Effortless Design and Collaboration with Canva
What do you like best about the product?
Canva is very user friendly, and allows me to create beautiful graphics and documents easily. I love that you can add your branding colours, fonts, and logos so that you can quickly incorporate your organization's style into whatever you're creating. The Teams plan also makes collaborating easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of key features and elements are only available on a Pro plan, which makes it less effective as a tool if you aren't subscribed. Canva is also difficult to use on iOS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva allows me to create graphics and stylized documents easily without previous graphic design experience. My reports and social media posts match my organization's style and come together quickly. Other programs are not as user friendly, making them more difficult and time consuming to use compared to Canva.
Effortless Design with Intuitive Navigation and Versatile Templates
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how simple it is to navigate the platform. I enjoy having access to a wide range of assets and graphics, along with the convenience of ready-made templates that are easy to customize. It's also helpful that the platform automatically sets the correct sizes for your work based on where you'll be posting it. I also like that multiple team members can edit and view projects simultaneously, and exporting your work in different formats is straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of Canva's AI features could use some improvement. For instance, the background expander isn't very effective, and some of the Brandfetch options don't provide everything you might be looking for. Because of this, I find the plugins a bit misleading. Other than that, I have no further comments about the rest of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, Canva empowers me to create, iterate, and execute social media content without being a design expert, all while keeping everything aligned with my brand’s vision. It’s saved me time, money, and a lot of headaches, while allowing me to deliver high-quality visuals quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Canva is how it enables me to create professional-looking designs. As a beginner, I find it very easy to use. The pre-made templates are especially helpful, allowing me to complete my tasks efficiently and without much hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Canva lacks some of the advanced features and customization tools that are available on other platforms such as Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva saves me time and addresses the issue of lacking certain skills. I am able to create content effortlessly, without needing the help of a specialist designer. Managing and updating everything, whether it's videos, images, or presentations, is straightforward and convenient.

What do you like best about the product?
Wide option of design templates available, alot of freebies, comprehensive interface and artsy elevated appeal.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside with canva is cannot edit the templates offline, and lacks phone support.

Easy to Use with Stunning Designs
What do you like best about the product?
I like Canva for its great designs and features like erasing backgrounds of pictures and the great fonts it offers. It's very easy to use and intuitive. I also remember it being very easy to set up when I first started using it. I've been using Canva for years and I find it extremely helpful for creating presentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ChatGPT function in Canva does not work well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Canva for presentations because I don't start with a blank slate. It has great designs, the ability to erase backgrounds, and offers great fonts.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Buttons, features, resources - all seem to be intuitively placed.
What do you dislike about the product?
While editing a single page in my design (Timeline view), I like the thumbnail carousel bar visible all the time. It helps switching from one page to another, a breeze. But, I wish I could adjust the height of this bar (to view bigger thumbnails) but this option is not available. I have to depend on browser's Zoom for that.
Same issue is in grid view too, even there I cannot adjust the size of thumbnail.
It's not a dislike, but rather, I wish, this feature was there.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not a designer but still I can easily create flyers, brochures, images and other content, for social media & websites. Video editing is simple & easy for a non video editor.
Simplicity & ease of use are the primary reasons I use Canva.

Designs can sometimes feel repetitive since everyone use the same templates. It´s also not the best for super detailed or print heavy projects, kind of limited if you need advanced design features.

it solves de headache on waiting for designers for quick graphics, letting us crank up on social posts, the brand kits are also a must have for us because it keeps everything organized between clients. this helps us obviously to deliver jobs in faster times and focus on bigger projects as well

Some advanced editing features are limited in Canva. I feel it's a great tool overall, but there's room for more flexibility. For advanced editing, Canva feels limited in precise layer control and detailed adjustments in shadow and gradients. I'd like Canva to offer greater customizable control and more responsive layout options.
