All-in-One Design Tool with Easy Access and Versatility
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Canva for developing quick assets, both digital and print. It offers so many elements and makes it possible to create beautiful designs without being an expert. The elements like photos, illustrations, and the comprehensiveness of templates are fantastic. I also love the MP4 to GIF feature. Everything is all in one place and easy to access. Plus, the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe because there are so many elements, it can be hard to find what you want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Canva to create quick assets with beautiful designs easily, thanks to its numerous elements and templates. It's comprehensive and user-friendly, with features like the MP4 to GIF conversion all in one place.

I love that Canva is very multi-purpose. I can use it for creating a flyer or ad, or video editing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a big fan of the social media scheduler.

Since signing up for Canva, it's my one stop shop for video/photo editing, content creation and more.

Canva always steps in and saves the day when I am in a pickle. I'm a big DIYer but dont have a graphic design background

What do you like best about the product?
I use Canva for everything at work, like campaigns, cards, presentations, and brochures. Canva always solves our problems when we need to create material, and everyone can do it, which saves us a lot of time and money. What I like the most is that everyone can use it and create great material. The planning documents are amazing, and Canva has a lot of planning templates that help a lot with time management. The initial setup was very easy.

To be honest I think all is good. Maybe more free templates

What do you like best about the product?
Canva is a very easy-to-use tool. What I like most about Canva is its pre-built templates, along with the pre-approved sizes for different types of media, such as LinkedIn posts, Instagram posts, presentations, and custom size options for LinkedIn cover images. On top of that, the stock images are very good quality, and I also like the video editing features. Another thing I appreciate is that once the brand credentials are saved, we can reuse them again and again, which saves a lot of time.

What do you dislike about the product?
Canva could include more India-specific stock images, as the current selection feels limited and low in number. Also, the dashboard for managing recently accessed files could be more decluttered; right now it gets jumbled every time I open and work on previous files. It would also help if Canva allowed me to rename a file before creating a copy, since that would make organizing versions easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva helps our team design all kinds of graphics and media for our website, blog, and social media accounts. It also supports us in creating sales collateral for the team. Beyond that, we use it for day-to-day image and video editing needs for various purposes.

There is nothing that I dislike about Canva except I wish the business account price didn't cost so much.

When creating workflows and an org chart, there are plenty of templates available that you can use.

I find the video creation function to still be lacking in some areas. It doesn't really feel like other systems.

When we need a template created for our institutions publications we use Canva as an expedient option. The integration with Risevision also has been very helpful for our tv screens on campus.

It’s especially useful for things like social media graphics, presentations, ads, flyers, and other branded content. It helps make the design process faster and more accessible, even when I need to turn something around quickly.

One downside of Canva is its limitations when it comes to working with layers in more detailed designs. It’s great for quick and simple projects, but when you need more precise control over how elements are stacked, organized, and edited, it can feel restrictive compared to more advanced design tools. That can make more complex design work a little less efficient and flexible than I’d like.

Canva solves the problem of needing to create polished visual content quickly without relying on more complex design software. It makes it easy to produce things like social media graphics, presentations, ads, and other marketing materials in a way that is fast and accessible. That benefits me by saving time, simplifying the design process, and making it easier to create professional-looking assets even when working on tight deadlines.
