Being costly for small businesses, every time suggest to go for Professional
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it in my daily life to design my posts and upload them directly to Instagram and Facebook, which is a really cool feature.

What do you like best about the product?
The preloaded templates and brand kit feature, make it easy to create social media content for the nonprofit I work for. I love the different fonts, art styles, color gradients it offers. It's also easy to utilize other apps through canva like qr code generators
What do you dislike about the product?
It crashes for me pretty often, especially when I'm editing long form content & graphics. Sometimes certain elements don't populate on the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating social media graphics both independently and collaboratively, that are cohesive with brand of the organization I work at.
Effortless Designs with All-in-One Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I generally use Canva for designing, and it's very reliable for that. I love that I get all the useful tools and different sizing of canvases which makes it easy and less time-consuming. Everything I need is under one roof—from graphics, shapes, photos, and videos to pre-made templates that inspire new designs. The font library is huge, and I can even upload custom fonts. The apps that Canva has are a plus; I really enjoy features like text wrap and pre-made mockups, which are fantastic. I like the ease of access because I don't have to jump between tabs to get resources like stock videos and photos; everything is in one place. I can also edit and share from anywhere in the world; I just need a stable internet connection. I appreciate how fast designs come to life with Canva, even complex ones, which makes me go wow every time. Basic video editing is easy, and it can even put captions in different languages. The initial setup was really easy, and the user interface is super friendly with almost no learning curve. I also like that when I share my designs with people, they can easily pick things up and learn quickly. The brand tool is very helpful too.
What do you dislike about the product?
While editing videos, the interface should be more polished. I use a separate video editing software, but it's my personal opinion; there may be people who actually like the video editing interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva provides all the useful tools and elements under one roof, making designing easy and time-saving. The huge font library and ability to upload custom fonts are great. I love the ease of access and how complex designs quickly come to life.
Easy, Intuitive, and Affordable Design with Canva
What do you like best about the product?
Canva makes making graphic posts and designs easy and intuitive and most importantly, affordable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Canva's tools are not as robust as something like adobe illustrator, where it can be difficult to "draw" things with computer assistance.

Canva is a great platform for creating social media posts and ads. They have made it easy to have your brand voice and colors readily available so that you can customize templates quickly and can post directly to your social channels.
User-Friendly Design Tool with Room for More Templates
What do you like best about the product?
I find Canva really helpful for creating posters, forms, and even videos with ease. The drag and drop feature, resizing, adjusting text, and reformatting options make design work much simpler compared to tools like PowerPoint or Paint. The advanced search option is also really handy for quickly finding the images, icons, or symbols I need and adding them effortlessly to my projects. Canva's user-friendly interface makes resizing and adjusting text super easy. Additionally, the multiple free and paid templates are a great resource, making it easy to get started and find inspiration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though Canva is very user-friendly, they should provide suggestions while creating posters, banners, or videos to help the user in real-time, thus increasing the quality of the content. Canva can add more free templates, as currently, the number of templates in the free section is very basic and minimal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva's drag and drop features make alignment easy, unlike PowerPoint or Paint. Its search and resizing tools simplify creating posters. The templates, both free and paid, are convenient for quick work.
Canva Makes Ideas Look Polished and Professional
What do you like best about the product?
With Canva, I’m able to create and manage my marketing materials and ideas, turning them into well-organized documents with a clean, aesthetic look.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I wish it would stop switching into free-form mode and just let me type like I’m working in a normal document. That would make things so much easier.

It helps me keep my documents organized and neat, so they can be presented in a professional, clean way.
Incredibly Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, the design templates, and the ability to bring in the branding. It's really easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mock ups in terms of site design, etc, is hard and complex. I know that's not what the site is built for, but sometimes we need a quick design of a home page or landing page and our knowledge in Canva runs far deeper than our knowledge in Photoshop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The pain of graphic design. Drag and drop, templates, designs, icons, elements, it's all easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Canva acts as a one-stop shop for creating presentation decks, case study PPTs, editing videos or photos, and making LinkedIn posts like infographics or carousels. The templates save me hours compared to PowerPoint, and it's my go-to app for generating images or videos. I appreciate the ease of use; it's so user-friendly that I don't need to be a professional editor to create good ad creatives or presentations. The real-time sharing option is one of the best parts, allowing me to work with my team on the same file. The brand kits feature is very impressive, making projects more interesting and relatable. I find the initial setup very easy; I just explored and quickly found my way around.
What do you dislike about the product?
Canva's interface on mobile phones is a bit of a task to use. Moving elements is particularly challenging because the small screen size combined with fingers covering the view makes it hard. I think adding an arrow section to move elements would help. Also, when working with a large number of elements on a slide, it can sometimes get difficult to operate properly, even though there are locking and grouping options. I feel these options could be improved to make it easier to handle more elements.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Canva for its design capabilities and user-friendliness. It simplifies creating presentations, editing documents, and designing various things. With the recent addition of artificial intelligence features, it's become even easier to use. I've had a good experience using Canva.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whenever I open Canva, especially for first-time users, there's a lot of confusion about which direction to go. There needs to be some guidance on how to use it. Also, while they provide some basic things, they are not easily understood, which needs improvement.

I use Canva to create resumes and edit documents, saving time on manual tasks. It’s easy to use and has user-friendly design features.
