Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

What do you like best about the product?
In canva I like high graphics editing features which are real time editing, drag and drop feature, free accessibility of photos and videos, multiple templates and graphics etc. This is a editing tool which is package of everything that a professional or casual editor will need during while creating best designs.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me canva is a complete editing software and I did not find any feature of this tool which is incomplete or useless. I would just like to suggest them to improve their user interface for Android and iOS devices because accessing all the features of canva from these devices is really difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva help us in creating multiple quotations for our business and it also includes creating infographic designs and information. We create design and posters for our social media profiles and upload them everyday so that our customer can engage with our contents and stay connected.

I love the templates, the team collaboration feature, the built in slide show feature and the ease of use for non-designers

What do you like best about the product?
I genuinely appreciate Canva for its ease of use and the way it seamlessly supports my workflow in our digital marketing agency. With around four to five years of experience using Canva, I primarily use it to design social media posts, edit basic images, such as removing backgrounds, and even design books and posters. The process of setting up Canva was incredibly straightforward; it was super easy to get started, given the thousands of templates available for virtually every need. I love its intuitive interface, which significantly reduces the learning curve and allows immediate project execution. The ability to leverage Canva's extensive library of templates and the built-in AI feature, like the magic background removal, which works with just one click, tremendously boosts my efficiency. The inclusion of colour presets, an image gallery, and an elements gallery are all things I find most useful in enhancing my design tasks. This tool saves me a lot of time and is a key reason I ensure my subscription renews every month. The overall intuitiveness of Canva aligns perfectly with my needs, making it easy to recommend it to others, evidenced by my nine out of ten recommendation score.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Canva AI can be better. It doesn't understand the task properly, or maybe it's me that I don't know how to do the prompting.
