The best product tour solution for driving quality leads
What do you like best about the product?
I am a huge fan of the ability to edit the content of pages within Navattic. Our platform deals with a lot of sensitive, proprietary data that we wouldn't want to share so high up in the funnel. Using Navattic enables us to mask that data and create a really great user experience. It's also super easy to use and easy to get started. I've been really happy with the onboarding and customer support I've received. It's really helped us drive high-intent leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the ability to customize different form fields could be slightly better. Navattic currently has a fairly basic menu of options and introducing different field types, like picklists, etc.. would be so helpful for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic is helping us capture high-intent leads who may not be yet willing to commit to a demo conversation. It also helps us weed out low-intent traffic from the SMB side of our business where people may not realize they are a poor fit for our Enterprise platform unless they experience it in a tour like this and see the depth of functionality.
Scalable solution to improve user onboarding and product adoption
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use editing features that give you a lot of flexibility when developing onboarding flows, user adoption or product demos. End result is really good and with good integration with analytics tools (google analytics, amplitude) it gives us good chances to do further reviews or our flow and improvements. The fact that a non-technical person can use this is great bonus. Also, whenever we got stuck, customer support really helped us out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation is missing some key details regarding how to install tracking, but it was quickly resolved with the help of customer support team.

There are many things to like about Navattic, but some of the standout features include its user-friendly interface, its comprehensive analytics capabilities, and its ability to easily create and customize interactive demos. The platform also offers great customer support and resources for learning and optimizing your solution.
Apart from the product, collaborating with the customer success team has been a fantastic experience. From the very beginning, they were attentive to our needs and provided helpful guidance on how to best utilize the platform for our specific use case. Their prompt responses and willingness to go above and beyond has made the transition to using Navattic seamless. Not only that, but the customer success team has been readily available for any questions or concerns we have had along the way. They provide timely and thorough responses, making sure that we feel supported and heard as valued customers.,

Although every company has its own share of ups and downs, we are happy to say that we have not had any dislikes about our experience with Navattic. From the initial consultation to the ongoing support, the team at Navattic has consistently exceeded our expectations in terms of professionalism, expertise, and customer service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have always found it challenging to demo our solutions in a meaningful and engaging way. Traditional methods like PowerPoint presentations or static visuals often failed to capture the attention and interest of potential clients. That's why we turned to Navattic. We have seen great success with converting leads on our website through these interactive demos.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how user-friendly Navattic is. The Navattic account team is very involved and pays close attention to their customers. They're always listening and making their platform better. The big update they did in December 2023 changed the way the demo assets are oganized, making it much easier to navigate and manipulate, including some nice duplication features. They also added a great feature called 'Team Workspace.' It's very helpful for keeping everything in order and secure, especially in a big company.
Starting with Navattic was straightforward, too. The templates the Navattic team provided were a big help. They made it much easier for us to lay out our demos. Getting everything set up didn't take much effort, thanks to their guidance. This made the whole process of getting started with Navattic very smooth and hassle-free.

One thing I found challenging with Navattic is its mobile friendliness. It doesn't work as smoothly on mobile devices as it does on a computer. This can be a bit inconvenient when trying to promote demos for users on the go.

Navattic solves a key problem for us by allowing us to show potential customers what our product looks like right from the start of their discovery process. This early preview helps our visitors get a clear understanding of what we offer, making it easier for them to see the value of our product. It's been a great way to engage people early on and helps in building interest in what we do
Easy & Intuitive Product Interactive Demos
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive: We hit the ground running with Navattic. Navattic's UI and flow make it very easy to build, organize, and collaborate around your interactive demos. It took only a few passes to learn how it works, and from there we were pretty much all experts within the first week.
Configurable: Navattic makes your interactive demos extremely configurable. Navattic provides countless options, and features to add, remove, and adjust the UI of your product to improve the demo's look, feel, and value to your audience.

There was a slight resolution issue when viewing the interactive demos on different resolution screens (items would get shifted) - but that may be a one-off instance.

Great for self-service demos
What do you like best about the product?
Fairly easy to set up demo environments. Our CSM has been really proactive and responsive. The reporting is getting better. We started using Navattic more than a year ago and they keep adding features which is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
A better mobile experience and implementation would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our prospects wanted to kick the tires of our product but unfortunately we didn't have a self-service option available. Navattic fills that gap as best as it can right now. It has been good enough for prospects who want an inside look before talking to sales.

Navattic turns html screen captures into an interactive version of your product which is a lot more powerful than you think!

Can be a bit technical to make a great looking tour but the customer success team are really helpful and have great tips.

Sometimes it's useful to share a teaser of the product before speaking with prospects and Navattic makes that super easy.,

Navattic makes the software component of our solution easier to understand by enabling us to create virtual demos. We find that prospect that complete the interactive demo (including submitting their contact info) are very likely to schedule a call to discuss next steps.
Excellent Solution for guided product demos

Navattic is easy to use and their customer support is outstanding. It truly allows our organization to scale effectively and allows for very professional product walk throughs, saving us additional meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve when building the product demos which takes time. However once you understand all of the features and how they fit together the build process goes much faster.

Navattic is helping to eliminate the need for additional meetings and allows us to speed up the sales cycle when appropriate.
