Collaboration and brand governance have transformed how my team creates campaigns and content
What is our primary use case?
I have been using Canva Enterprise for the last six or seven months.
I mainly use Canva Enterprise for brand management, which is the most common use case. This includes making brand logos, changing brand colors and fonts, and creating brand templates. I also perform bulk content creation. Sometimes I edit videos on Canva or add captions to videos. Canva's API is very valuable to me because I use many automations. In general, I use Canva Enterprise to make social media posts, event posters, employee ID cards, product catalogs, perform video editing, make logos, and for use in automation.
I have been using Canva Enterprise actively for making a university admission campaign, and my marketing team created 50 plus brochures for different departments using different logos and colors. On a daily basis, we create social media posts which are posted on LinkedIn and Instagram. I use Figma as well, but I find that Canva Enterprise is particularly effective for creating LinkedIn posts and hiring posts.
I will divide my answer into three main parts: what I am doing in my official work as my nine-to-five job, what I am doing with Canva Enterprise in my side hustle, and what I am doing with Canva Enterprise as a freelancer. For my nine-to-five work, as I mentioned, I am a business development intern. Using Canva Enterprise is primarily for making posters and creating content. One strong example is large-scale content creation while maintaining brand consistency for a university running admissions campaigns across multiple departments. During that time, I used Canva Enterprise because I could work hands-on with different logos, different fonts, and colors. Another example is bulk certificate creation. For the video editing part, because I often edit videos from a different application or website and then come to Canva Enterprise to generate captions for that same video.
What is most valuable?
Canva Enterprise's best feature is collaboration because when I am working on one design, my colleague or another team member can also collaborate on the same design and add their changes accordingly. Collaboration is the best feature I have found. Canva Enterprise's second most valuable feature is brand governance through Brand Kits and brand control because in a large organization, hundreds of employees may create content. Canva Enterprise allows the company to lock logos, fonts, colors, and templates so that anyone can create content while staying within brand guidelines. This balances scalability and consistency. Marketing teams do not become bottlenecks, and the brand remains protected across all departments. Canva Enterprise's automation capabilities, such as Auto-fill and integrations with CRM and workflow tools, are features I really appreciate. This allows organizations to generate thousands of personalized designs, certificates, proposals, or marketing assets automatically, which can save a significant amount of time and operational effort.
Collaboration works mainly when, for instance, the marketing department is working on one carousel and creatives want to check and adjust some font. By sharing the design link, they can come and collaborate in real-time, providing feedback and changes according to their needs and preferences. Day to day, collaboration involves sharing through the link and different teams editing the design to make it more appealing to the audience. I use it primarily for real-time editing and sharing and reviewing designs because we need to share and review designs following the hierarchy. Collaboration is an efficient feature because team members can leave comments, suggest edits, and get approval within Canva Enterprise instead of sending files back and forth via email.
I find brand governance personally valuable because I get the official logo, fonts, and colors, and I can make changes too. Other teams can edit text and images, but they cannot change the core brand elements, which is what brand governance is. For example, the placement team creates a company outreach brochure, but the university logo and brand colors remain locked, ensuring consistency. That is where brand governance comes into play. Regarding automation, Canva Enterprise can pull data from a spreadsheet or other systems, generating hundreds of personalized designs automatically. Canva Enterprise also has an AI feature, and I can integrate with the API and tools such as Make .com and N8N.
Canva Enterprise has three major positive impacts: speed, consistency, and efficiency. For speed, the team can create content much faster using approved templates instead of starting from scratch. When it comes to consistency, brand governance ensures that logos, fonts, and colors remain consistent across all departments, strengthening the organization's brand image. For efficiency, automation reduces repetitive manual work, such as presentations. As a result, marketing teams spend less time on routine design requests.
What needs improvement?
If I had to improve Canva Enterprise, I would focus on deeper analytics and AI-powered insights. Organizations increasingly want to measure ROI, so providing better visibility on content performance, template adoption, and time saved would be valuable. It is also important to explore stronger AI-driven brand compliance and deeper integration with enterprise systems to streamline workflows even further.
I would prioritize user experience over pricing for enterprise customers. The purchasing decision is usually driven by productivity, brand consistency, and collaboration rather than just the subscription cost. If Canva Enterprise can help a company save hundreds of employee hours, reduce design bottlenecks, and maintain brand consistency, the ROI far outweighs the price. Therefore, I would focus on making advanced enterprise features easier to discover and use, improving onboarding, and simplifying workflows for non-design users. A better user experience can drive adoption across the organization, ultimately delivering more value than a lower price.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Canva Enterprise is stable.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
Canva Enterprise is designed to scale across large organizations. As the number of users, departments, and content requirements grow, the platform can support centralized brand management, role-based permissions, collaboration workflows, and content creation at scale.
How are customer service and support?
The customer support is very good. They are very responsive and reply within 24 to 36 hours, which is excellent.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
We did not use any solution before Canva Enterprise. I mean, Figma is a competitor that we are using, but I think Canva Enterprise is more reliable.
I evaluated Figma and I am using Figma too. I do not see any harm, but I find Canva Enterprise more collaborative and easier to use compared to Figma.
What was our ROI?
The key metrics I look at are time saved per project. For example, we reduce design creation time from several hours to minutes using a template. Project turnaround time also matters, as we assess how quickly campaigns, presentations, or marketing assets go from request to approval. A process that used to take two to three days involving multiple stakeholders is now completed in a few hours using approved templates and a collaborative workflow.
My team used to spend two hours creating a marketing asset. After we started using Canva Enterprise templates, that reduced to 20 minutes, which is an 80 percent reduction in creation time. Similarly, bulk automation for certificates or social media creatives can save hundreds of manual work hours annually. We used to manually create certificates, which would take one to two weeks, and now we can complete that in two days.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
I evaluated Figma and I am using Figma too. I do not see any harm, but I find Canva Enterprise more collaborative and easier to use compared to Figma.
What other advice do I have?
My advice to organizations considering Canva Enterprise would be to start with a clear business objective rather than treating it as just a design tool. First, you should identify where your teams are losing time, whether that is in content creation, brand management, approvals, or design work. Second, invest time in setting up Brand Kits, templates, permissions, and workflows properly from the beginning. The value of Canva Enterprise comes not only from creating designs but from standardizing and scaling content creation across the organization. Finally, I would say track metrics such as adoption rate, project turnaround time, time saved, and brand compliance to measure ROI and ensure teams are getting the most value from the platform, properly aligned with it. I rate this review an 8 out of 10.
Brand workflows have become consistent and simple content creation now empowers all team members
What is our primary use case?
Canva Enterprise is used for design within larger team organizations to create, manage, and standardize visual content at scale. Designs, social media posts, presentation videos, and logos, colors, and fonts are examples of the content that the team has created with Canva Enterprise .
What is most valuable?
Canva Enterprise offers the best feature of brand consistency enforcement, allowing the locking of colors, fonts, and logos. It has a workflow approval system and enables content creation at scale. AI features and integrations with different tools are also included.
Brand consistency across the whole team, the review and approval system for quick review of designs, and AI features are the most frequently used aspects, which help with daily work.
Since starting to use Canva Enterprise, designs and work have become much faster, resulting in 30 to 40% time savings.
In day-to-day team work, non-designers are able to create designs, and using templates has made work faster. Real-time editing and commenting are possible, making it perfect for the marketing team as well.
What needs improvement?
Canva Enterprise currently has limited features and is not as powerful as Photoshop or Illustrator. It also comes at a high cost for a larger team and does not provide customization for complex designs.

Canva Enterprise is stable.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?
Other options were evaluated before choosing Canva Enterprise, but after seeing reviews and user experience, Canva Enterprise was selected.
Collaborating on responsive visual content has boosted design output but now needs richer video and animation
What is our primary use case?
My main use case for Canva Enterprise is designing visual docs, images and graphics, and creating presentations. Recently, I created thumbnails for our YouTube videos using Canva Enterprise .
Day-to-day, I collaborate with my teammates to create designs using Canva Enterprise.
What is most valuable?
The best features Canva Enterprise offers are the responsiveness of the designs and websites. By responsiveness, I mean that if I want to scale an image, it gives me the guidelines, and if I want to copy a template, it is very easy. Furthermore, if I want to change the presentation from horizontal to vertical, it is very easy to do that as well.
Canva Enterprise has positively impacted our organization by allowing us to easily create graphics, images, and documents. It has improved team collaboration and it has dropped our design costs, which are specific outcomes we have noticed.
What needs improvement?
Canva Enterprise needs more features similar to Adobe to improve. I would like to see more video and animation specific features added to Canva Enterprise.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Canva Enterprise for two years.
What other advice do I have?
I do not think there are any other improvements Canva Enterprise needs. My advice to others looking into using Canva Enterprise is to start small and scale later. I would rate this product a 7 out of 10.
Collaborative design workflows have improved and non-designers create consistent branded content
What is our primary use case?
My main use case for Canva Enterprise is for designing, brand management, and content creation. It functions as both a collaboration platform and a design platform.
I can provide you with a specific example of something I have designed or managed with Canva Enterprise . We create design assets such as social media posts, presentations, marketing assets management, and videos. We create logos, colors, and fonts for brand management to ensure consistency across our team and for team collaborations. We create templates in bulk.
What is most valuable?
Canva Enterprise's best features include the ability to create consistent designs across all platforms and for the entire team, including colors, fonts, and logos. The workflow and approval system, such as reviews to approve and publish, allows us to create content at scale with hundreds of designs at the same time while maintaining the same features. AI features including Text to Design, image editing, and integrations with different tools such as Slack, Google Drive , and CMS tools stand out to me the most.
Using these features, my team is able to implement a management system across our organization from junior designer to senior to manager to higher management, enabling us to approve designs and other posts before publishing. By using this system, we are able to manage and improve our processes by 30 to 40% and save our time.
Canva Enterprise has positively impacted our organization because our non-designers are now able to create professional designs, and we are able to produce perfect content efficiently and quickly. Additionally, we are able to maintain strong collaboration between designers, editors, and other teams, and we can enforce brand control using the platform.
We are now able to work 30 to 40% faster than before we implemented Canva Enterprise. We are also able to improve our management and review systems using Canva Enterprise.
What needs improvement?
I think Canva Enterprise can be improved because currently, it is not as powerful as other tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator. For working in larger teams, it requires enterprise pricing, which is high, and it does not provide much customization for complex design work. I would want these aspects to be improved.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Canva Enterprise for about six months.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Canva Enterprise is stable.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
Canva Enterprise's scalability is good because it can handle growth and additional users easily.
How are customer service and support?
Customer support for Canva Enterprise is good. I have needed to reach out for help, and my experience was positive.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
I previously used a different solution, which was Photoshop , but Photoshop is expensive. That is why we wanted something we could use for free or at a lower cost.
How was the initial setup?
Regarding pricing, I mention that we are using the free tier for now. We are currently considering enterprise pricing, but its pricing is high. The setup is easy.
What was our ROI?
We have seen a return on investment because we are able to save 30 to 40% of our time, and for expenses, we are saving around 40 to 50% right now.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
Before choosing Canva Enterprise, I did not evaluate other options. However, based on reviews and other information, we decided to use Canva Enterprise.
What other advice do I have?
My advice for others looking into using Canva Enterprise is that if they want to use it for design diagrams, presentations, product UI mockups, create a workflow and approval system for designing, want consistent design across all platforms, create templates at scale, and want to do brand management including logos, colors, and fonts with consistency across all teams and create social media posts, presentations, marketing tools, and videos, they should consider Canva Enterprise. I would rate this solution an 8 out of 10.
Drag-and-drop design has transformed my resumes and collaboration and creates professional visuals
What is our primary use case?
My main use case for Canva Enterprise is during college and internship tasks where I create presentations, resumes, social media content, and edit images for birthday wishes and basic designs. It made design work much more efficient, easier, and more user interactive, which users appreciate, and allowed me to accomplish design tasks even without having professional design skills. Canva provides a variety of templates for different occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries, as well as for resumes. I can simply edit the provided templates with my data, which is very user-friendly. The collaboration feature is also very useful, allowing team members to work together on the same design. Canva supports teamwork benefits, enabling both of us to edit the same template, which is excellent for collaboration at the company and educational levels. Everyone needs to be involved in editing and viewing designs, and Canva provides these features as well. I appreciate the large library of templates, fonts, and images that make my designs look more professional since I was not knowledgeable about color contrasting and what looks appealing. However, there are some limitations; advanced features and elements are only available at paid levels, and customization options can feel limited compared to professional tools. For very complex designs, it may not be as powerful as advanced design software. Overall, Canva Enterprise is an excellent platform for students, teams, or any user who wants to create professional-looking designs quickly without deep technical knowledge about UI or UX.
I am using Canva Enterprise for resume making as I enter my seventh semester, and my college placements are starting. I need to create the best resume, and Canva helps me achieve a high rating score since it looks professional, interactive, and many HR departments appreciate my resume and approve it. Because of this, I can at least have the chance to attend interviews; otherwise, sometimes users may be more qualified in skills, but they do not get a chance due to their resumes. Thanks to Canva Enterprise, I can attend many interviews, and my resume seems to get approved.
What is most valuable?
The best features Canva Enterprise offers are that it is very easy to use and understand, even without prior knowledge of UI, UX, or color contrasting, images, and fonts. I can simply drag and drop the elements I like, and I have the ability to change them. The collaboration feature allows me to work as a team, which is a significant advantage, and it saves time with ready-made templates. If I do not need to create proper templates from scratch, I can use various templates they provide. It is also beneficial for team collaboration, and no design experience is required, making it easy for beginners.
Canva Enterprise has helped me personally with my work and studies. It saves me time and energy by providing ready-made templates that I can populate with data. It is incredibly useful for my personal use and also for educational purposes, and I rely on it heavily.
What needs improvement?
There are many features that are available only in the pro version or are restricted to advanced plan features, which can be costly. There are also limited advanced customizations; as I mentioned, some features are locked behind paid plans, which are not ideal for complex professional design work. Overall, Canva Enterprise is an excellent platform for students, teams, or any user who wants to create professional-looking designs quickly without deep technical knowledge about UI or UX.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Canva Enterprise for two to two and a half years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Canva Enterprise is stable.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
Canva Enterprise is completely scalable.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
Before using Canva Enterprise, I mainly used Picsart for personal tasks related to images and social media content for events such as birthdays and anniversaries. However, since discovering Canva Enterprise, I have not sought any other options because it provides me with superior design capabilities.
What was our ROI?
I have seen a return on investment from using Canva Enterprise; it saves time by providing templates that allow for easy interaction and creation without needing prior knowledge of UI, UX, or design.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
I evaluated other options before choosing Canva Enterprise; specifically, I looked into Picsart.
What other advice do I have?
As a task, I designed my UI for an application using Canva Enterprise because I did not know how to handle front-end or back-end designing. I made the design UI in Canva Enterprise, and then I started the implementation process. Essentially, I designed the UI in Canva Enterprise from the start of the application.
The advice I would give to others considering using Canva Enterprise is that whether you are a professional or a student, if you want to create designs without basic knowledge or if you have some background, you will find it easy and user-friendly. I rate this product an eight out of ten.
