it’s still there now, it’s not as easy to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic solves the challenge of maintaining and upkeeping help centre demos. When a feature or screen changes in our platform, updating a demo is as easy as recapturing a screen with Navattic. No need to start everything from scratch.

Easy to use and intuitive tool. Had a few issues with screen capturing but they were very quickly resolved. Customer success manager is great.

Just wish I had time to create more demos.

Instead of long explanations or recorded walkthroughs, prospects can now explore the product on their own terms, which has drastically improved engagement and conversion rates.
What I like best is the balance between simplicity and flexibility — the platform is intuitive enough for anyone to use, yet powerful enough to create polished, customized experiences that truly reflect our brand. The analytics are also incredibly valuable, giving us insight into how prospects interact with each demo so we can continuously optimize.
Navattic isn’t just a tool, it’s become a core part of our go-to-market strategy. If you want to let your product speak for itself and shorten sales cycles, I couldn’t recommend it more.

Honestly, there’s nothing I dislike about Navattic. Everything works smoothly, the platform is well-designed, and the support team is fantastic. It’s rare to find a tool that checks all the boxes, but Navattic really does

Before, prospects had to sit through calls or wait for custom environments just to understand what we do. Now, we can share self-guided, interactive demos instantly — on our website, in campaigns, or directly with leads.

Keeps Getting Better and Better!
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Navattic for over 3 years now, and they keep making great progress. Every time I log in to make a new demo, there is a new tweak or feature to make my life easier. The copilot feature has improved greatly since it was first introduced and is now a great addition. The fullscreen button built in helps out so many situations, and they even are cooking up an Avatar feature to add a talking head to your demos. They are always listening to their customers and making improvements all the time. Any time I reach out to customer support, I get a quick response and they are usually very helpful. If I find a bug, they act on in right away. It's a breath of fresh air, honestly. Other vendors I have to use with my job have terrible customer service response times and never seem to address issues.
They are constantly improving the interface, and are working on a new builder that is much more intuitive. What do you dislike about the product?
The only small nitpick is how media captures are resized and fit within the iframe. It doesn't automatically fit the entire image in the frame by default. It resizes based on iframe width only and will add scrollbars. There are device frames to use which helps with this, but for laptop screenshots you either have to use one of the device frames that eats up a ton of iframe real estate, or use a frame that is just a border, but uses an awkward 3:2 aspect ratio instead of the more common 16:9 or 16:10. It still works, but there ends up being extra whitespace between the border and the screenshot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic solves the problem of letting our potential customers experience the platform without having to go in and configure a trial account. They can dig in, see how to configure settings, and see the end result. It helps immensely with new product launches, and even internal enablement.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so clean once the demo is live, it saves us so much time. Additionally, the support team is incredibly responsive and makes everything easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be pretty hard to find various features to include, but I really appreciate how responsive the support team is. Admittedly, on my team I only really make Navattics at the beginning of our year, so it's not as if I am putting in the hours to really get to know it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of demo, as well as our ability to track source links is incredibly helpful.

- "Turnkey" and no-code: once the demo links are set up, everyday use is super smooth, and I can create/share journeys without relying on engineering.
- Quick setup and customisation by persona/use case, which highlights value early in the cycle and speeds up qualification.
- Interactive experience that bridges the gap before a trial or call: more engagement on our pages, better-educated prospects, specific questions during meetings.
- Actionable analytics (engagement, drop-offs) + useful integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to align marketing/sales and score intent.

- Sometimes slow loading times give a bad impression of the product during the demo (the prospect thinks it's the actual site).
It is also impossible to go back in a demo, which really breaks the flow of conversation.
- Creating/editing links is cumbersome and unintuitive (small side panel, scattered steps).
- Confusing navigation (difficult to find actions, no easy access to the home page, no in-app help).
- Onboarding takes longer than expected: the first flows/guides take time to be presentable.

What do you like best about the product?
This is a great tool for providing an excellent experience for prospects and/or customers and being able to show the right features in a tour based on what is essential to the viewer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say improved analytics and easier-to-use integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it alot easier for our prosepct to experience our product in their own way without having to use free trials or them having to hop a call with an AE to walk through the product with them.
Streamlined Product Demos made easy
What do you like best about the product?
At its core, Navattic fulfills its promises and is surprisingly easy to use. By making product presentations more accessible, especially for complex and diverse products, we can clearly demonstrate our product to potential clients in an understandable way. This is very valuable because it has allowed us to quickly start building and showcasing solutions, not only for new prospects but also to create educational demos for current clients. This helps us better support customers regardless of their setup. Additionally, it provides many self-educational resources and includes useful integrations like Salesforce, Pardot, Slack, and others, which have helped us maximize the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting used to the terminology takes some time, and building the first demo can be a bit tedious. Captures from our Chrome extension product can also be hit or miss. Also, some of the native reporting features could be more user-friendly and robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provided a new, low-effort way for people to explore our product, which we implemented on our landing pages for both products and partner ecosystems. This helped drive more leads and gave us more intent data to nurture prospective clients as well.
We also used the demo to replace lengthy training videos to better educate our client onboarding and ongoing client support initiatives.
Additionally, we did not need to use internal engineering resources to build a similar solution, freeing our developers to work on other valuable projects.
