Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Canva is that I can use AI in Canva, and I’ve already integrated it with ChatGPT. With simple prompts and commands, it generates templates for my presentations and also creates stunning graphics using AI in Canva.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s nothing I dislike about Canva, since I mostly use it for my presentations and for designing email marketing templates. I use it regularly, and it works well for what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For non-designers like me, Canva makes it really easy to create content. I can quickly put together presentations, email marketing campaigns, and sometimes even a few social media posts. It’s simple to use and comes with plenty of stock images, graphics, fonts, videos, and ready-made templates. I also like that I can use AI within it, which helps make my work faster and easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it completely removes the steep learning curve you get with software like Photoshop. Anyone on the team can jump in, grab a professional-looking template, and tweak it to fit our branding without a hassle. The brand kit feature keeps all our exact colors and fonts right where we need them, so making clean, consistent graphics takes minutes instead of hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app can feel super clunky and frustrating to use when you're trying to align small elements or edit precise details on a touchscreen. Also, a ton of the best templates, fonts, and elements are locked behind the Pro paywall now, which gets annoying if you're trying to stick to the free version. Sometimes the alignment grids snap too aggressively, making it tricky to put things exactly where you want them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It completely solves the headache of having to wait around for a professional graphic designer just to make quick, minor updates to marketing templates or project slides. Instead of wrestling with complicated design software or trying to align basic text boxes in PowerPoint, I can jump in and handle it myself in under five minutes. It saves a ton of time and keeps projects moving without any delays.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Canva for designing my templates and PDFs. It's an easy, fast, and efficient tool that saves me a lot of time. I like its ease of use and user-friendly interface. The UI is very user-friendly, making fonts, sizing, and editing PDFs really simple. The initial setup was very easy as well.

Pricing can be a bit more less.

What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of templates which can safe desiging time and it also give a lot of idea about the layout and content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the layout looks complicated as there are too many content on the site. In this case, it takes more time to search for the ideal template. I think the 'category' can be done much more clear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly is the design issue. Canva can help a lot in generaing design idea which save a lot of time on making graphic for social media, or even advertisment for magazine.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Canva is how easy it makes creating professional designs, even for non-designers. The drag-and-drop interface, the huge template library, and the AI-powered tools help me create social media posts, presentations, marketing poster materials, and branding content quickly. Because I manage a website and social media, Canva saves me a lot of time while still delivering high-quality results. Overall, Canva is also convenient for teams and freelancers.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Canva is very user-friendly, many premium assets and advanced features require a Pro subscription. For more advanced design work, the platform can also feel limiting compared to professional tools. One more thing I noticed is that when I worked on larger projects, Canva could load slowly, and the editing flexibility wasn’t always as precise as I wanted. Still, these limitations are minor compared to the overall value Canva provides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva helps solve the challenge of creating professional-quality designs quickly, without needing advanced design skills or expensive software. Its integrations with other built-in tools streamline my workflow, and the onboarding process makes it easy to get started. The support resources and tutorials are also helpful when learning as a new user.
