What do you like best about the product?

Canva is extremely valuable. It has so many options for the designs you can create and it really makes designing content and branded materials easy.

What do you dislike about the product?

Occasionally I experience technical difficulties and have to wait a few minutes before my edits update and are available. Despite this my work is always saved automatically.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Canva recently launched email features. Using this feature allows me to design email elements, images and links all in one workplace, test my emails and export them to gmail. For me, this process was not as simple using some of the other email softwares that are available.

What do you like best about the product?

Easy to use! And the AI can help for non creative people like me.

What do you dislike about the product?

Can't think of anything at the moment. Always enjoy creating presentations and flyers with their templates. Their UI is very easy to use and self explanatory.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The AI allows me to get all of my ideas out and runs with them. If I don't like what I see, I can refine my prompt. And the templates are easy to use. I can change the colors and move the pieces however I want, but it gives me a very strong base.

Very well integrated with claude, google slides, powerpoint , best in case, Canva ai is wonderful, has amazing website and user friendly

Sometimes, some images are hard to edit.. Pricing could be lowered

Everything design, everything creativity. Create social media posts, make edits, make PPTs, and pitch decks

What do you like best about the product?

In Canva, you have many options to create different things, such as posters, reports, and more. You can even create your CV there. It offers a wide range of templates, and you can easily align everything the way you want. You can also upload your own photos, which makes it even more useful.

What do you dislike about the product?

The only issue I’d point out is the pricing. I think there should be a student offer, for example, to make it more accessible.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Canva saves me time and gives me ideas. For example, when I need to create a report, I browse through the templates first. Once I pick one I like, I customize it to fit what I need.

Honestly, most design tools fight me on the easy stuff. Canva just gets out of the way. I throw decks, social posts, blog images, and random marketing one-offs at it, and most of the time I've got something that looks decent before I've had a chance to overthink it.

Once I started doing bigger projects, Canva began to feel a bit cramped, mostly when I wanted a layout to sit exactly where I pictured it or needed the branding to stay consistent. Templates are a fast way in, but if you lean on them too much your stuff ends up looking like everyone else's.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Canva, even a small design request meant either waiting on a designer or losing an afternoon to some clunky editing program. Now I just do it myself, whether it's slides, a social post, or a quick blog graphic, and a project doesn't grind to a halt every time something needs tweaking.

Its user friendly and easy to use software, we can create creatives for social media easily

There should be a feature of creating illustration from photo which can be used in creatives

For most of my design needs, the free version provides everything I require, making Canva my preferred design tool.

Performance is consistently smooth and reliable, with no noticeable lag during use. The mobile app is also a great addition, allowing me to work on projects conveniently from anywhere. The onboarding experience is straightforward, and I have found the support resources helpful and easy to access. Additionally, integrating Canva with tools such as Claude is simple and seamless, requiring minimal setup and enabling a more efficient workflow.

What do you dislike about the product?

While Canva is an excellent tool overall, some advanced features and premium assets are locked behind the paid version, which can feel limiting if you rely heavily on the free plan. Also, when it comes to highly customized or professional-grade design work, Canva doesn’t always provide the same level of control and flexibility as dedicated design software. I’d like to see more advanced AI features as well as broader customization options to make the platform even better.

Canva helps me solve design and content creation challenges by providing an easy-to-use platform for creating presentations, social media graphics, documents, posters, and other visual content. It eliminates the need for advanced design skills while still enabling me to produce professional-looking results. The built-in templates, design tools, and AI-powered features significantly reduce the time required to create and edit content. As a result, I can complete projects more efficiently, improve the quality of my visual communications, and focus more on the content itself rather than the technical aspects of design.

Canva has been really beneficial for me when it comes to editing pictures and videos. It makes the whole process easier and helps me get the results I’m looking for.

I think the Canva app should include more templates, because the current selection feels a bit limited.

As someone with very little graphic design or video editing experience, I appreciate that I can quickly get comfortable with the platform and build proficiency without much hassle.

I am able to create static images or short videos within a quick turnaround time for various projects.
