Fast, Secure, & Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The security. I'd need to worry about my data!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. You can access the data in almost any format you can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to protect a lot of data and give access to a lot of staff. I can easily give access to select staff to select folders.
Great ability to Collaberate
What do you like best about the product?
As a team we can collaborate remotely during a phase where collaborating is difficult.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have not found a dislike so far. A simpler 2 FA would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simple store docs in a cashe for all team members to retrieve the same document.

What do you like best about the product?
Its features help me to run my business in an efficient manners and put my content to a fruit bearing position. This software ensures that the content of my file does not go somewhere across disconnected systems and unwanted locations. It gives enterprise a complete visibility of its files. Since I have complete dominancy over my folders I can safely collaborate with my clients. It is very convenient to use and it also saves time. It allows me to edit files, upload photos via mobile phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think its interface should be user friendly. It works so amazingly but sometimes uploading large files is problematic and time consuming. Sometimes sharing large files is problematic otherwise its works perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This cloud is easily useable through phone, so It enables me to work even if I m not in the office. Egnyte allows me to visit different websites like Google Apps, Microsoft, and Salesforce to make my files more fruit yielding. So integration with other productive tools is quite smooth. It allows me to edit my folders directly from browser that saves time. By using this cloud I can secure my files in a better way by turning off the history and setting expiry date of my links being shared on the cloud.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is highly suggested tool because of its reasonable price. It is equipped with all essential features that will further help you in promoting your business at a large scale. This tool will introduce you secure ways of sharing projects with clients.
It is good to thrive knowing that your data is kept on safe hands!

The handling of stored MSG outlook files. You need to use a external app to view attachments

I love that it allows me to be just as productive from home.

I havent found many things that I dislike. Maybe the UI needs an update? But still awesome.

My company now realizes we can still be productive in sales during this pandemic.
This product is very easily to set and use for our clients and firm personnel.

I would like to see a way that subfolders created under a client could have separate secure and confidential client access so I can provide access to different people at the client site.

The managment console. As a network admin, the managment console is really user friendly. You can manage everything really easyly

The only thing I dislike is when it's time to collaborate in word or excel file you are limited to the web app

Security of files, allowing our employees to share files or folder with external partner, sending big file by email, etc.
