Its very efficient and asy to use.

I honestly don't have any dislikes at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I able to use this to coordinate drawing issuances with multiple trade partners without the restriction of file size.

Its very user friendly and easy to navugate through.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to share links to files, begin working directly in a file, and to download and upload files with ease has been very beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some excel spreadsheets require data connections to other software and the connections are lost so we're unable to refresh the workbooks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that the entire team can access all of our much needed files while away from the office has been a blessing and has saved us the trouble of having to create separate files. We can now maintain what was already working and work on new ideas.

Can be a bit laggy at times. But that may be network issues. Difficult to tell.

Excellent experience overall. Best UX and fastest compared to other file-sharing system I've used.

Less intuitive UX for managing folders and sub-folders. When comparing to other services such as Google Drive, which can do drag-and-drop, it is a bit of a hassle. But is generally good compared to the custom-built file-sharing solutions I've used with other companies.

File sharing both internally as well as externally with my clients, and the security issues that entail.

What do you like best about the product?
interfacing between mobile and desktop and file on the fly. Being able to recover files that were deleted months ago. simple means of file sharing. All three of these main traits have made increased efficiency and reduced the amount of headaches with lost files or inability to share large files through email limitation mediums with external clients or internal team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Password renewal every 30 days credentials and being pushed to use a 3rd party verification application.. In windows exploring, you get locked out of modifying/saving the file if you have the explorer preview window open. worst is when other teams member exit a file so that you main work on it, but they unknowingly have windows explorer open with a preview window and everyone is locked out.
another annoying issues is you cant see whom the author is or who modified a file through a local directory like windows explorer. id have to login to the egnyte website and search for the file in the browser to see who made any modifications.
last known issues is with updates. Updates would require administrative permission. back in the days of early egnyte with the frequent updates. we would need to have our IT personnel remote login when they were available to make the updates for fixes. sometimes it could wait, but for the big updates were we were experiencing bugs. we couldnt update until IT was able to remote login and provide access.

The is an ease of use for file sharing and archiving photos from mobile while on the job. centralizing filing and ease of file recovery.
one of the great things is the modification history. we are able to find lost files due to team members accidentally move folders or files because the accidentally double click or dragged files or folders into incorrect destinations.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
its great to be able to access and share files while using mobile or desktop. there is a quick and seam list transition between the two. Another great benefit is being able to navigate egnyte without having to use accessing the website. Doing straight from file explore saves a lot of leg work.
For cloud storage and sharing files, it is an excellent solution.

Drag and drop feature. Large storage. Instant copy link option. "timed" links to files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nice to have an "always on" feature so that I don't have to log in each time I access.

Sharing files with multiple people across multiple countries on multiple platforms, with ability to search and go back to old files and re-send when necessary.
