Speed of Upload & Download, User Interface
What do you dislike about the product?
The Functionality of Copy, Move. It opens the entire directory, It could be better this could be possible by typing the folder name or pasting location of the folder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing of Links to Clients has been easier.

Excellent tool for team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I use Egnyte on a daily basis and it is an excellent package for cloud storage of all files and team sharing. Working on the go is made easier with remote access to work server files. I can access anything from anywhere, which allows me to have access to all of the information I need, without having to save them on my computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Previously, the platform had a slow response and required a long time to upload files, but it is now perfect and a great tool for team collaboration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our primary data repository, which we use in collaboration with our client and which allows us to manage our files efficiently. As a user, setup was incredibly simple, requiring only the click of a link. Egnyte makes document collaboration within our teams a breeze and gives us peace of mind by allowing us to save everything to the cloud, ensuring that no work is lost in the event of a computer failure.

What do you like best about the product?
We have unlimited storage and can now access all of our company files from anywhere, from any device.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had issues with the desktop sync app; it's tricky not to have it download more files than I need locally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We love sharing direct links to our files with clients and even with co-workers for review. It makes it easy to send giant files without needing to involve another file-sharing service.

Easy way to share projects for entire group to collaborate on. Shares files in real time. Archives past versions. Search function is fast and reliable.

What do you like best about the product?
Egnyte has been apart of our business for several years and it is the easiest online storage we have found.
What do you dislike about the product?
I truly have not found anything i do not like about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The accessibility to information in a timely manner is key. I can pull it up on my phone, computer or tablet in seconds to get what i need.

What do you like best about the product?
The feature I like most about Egnyte is the simplicity for my client users who upload documents each month. They don't need a special login or account, they just click the link in my email signature, enter their name, and drag-and-drop as many files as needed in one sweep. VERY simple for clients (even those who are very non-technical) and for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I need to download docments in order to mark them up (I often highlight or circle the statement ending date and ending balance for future reference) and I wish I had the ability to highlight, circle text, and makes notes directly on the statements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem solved is that my clients have a simple way to provide documents to me without using email (which isn't secure for sensitive information) and I get a notification every time a client uploads something, with a list of the documents uploaded. Another problem solved is that the link for clients to upload is in my email signature, so I don't need to initiate anything on my end (unless I choose to). The benefits are unlimited file storage, easy access by clients to find what they need, and incredible simplicity of uploading and downloading documents. I love this solution!

I can share document, images, video using any type of device (laptop, iPad, Android, ...) and get a link very easily.

I can't make out of my organization user aware when there is a new file in a shared folder for him to retrieve it.

Microsoft word and excel online via egnyte allow users to operate remotely from any location without the requirement for Microsoft Office. As someone who does not have access to the desktop version, this has allowed me to work from home throughout the epidemic. It's also simple to email papers to my coworkers. I like how simple it is to use and how quickly our firm was onboarded. It was a simple procedure to migrate our files to Egnyte, and it has fundamentally changed the way we collaborate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The worst part about Egnyte is when your colleagues don't use it. However, there is one area in which it might improve: its web-based platform. It's functional, but it's not up to par with Microsoft's teams.

To meet internal and review needs, we used to store several versions of a particular file. Egnyte helps us keep track of fewer revisions of a single file. We now have a better approach to satisfy our review and storage demands, thanks to Egnyte.

Because of its low cost, it is a highly recommended instrument. It comes with all of the necessary features to assist you in advertising your business on a wide scale. This tool will show you how to share projects with clients in a secure manner.
