    What is our primary use case?

    I work at the Regional Employment Agency, and I help people find a job. They can use Canva Enterprise  to create a good curriculum.

    Using Canva Enterprise  helps people understand what they want to do for work.

    For example, I can work smoothly and simultaneously on different projects at the same time with Canva Enterprise.

    What is most valuable?

    Canva Enterprise helps people create content to send a good portfolio and a good curriculum to the place they want to work.

    Because it integrates with Google Workspace  and Microsoft Jira , it is simple to use them while you are using Canva Enterprise.

    One feature of Canva Enterprise is that it is possible to create very well-made and good-looking content.

    One feature that made my work more efficient is that Canva Enterprise is a good option when more people have to work together, and you can share the editing.

    What needs improvement?

    I have no suggestions for Canva. The interview should be made shorter because it takes a long time.

    What do I think about the stability of the solution?

    Canva Enterprise is stable.

    How are customer service and support?

    The customer support for Canva Enterprise is very good. I have used it once when one of the functions was not working. I contacted customer support, and they answered me back in a few minutes and solved the problem. There were problems with the download of the app.

    Sometimes I used Adobe, but I switched to Canva simply because Canva is more simple to use.

    What is our primary use case?

    Canva Enterprise  serves as the primary platform for creating all marketing assets and graphics, including email banners, LinkedIn posts, one-pagers for the sales team, and event marketing material.

    A recent project created using Canva Enterprise  includes pull-up banners, paper-sized graphics, and QR codes for the most recent events, along with all the email banners and LinkedIn posts for the recent event campaign.

    What is most valuable?

    The best feature Canva Enterprise offers is its simplicity. Without any real design background, it makes it possible for anybody to use it, regardless of skill level, and create great images or content.

    The templates provide great inspiration and options, but the drag and drop functionality is what makes it easy. Compared to Photoshop , which was used previously, everything in Canva Enterprise works with just one click.

    Canva Enterprise has positively impacted the organization because it drives the brand identity. All branding is done through Canva Enterprise, and it keeps everything simple by allowing the addition of brand colors and fonts, ensuring everything is created appropriately.

    Canva Enterprise has saved time due to its simplicity and reduced costs. There is no need to have an outsourced graphic designer most of the time, as work can be done in-house because of how simple it is.

    What needs improvement?

    Canva Enterprise can be improved in its AI functionality. While it is just starting with AI, the AI does not really create anything that is usable. Although it looks decent, it is nothing that would ever be used for marketing.

    A return on investment has definitely been seen with Canva Enterprise. It saves time because it is easy to use, and everything is already pre-loaded, meaning fonts, colors, or logos do not need to be selected because they are loaded on the back end, making it a huge time saver. Everything can be done in-house without needing a third-party graphic designer, which also saves money.

    Canva Enterprise receives a rating of 10 out of 10, as it is the best product available.

    What is our primary use case?

    My main use case for Canva Enterprise  is for presales work.

    A quick specific example of something I've created with Canva Enterprise  is presentations to create presales materials.

    One project I handled recently using Canva Enterprise is a presentation, and in that case, it was very useful to convey the right idea to the customer for the presale and to highlight the solution that we proposed to our client.

    What is most valuable?

    The best feature Canva Enterprise offers that stands out to me the most is AI, which helps me a lot in creating the right slides.

    The specific features that make creating presentations easier for me are mainly collaboration tools and IP protections that are available inside the tool.

    Canva Enterprise has positively impacted my organization by improving team collaboration and productivity.

    Collaboration and productivity have improved as the team is working more efficiently, since it is now possible to collaborate with more users in the same presentation, which is normally not so simple with PowerPoint or other similar tools. You can create a very effective presentation in a more efficient and efficacious way.

    What is our primary use case?

    I have been using Canva Enterprise  for the past one and a half years.

    My main use case for Canva Enterprise  is for website development, front-end, and website designing, front-end UI designing, and application designing. I also use it for marketing designing.

    A recent project where I used Canva Enterprise involved updating our new websites with new UI design, new product portfolios, cost management applications, and our infrastructure application in Java. We used Canva Enterprise for designing the complete Java-based web application to integrate the new features.

    I use Canva Enterprise design to update our websites, including the main web website. We updated all the portfolios using Canva Enterprise design because it has some unique designs that we cannot do manually, such as integrating mirror images and new elements.

    What is most valuable?

    The best features Canva Enterprise offers include codeless design, a lot of new templates, easy to integrate templates, and a lot of marketing designing templates and web formation templates.

    Out of those features, I find myself using codeless design the most, which allows me to design without using coding, and existing templates that are easy to edit within seconds. That is the best one.

    Canva Enterprise has positively impacted my organization as our Canva Enterprise account has multiple sharing capabilities. It is very easy to share between the multiple teams and users to design at the same time and share the easy to generate codes for the dev team, so they can easily integrate with a web application and Canva Enterprise marketing team.

    What needs improvement?

    I wish I had known earlier that Canva Enterprise already had built-in templates, which I was not using. I was using manual formation instead. Canva AI is something I was not initially sure about. I recently purchased the Canva AI license. When I speak to the AI agent in Canva Enterprise, it will design according to my requirement. It is pretty friendly and easy to integrate with other agents such as I integrated with my chatbots, including OpenAI and Google.

    I wish there were multiple options to modify the templates. I would love to have templates which I can modify according to my requirement with Canva AI. Canva AI is doing pretty well with creating new modules, so if I upload any images or anything, they will create the same template. However, if they can improve on the code base side, they can start generating different codes accordingly.

    I have been working in my current field for five years.

    What do I think about the stability of the solution?

    Canva Enterprise is stable for my needs.

    I find Canva Enterprise's scalability good as I can easily scale to my requirements.

    Canva Enterprise  has been used for a year now. The marketing team primarily uses Canva Enterprise  for marketing use cases. A specific example of how the marketing team uses Canva Enterprise is when creating specific posters for specific customer prospects.

    What is most valuable?

    Canva Enterprise's best features include the ability to generate AI images, which provides the flexibility to generate very specific images. The AI image generation helps the team significantly because it is usually very difficult to find specific animated GIFs or images for marketing campaigns, but with AI, specific images can be prompted and then used in posters for customer prospect sales.

    Canva Enterprise has positively impacted the organization by enabling the team to push out posters at a much higher frequency and larger volume, which has made the marketing team's workflow very smooth. When a sales campaign needs to be created for a certain customer, it would previously take at least two weeks, but now with Canva Enterprise's features, it can be completed within just one week.

    What needs improvement?

    The user management part of Canva Enterprise could have a better UI.
