What do you like best about the product?
It's most helpful that navigation is easy to use and helps me find things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have different Egnyte folders merge together on one screen and it's confusing to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross-office and cross-country collaboration is probably the biggest thing.

What do you like best about the product?
What I treasure most about Egnyte , is the fact that it guarantees 100% data security; with continues automated system back up you can be sure anytime any day your data will be safe.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered any problem yet. But initially, the system was a little slow, which we don't experience nowadays.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Egnyte has really transformed our business since we started investing in it, the user complain of data loss has been solved perfectly. The automated synchronization is another priceless feature that has helped us smooth business operation.

What do you like best about the product?
Egnyte is an excellent software for file sharing plus its robust security features.
Since most computer-related work uses mostly Microsoft Products especially Office, Egnyte has this remarkable feature of integrating the most popular office tools in the market within its dashboard, especially Office 365. With this alone, it's a no brainer that Egnyte is the most appropriate Cloud Solution for companies.

What do you dislike about the product?
I am used to Google Drive and sometimes I get confused with Egnyte's robust features.
It is also quite expensive as the subscription is per user, but if you do not mind paying extra bucks for security and it's unique features, go ahead and try Egnyte.

File sharing with clients and team with the ease of mind of not worrying about security.

Try it out, at first, we are hesitant because of the price, but it's well worth it.
Egnyte is Perfect Business-Ready Cloud Solution
What do you like best about the product?
What i really like in Egnyte is Security, consistency, and ease of use are the biggest perks here. Users from IT to none at all have a simple time understanding how to use their cloud solution. The local server storage sync for office computers to have easy access to all cloud files locally is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I observe in the term of dislike is the administration package (SSO) is really expensive, I wish they supported fingerprint security like they do on iOS, and the app crashes when syncing lots of files that were marked offline. and also whats really happend is sometimes the software doesn't connect to the computer right away and you have to restart the computer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily access shared company documents and i save everything in Egnyte and can access anytime from multiple devices. For the construction business its a must to have program so valuable & easy to use
Drive software for corporate business
What do you like best about the product?
Great software and portal for file and file-sharing. I have the option to use Egnyte in my browser, as a drive on my PC or as automatic desktop backup. All options can also work together. The structure of files can be made as you like and the sharing options are great. You can edit files in your browser or open and edit in your desktop client.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some time to learn how to use it due to the many options. I think it is a learning curve that's worth using time on. Egnyte cannot handle large files which is annoying as a designer. Inherited permissions can become a bit of a mess and there's not really any easy way to make it better. Reporting could also be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm happy with Egnyte and I feel like my work can be stored here in a safe and reliable way. The speed of file transfers are pretty good and I like the flexibility and applications there's available.

What do you like best about the product?
Egnyte has a great file structure and you can copy the view and usage as you know from a drive on a window.I appreciate the customizable setup that Egnyte allows.It is very easy to open the app and verify it and quickly move it along down the pipe line by sharing with the next partner.

I wish that if there was more reports designed to clean up older areas of Egnyte .

Just being able to have a backup of all data offside and having that all data at any time and anywhere .

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and easy to setup. Egnyte has HIPAA compliant security and lots of good security. This is the cloud storage service with some basic admin control. Data is stored without any problem.
Mobile application for both iOS and Android everyone has access to all their files from anywhere. Their team support is very good, always respond within sometime.

Permission become a bit of a mess and there is not any easy way to make it better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall this is the best software which comes with the benefit of keeping your computer clean. Sharing files with colleagues is made easy with Egnyte. I find it to be secure to contain all of my clients information easy to access anytime. Best tool for storage without expensive.

What do you like best about the product?
Sharing file is easy, more so between us the cashiers in the bank and the agents in the community

It tends to hang when a lot of activities are going on in the computer

Sharing files to different people, like the manger, agents, we are also synchronising file and documents.

One of the best software to use especially in file sharing

The tool itself is great. Tons of features, super secure and quite simple to use for admin.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 30 day cancelation policy hidden in the ToS rather than being clear about it in your billing page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None that can't be solved with other similar tools. Probably a better storage solution than its competitors but the pricing is not attractive for what it offers compared to O365.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't, they've become too beurocratic, only care about keeping you as a billable account even if you're not satisfied with their service. Shady terms of service and the worst customer service ever.
