Comprehensive solution for all cloud-based storage within an organization.
What do you like best about the product?
While we share it with the external organization, we share it with the special authorization and with the expiration date and time. Egnyte also stores streaming videos. A simple, easy-to-store and-access user interface. Ideal for small, middle, and big businesses. Best of all, we can access project files via Egnyte from any connected device. Increases control over who gets access to documents and what actions may be taken on those documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not support files greater than 15GB and has extremely limited offline access control. It presently does not support third-party app integrations. They utilize basic encryption in transit and at rest, making it impossible to submit important data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We may access the files from any location. You may also edit your files from anywhere, on any device: at home, at work, or through mobile applications. This functionality enables distant work and simple on-site collaboration. Load your local files onto a disk and access them when needed; instead of replacing your laptop, you may log in and utilize it from any laptop. Furthermore, the video footage of the team meeting is stored to Egnyte for convenient access. My company benefits from centralized data storage with access control throughout the enterprise.
A Useful and Easy Storage Platform
What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy, user friendly platform that can store files safely and share them in a secured fashion. The interface makes it easy to keep things organized and access your files quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered any downsides yet. My organization uses Egnyte for photo storage and we are able to share files in a safe manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Egnyte helps my organization share select files in a safe and secure way. With photos and internet safety concerns, this is a priority and Egnyte helps us acheive that.

The storage platform is easy to use and secure for storing and sharing files.

It's a quick and practical way to send, organize and keep track of big data

the links tend to expire quite quickly and if not, you have to change the access times by hand each time

It creates links so I can conveniently share data with my clients or internally

Set up folder structures for yourself, that way it's way more organized and you cent lose track

Rock solid file management
What do you like best about the product?
I can archive and share files across multiple project accounts quickly and easily. Very intuitive interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes. It functions reliably and meets all my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Egnyte's file management architecture allows me to easily manage customer project files in multiple categories across multiple projects without fear of losing any data. The web and application format also gives me flexible ways to access my data.

There is not really anything to dislike in this application. Purpose served using this application

Egnyte is helping us with file sharing irrespective of the file sizes. No such benefit financially.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to have a remote access system that multiple users can use at the same time. I think this is better than Cloud. This system is much more user friendly than others I have used in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
I run into a few situations, I have trouble creating new folders or moving items to the folders created in the system. I have to request our company IT help to make this work at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to share inventories across our company in real time. It is amazing that multiple users can use the same documents uploaded at the same time instead of waiting for someone to close down before I can use it.
