What do you like best about the product?
The best feature is the desktop and mobile app integration. I love this feature, it runs smoothely.
What do you dislike about the product?
The FTP server is not that good initially when I started working with it. It takes some time to get use to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Egnyte helps us in keeping the data secure and works as storage for us. It is File share sever for us.

What do you like best about the product?
When we use its sharing service with an organization it shares with the special users and with the date and time. It is easy to store your data and information very easily and good user interface.very ideal for small and medium businesses. If you are working with cloud this is best option for sharing the files
What do you dislike about the product?
Egnyte plateform does not take files more than 15gb or above. And nothing more bad about egnyte as it is secure and user friendly. This platform is growing day by day and it is going to be more better in the near future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As it is user friendly you can access files very easily on any platform and locations. My organization using this for storing data with access control in hands. We share the information through the egnyte which is very effortless.
best software to secure your content
What do you like best about the product?
Many unusual activities(compliance related activities) are going on but thanks to Egnyte which alerts us whenever something like this happens. File sharing has become very secure and I feel very confident to share client confidential files

There's nothing in specific that I dislike about this software but i find its price little bit on the higher end. Other than this I love everything about this product.

So basically Egnyte provides us with security. It takes care of any unusual activities, classifies confidential content, secure files while sharing them over the cloud
TERRIBLE policies & support
What do you like best about the product?
Clean interface. Very tempting. Easy to navigate. Appreciated the clean look and usability. Best, it felt as secure as other options. Easier to use than Drobox.

Egnyte's customer service has been quite poor throughout my subscription (which began on 9/2020)... But I wouldn't have written this review if it weren't so difficult to cancel my subscription! Over the past 2 years the app has changed in ways I don't need and has not changed in ways that I DO need, so I decided to cancel my subscription.
I wrote to Egnyte to cancel my subscription and I received this reply: "Per our Terms, we require cancellation requests to be submitted at least 30 days prior to the annual renewal. Since your account renews on 09/08/2022, the earliest we could close the account is 09/07/2023."
So, because I am 8 days late to cancel, they are forcing me to pay for, and keep the app for a FULL YEAR! I was shocked to find that the rep didn't offer to waive this OR prorate it in any way.

I needed an upload link for clients to upload files securely. It was simple for them. It helped productivity somewhat.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity and ease of use of file sharing and locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The searching feature is not as good as it could be. Could possibly show recently visited from that search, etc.

Egnyte Helps Keep Me Secure
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Egnyte is that it helps remote teams share documents securely. I also like how easy the platform is to use and the flexibility it gives teams that are spread apart.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be completely honest, this question is difficult to answer. There really isn't much I dislike about the platform. I guess if I had to choose though, I would make it more visually appealing to look at.

Egnyte is solving many problems for companies these days. In a new world where working remotely has become the norm. Egnyte keeps data/document sharing secure and safe between remote employees.

Not really seen any. Would maybe see when i use it real time on daily basis.

Control and access on each level, cost wise i feel its quite affordable with a lot of features.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which the files can be managed is the best part. A particular file can be accessed via different platforms which makes it a cross-functional 360-degree tool. The threat management is another important feature that saves the organization's critical data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The file sharing and collaboration space are somewhat pretty challenging as there are many big players like Microsoft, and Google in this space, Egnyte needs to stand out and bring in features that the other platforms are not offering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it as a file-sharing platform wherein users can come in and collaborate as well also it helps to protect the files being used daily to prevent any ransomware attack.
