Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

What do you dislike about the product?
Canva’s main drawbacks include limited advanced editing tools, such as vector adjustments and complex layering, which often push professionals toward alternatives like Adobe Illustrator. Exporting high‑resolution files or videos can be slow, especially with large projects or during peak times, hindering quick sharing of quizzes or presentations. The free tier restricts access to premium templates, fonts, and stock photos, while the Pro plan costs around ₹1,000/month in India, and the lack of offline mode makes editing difficult in areas with unreliable WiFi. Also, collaboration glitches, such as unsynced changes in team projects, and inconsistent AI results with regional text or custom music graphics are also seen. Sometimes Canva can slow down when working with large designs or many elements on a page. Also, some advanced editing capabilities that professional designers may need are still limited.
