Egnyte for easy intuitive access
What do you like best about the product?
Its easy and very intuitive to use - does not require a lot of training and support to get team members working and collaborating fast. It is also reliable with no real down time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be costly as the team grows and they are bundling new features that can not be customized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team members can access documents and collaborate as required on multiple devices anytime, anywhere. Flexibility of options.

Easy to use, has many integrations, and is reasonably priced.
What do you dislike about the product?
Searching takes you down paths that are not directly reversed when you back up (i.e. you can travel into a folder and get to a file and then click the back button and instead of going up a level, to the folder for example, you return to a main/higher folder view and lose your search trail).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
File storage and sharing, both internally and externally. Egnyte creates a useful source of truth for an organization - a single-point file storage solution that has solid security and access permission options.

working collaboratively in PowerPoint presentations using the Egnyte platform is not as robust/good as in Onedrive

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use for the file share and collaboration with native tools such as word and google docs.

I can't delete files, and it causes a mess.

I would say that User Interface is the key player here.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be better to have the feature of opening an existing folder in a new tab just by clicking the scroll wheel or right-clicking on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of sharing links and the privacy protection system are impressive. I mostly use password-protected links. It seems great to me.

I don't think there's really anything to dislike, it's a great product.

Egnyte helps store date and info, like never before.
What do you like best about the product?
Egnyte is great for storing all of our photo files for our publication. Since we work with several clients who are constantly sending in ads and specific designs, we need one location to store all these items so we can locate and use them efficiently. Egnyte helps us to do this! They are great at keep our files safe and secure. We enjoy the interface as it allow for easy deployment with new and advanced memebers on our staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does use a lot of space at times, and you must be connected to the right I.P (I believe) address. For example, Egnyte only connects to our work server. So, if there is an instance where we are not at work or the physical office, then we are unable to connect from home or other places. This can pose as a problem for work-from-home employees. There are some hiccups here and there but the program is improving anf it is what we like for now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are storing and locating all ad files, using one convenient location, access to multiple employees without having to share across platforms like e-mail, slack, etc. This gives all, who need access, to the items we are working on separately that may need colloboration, especially in our office, where there may need to be multiple changes. One person can access the file independently and upload, and the next person can then edit what they need.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend using this product. I mentioned before how easy it is when storing large files all in one place. As the climate changes for work-from-homes employees, we will programs that will rise to the occasion. Egnyte is that product! It allows us to really cut downtime with back and forth looking for multiple items. When we are able to access and collaborate with one another using this server, it makes it easier for all. This helps to cut down on frustration and mistakes utilizing this program. We like the application and ease of use but also the support from the company when we have questions or issues. As we all know, no program is perfect, but this is dang near close
