Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Canva is its simplicity and speed. Even without design experience, I can quickly create professional designs using its templates and drag-and-drop tools
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Canva can slow down when working with large designs or many elements on a page. Also, some advanced editing capabilities that professional designers may need are still limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva helps solve the problem of time-consuming design work by providing easy templates and drag-and-drop tools. It allows me to quickly create professional graphics without needing advanced design skills.

What do you like best about the product?
Canva makes it incredibly easy to create professional-looking designs in just a few minutes, even if you’re not a designer. I really like its huge library of templates, fonts, and stock elements, which I can quickly customize for social posts, presentations, and documents. The drag-and-drop interface feels intuitive, and I also appreciate being able to stay on brand by saving colors, logos, and layouts to reuse across different projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Canva can feel a bit slow or laggy when working on larger designs or switching between pages. A few of the more advanced features are slightly hidden or take a moment to find in the interface. Collaboration can also get confusing if multiple people are editing at the same time, and version history and folder organization could be a bit more powerful and easier to manage. I would love if they would fully integrate Claude into their AI workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva lets me produce high-quality visuals without needing a full-time designer or complicated software. It solves the problem of creating on-brand graphics, presentations, and social media content quickly. I can reuse templates, keep assets organized, and make changes on my own, which saves time and reduces costs compared to outsourcing or using more complex design tools.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Canva's ease of use, which really helps in managing and creating design content efficiently. The brand implementation feature is very beneficial as it aligns the university's social branding with our established brand standards. By using the brand kit feature, users at Ole Miss can only use approved colors, fonts, and marks, ensuring that no design goes off-brand. The initial setup was simple, and I like how it solves for employees who aren't as skilled in design by offering pre-made, branded templates. Overall, Canva integrates well into our workflow and is an invaluable tool for maintaining brand consistency.
What do you dislike about the product?
The review process is great but would like to see an opportunity to segment the types of content created (social, email, print, etc.) to different levels of review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva solves design skill gaps with pre-made branded templates and ensures brand consistency with our locked-in brand kit. Its ease of use aligns university social branding with standards, preventing off-brand designs.
