Egnyte Using
What do you like best about the product?
We can use from everywhere and at any platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Folder permissions and file sharing with other platforms could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can save files, folders, and everything quickly. We don't need a local storage device. Everything is in the cloud, and it is very secure.

Hybrid file server and cloud archiving of files for easy recovery

Way too addictive for some team members that most of project work is done in Egnyte

We use Egnyte to share files as the core function. Access to documents is based on the permission of the user to create, export or sync files

Well organized dashboards to create, share and upload files to the cloud. Flexibly-priced

Ease of moving around files and filing them appropriately

It opens too many windows as you look at separate documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I perform Daily Money Management and must identify and pay bills, then file them, marked paid, in the appropriate folder. It is easy to use and keeps the records straight.

It's very user-friendly and straightforward. It's quick to upload and download info.

I have no dislikes. The product works as stated.

I am saving money and time by not having to purchase CD's to download artwork. I just need to send the link for the info.

Egnyte is the most reliable and most easy to understandble software i have ever used.

According to me i don't dislike anything in egnyte. All the things are good.

Basically egnyte is file exchanging system so we exchange the files with clients.

What do you like best about the product?
As an old Directory Services administrator, I recognize the elegant, fine-grained access control that Egnyte has. The platform is delightfully intuitive and seems to lead you where you want to go. There is nothing awkward about the interface, as it gently guides you where you want to go. If you care about corporate branding, Egnyte gives you the tools necessary to apply your corporate branding to the service. Finally, I think you will find Egnyte's product quite afordable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not discovered anything I didn't like, except that I didn't find it sooner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can store data assets off-site quickly and efficiently. The WebDAV mount makes file transfer as simple as native local storage. User administration lets us centralize shared data transport across our lines of business.

I love Egnyte's ability to share files, makes collaboration with a team easy.

Whenever Egnyte upgrades, I lose all my shortcuts, which is short-term pain.

Reliable storage, great collaboration for teams.
Document Filing Perfection
What do you like best about the product?
I have used several filing systems in my 20 years as a clinical research monitor. Egnyte is fast, powerful, reliable, and most importantly EASY to use and understand. It is by far the most straightforward system I have used. The beauty is in the simplicity, which saves countless labor-hours of training. Highly recommend this product.

For my purposes, there is nothing about Egnyte that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The greatest benefit is the time savings. I can navigate the folders and access records at a pace unrivaled by any other system I have used.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider how much training will be required of your end-users for whichever system you select. Because the file structure of Egnyte is so familiar to the vast majority of Windows & Mac OS users, the training required will likely be minimal.
