What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that with egnyt you have the option to store both publicly and privately
What do you dislike about the product?
Egnyte has an interface that is kind of confusing at first and comes off as a lot. This can be hard for some people. Also the editing within egnyte between multiple users isn't up to par as some other companies are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to upload entire folders and not just singular documents making it easier for my team to see and go through.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A training session for employees would be an important thing. Base the decision on the size of your company and your employers willingness to learn a whole new platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I have a secure place to easily store all my files. Egnyte helps me back up my files easily so I don't have to worry about losing my work. I can also easily share files with team members and external contacts and assign the level of access I choose.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced any features I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration, sharing and security.

Make sure the file sharing is properly set up for your business.

Uploads are fast, directory structure is easy to establish. Security is pretty easy to establish to limit access and type of activities the user can perform
What do you dislike about the product?
The system sends out notifications of files that have been added to the site during the day. However, it does not include any of your uploads in that notification - which would be helpful sometimes. Can not see how that can be configured.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a repository of files requested by our external auditors, makes it much easier than emailing files.

The great storage and security of the files. The ability to share only certain files or folders with others.

I have not found anything to date that I do not like.

The issues that we are overcoming is the ability to share files with others and have them still be secured.
Also, the ability to not have to worry about someone deleting or overwriting them.

I like so much to feel cooperation with my colleagues.A Very easy way of sharing files.Nice point that I can see hole history who was attend my documents. And my more favorite that all of this I can do from any devices which I have or I like to use.

Sometimes can be slow. Once was waiting for a reply from help service. Become angry.But now I do like everything.And I'm glad that support service more loyal and helpful.

To discuss some subject become easier with one click to access all files.So people who can't be near always can attend it and see what we do or did.

Firsy cloud based content protection tool, fast delivery, secure sharing and acess

I have used it for a short term and could not find the reason to dislike it.

Secure sharing and access of confidential documents with clients, team. We can access data on any device without VPN so it helps in work faster.
