User-friendly platform to create striking designs in minutes
What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly the platform is, even for someone who doesn't know how to design. If they just spend a few minutes getting to know the app, they are very capable of achieving an attractive and presentable design.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many times they neither update nor renew the designs of the template catalog, and in the end, it feels repetitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva simplifies design. Many of us want to create visual content like posters, presentations, posts, stories, and things like that for social media, as well as flyers, banners, resumes, or short videos, but not all of us are designers nor do we have time to learn complex programs like Photoshop or Illustrator, and the user-friendliness of this platform allows us to do it easily.
User-Friendly with Powerful Design Tools
What do you like best about the product?
I think what I like most about Canva is that it is easy to use. Although it uses layers, making it a bit sophisticated for editing artwork, it is still very user-friendly. By hovering over the little question marks and marks on the screen, you can easily see the function you would use if you were to click on something. This makes it very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that Canva can be very specific at times. When you import a document, you have to know what size you want it to be and what kind of document or piece of artifact you want it to be. Whether an ad or a story or whatever, you have to have some preplanning in mind. It's hard to do it on the fly and just go as you pick it as you go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva lets me add text and edit photos in one place, making it way more convenient than using several different programs.
Effortless Design, Endless Possibilities
What do you like best about the product?
I use Canva to create graphics for my podcast, social media, email newsletter, and work as a content creator and artist. I really appreciate how it helps me easily create graphics and content without the expense or time of hiring a professional designer. I like the different templates and the ability to easily modify and customize them. The ability to swap out graphics or images, and change color schemes and fonts, are aspects that I use the most. The initial setup was pretty easy, even though it was a long time ago. I rate it a 10 out of 10 because I appreciate the program a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often will pick something that I think is an image, but it’s a video file and I wish that there was something but the same design elements as a photo option as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Canva to easily create graphics for various platforms without hiring a designer. The templates and customization options for graphics, images, colors, and fonts save me time while providing flexibility.

What do you like best about the product?
Canva has become one of the most reliable tools in my daily workflow primarily because of how intuitive and approachable it is. The interface is extremely user friendly even for someone without a design background and implementation requires virtually no setup just sign in and start creating. I use it several times a week for presentation, social media graphics, materials and quick visual mockups. The platform offers an impressive number of features, from templates and brand kits to video editing and collaboration tools all neatly organised so they don not feel overwhelming. Integration is another strong point it connects smoothly with tools like google drive, dropbox and various social media platforms which makes exporting and sharing seamless. On the rare occasions i have needed assistance, customer support has been responsive and helpful and the help centre documentation is thorough enough to solve most issues independently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Canva does have a few limitations. While it is powerful for everyday design needs it can feel somewhat restrictive for highly customised or complex design projects compared to more advanced professional software. Some premium templates and assets are locked behind the paid plan which can be slightly frustrating when you find the perfect element but can not access it without upgrading. Additionally large or complex project can occasionally lag in the browser especially when working with video or multiple high resolution elements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main challenge Canva helps me solve is the need to create polished, professional looking visuals quick without investing hours in design work. It significantly improves my productivity by eliminating the back and forth typically involved in formatting and layout decisions. The ai powered features are particularly impactful.

I like about Canva is that it is easy to use. Even without a design background, I can create professional looking graphics in minutes. The ease of implementation makes it simple to start the project and finish it quickly without steep learning curve. I also appreciate the responsive customer support whenever I had billing or features questions. Their number of features from templates to brand kits to video editing it fits almost every design need I have. The ease of integration with social media platforms and other tools saves me a time when publishing content. Overall, it convinces has increased my frequency of use making it part of my daily workflow.

One thing I dislike about it is that some of the best templates and elements are locked behind the pro subscription. Also, when working with large project design it occasionally lags.

Huge Template Library Makes Every Design Look Polished
What do you like best about the product?
The best park is the huge library of templates and assets. Whether I am designing a logo or a flex banner, I can always find a great starting point that makes my work look polished and proffesional.
What do you dislike about the product?
The worst part is that some of the best elements and high resolution downloads are locked behing canva pro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva helps me create everything from business cards to flec banners without needing a design degree. It saves me time by providing high quality assets for my UI/UX projects and digital marketing in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Canva for creating Instagram reels, making posters, and invitation cards. It's a powerful tool for creating exclusive invitations, pictures, and videos. Canva really speeds up the process with its inbuilt templates, acting as a kickstarter that you can then edit as you like. The ability to select from numerous templates and edit them saves a lot of time overall. I like that templates act as a starting point and combined with the drag and drop feature, they allow me to customize things and make them look as I want. The initial setup was extremely easy, just a few clicks to sign in and that's it.

Canva has everything that I need and it fulfills my needs. Thus, I don't dislike anything about Canva

What stands out the most is the ease of use even without a design background, I can quickly create professional looking graphics. The ease of implementation is impressive because I can start a project and publish it within minutes. I also appreciate the strong customer support which is responsive and helpful whenever i run into issues. The frequency of use for me is almost daily whether it is for presentation, social media posts or quick mockups. Canva offers a huge number of features from templates and animations to brand kits and collaboration tools. On top of that the ease of integration with platform like social media account and cloud storage makes my workflow smooth and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the free version feels a bit limiting, especially when you find the perfect template or element and realise it is locked behind the pro plan. Also for highly complex or custom designs, it does not offer the same level of control as advanced professional design software.
