What do you like best about the product?

Canva is a great resource for creating a wide variety of graphics, offering more options than typical software.

What do you dislike about the product?

There were a few occasions when I had trouble formatting my creation the way I wanted, and it took some extra effort to get it looking right.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I wanted to make a video for my wife’s birthday, and Canva made the process easy. It was user-friendly and much quicker than another program I’d used in the past, especially when it came to uploading photos and adding them into my project.

What do you like best about the product?

It’s great for finding strong designs that you can edit and truly make your own. What I love most is how many templates are already available, so it’s easy to put together posts, graphics, infographics, and more without having to start from scratch.

What do you dislike about the product?

Their AI sucks though but overall they are good so that kinda takes over that

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me create social media posts in minutes.

What do you like best about the product?

It helps me design workflows easily and makes them clear and presentable for the reader. I’ve used it to communicate process changes to my vendors, and the result looks insightful and professional.

What do you dislike about the product?

Initially, it's a little difficult to understand the options and work with it. Once you get a hang of it, then it becomes fairly simple.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Vendor communication is straightforward, and everything looks very presentable—unlike a typical Excel table, which feels old-school and boring. It makes the reader interested and curious.

What do you like best about the product?

I like the brand tools feature .. Once the fonts, colours and assets are set up, keeping different marketing materials somewhat consistent becomes much easier. And resizing one design for different platforms saves a stupid amount of time. also the Canva AI is too good..

What do you dislike about the product?

The pricing feels on the higher side, and the templates come across as too generic.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It removes a lot of the small design work from our marketing process.
If we have an Idea we can create a creative of that idea easily and quickly. That's useful when we're testing different campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?

What I like most about Canva is how easy it made creating my own e-book. I didn't have much experience with design, but I could choose a template, arrange the pages, add images and text, and keep the whole thing looking consistent without spending hours learning complicated software. The drag-and-drop editor was probably the most useful part for me.

What do you dislike about the product?

The main thing I dislike is how many useful elements, templates, graphics, and some features are locked behind Canva Pro. When I was making my e-book, I sometimes found a design or element I liked and then realized it was only available with a paid plan. The free version is still useful, but the limitations can be frustrating.

Canva solves the problem of needing design skills or complicated software to create something that looks professional. I used it to make an e-book, and it saved me a lot of time because I could start with a template and then customize the layout, text, images, and pages myself. It made the whole process much easier for me.

What do you like best about the product?

I can quickly and easily build a one-pager for any problem.

The main thing I dislike is the space and content limits. There’s only limited space available to enter and feed the data.

Instead of building something in Word or a PDF, I can create it quickly in Canva, and it’s crystal clear for everyone.

What do you like best about the product?

What I like best about Canva is its massive collection of free, high-quality, ready-to-use templates. As a creator, I can easily design professional social media posts, banners, and graphics in just a few minutes without needing any paid subscription or advanced design skills. The drag-and-drop interface makes the entire workflow smooth and effortless.

What do you dislike about the product?

While Canva is excellent for putting together quick designs, a lot of premium elements, fonts, and more advanced features—such as exporting transparent PNGs and removing backgrounds—are restricted to the Pro version. On top of that, when I’m working on very complex projects with lots of overlapping layers, it can occasionally feel a bit sluggish and not as precise as dedicated desktop editing tools.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Canva completely removes the steep learning curve of complex design software. It solves the challenge of creating quick, high-quality promotional materials, social media creatives, and thumbnails without hiring a professional designer. This saves me hours of editing time and allows me to consistently produce polished visuals for my content.

What do you like best about the product?

Brand Kit, Brand Templates, and Brand Controls have saved us a lot of routine review work. We can define our logos, colors, fonts, and usage rules once, and then, on Business, manage multiple Brand Kits and approval flows instead of catching the same branding mistakes on every single asset. We also rely heavily on Design Approvals and in-design comments. A designer can send a piece for review, I can comment directly on the specific element that needs work, and we can either approve it or send it back without starting yet another email thread. It makes the difference between “ready for the client” and “still under internal review” much clearer. On the production side, Magic Resize, reusable templates, Content Planner, and the asset library help us move faster across channels. We typically start with one master creative and then adapt the dimensions, copy, and format from there. A nice side effect is that account and project teams can handle smaller changes themselves without pulling a designer away from higher-value work, as long as they stay within the Brand Controls.

What do you dislike about the product?

Canva’s ease of use can also create its own kind of mess. When everyone duplicates designs, saves versions in different folders, and starts creating their own “final” files, the workspace fills up with near-identical assets very quickly. We eventually had to introduce naming rules, set up campaign folders, and keep one clearly defined master version for each piece. Even with that in place, I’d still like a stronger way to spot duplicates or identify designs that were derived from the same original.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We ran into this during a regional campaign that needed to launch in several formats across three markets. By the first review round, accounts, creative, and the client were already working from slightly different versions of what was supposed to be the same design. To fix that, we reorganized everything into a Brand Folder, kept a single master file with Brand Controls enabled, and built Brand Templates for the various adaptations. The team relied on Magic Resize for Stories, Feed, and display assets, while I kept feedback directly inside each design and only moved the more mature versions into Design Approval. In that first round, we caught one adaptation using the wrong font and another with an outdated logo, and Brand Controls prevented both from moving forward. After that, we scheduled part of the campaign through Content Planner and kept the final files within the same campaign structure. The biggest win wasn’t just speed: we cut down on parallel versions, made review status much easier to track, and helped the team produce more adaptations without gradually drifting away from the approved brand.

What do you dislike about the product?

When I use VDo, it isn’t smooth, and I have glitches.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use External AI to generate images when they include Thai language. The AI makes mistakes about 80% of the time. I prefer using Canva to edit the results, and it’s very exciting.

What do you like best about the product?

Canva offers the ability to create professional presentations quickly and easily. It is a simple way to design advertising posters without advanced technical skills.

What do you dislike about the product?

Canva often doesn't load quickly, and it is also difficult to create complex graphic designs compared to Photoshop.

Canva saves me time on professional presentations that used to take me hours.
