These capabilities align perfectly with interests in video production and interactive learning materials. Additionally, Canva’s real‑time collaboration and social media integration make it an ideal platform for educators, such as music teachers, to share resources, event materials, and engaging content effortlessly
What do you dislike about the product?
Canva’s main drawbacks include limited advanced editing tools, such as vector adjustments and complex layering, which often push professionals toward alternatives like Adobe Illustrator. Exporting high‑resolution files or videos can be slow, especially with large projects or during peak times, hindering quick sharing of quizzes or presentations. The free tier restricts access to premium templates, fonts, and stock photos, while the Pro plan costs around ₹1,000/month in India, and the lack of offline mode makes editing difficult in areas with unreliable WiFi. Also, collaboration glitches, such as unsynced changes in team projects, and inconsistent AI results with regional text or custom music graphics are also seen. Overall, Canva is beginner‑friendly and efficient for simple designs but scales poorly for heavy customization or professional‑grade work.

Canva makes it incredibly easy to create professional-looking designs in just a few minutes, even if you’re not a designer. I really like its huge library of templates, fonts, and stock elements, which I can quickly customize for social posts, presentations, and documents. The drag-and-drop interface feels intuitive, and I also appreciate being able to stay on brand by saving colors, logos, and layouts to reuse across different projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Canva can feel a bit slow or laggy when working on larger designs or switching between pages. A few of the more advanced features are slightly hidden or take a moment to find in the interface. Collaboration can also get confusing if multiple people are editing at the same time, and version history and folder organization could be a bit more powerful and easier to manage. I would love if they would fully integrate Claude into their AI workflow.

Canva lets me produce high-quality visuals without needing a full-time designer or complicated software. It solves the problem of creating on-brand graphics, presentations, and social media content quickly. I can reuse templates, keep assets organized, and make changes on my own, which saves time and reduces costs compared to outsourcing or using more complex design tools.

I appreciate Canva's ease of use, which really helps in managing and creating design content efficiently. The brand implementation feature is very beneficial as it aligns the university's social branding with our established brand standards. By using the brand kit feature, users at Ole Miss can only use approved colors, fonts, and marks, ensuring that no design goes off-brand. The initial setup was simple, and I like how it solves for employees who aren't as skilled in design by offering pre-made, branded templates. Overall, Canva integrates well into our workflow and is an invaluable tool for maintaining brand consistency.
What do you dislike about the product?
The review process is great but would like to see an opportunity to segment the types of content created (social, email, print, etc.) to different levels of review.

Canva solves design skill gaps with pre-made branded templates and ensures brand consistency with our locked-in brand kit. Its ease of use aligns university social branding with standards, preventing off-brand designs.
Smooth, Feature Rich Platform That Fits Seamlessly Into My Daily Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
What i genuinely appreciate most is how naturally everything flows inside the platform. The ease of use makes it feel approachable even on the first try and the ease of implementation allows me to turn an idea into a finished design without technical hurdles. The number of features is surprisingly extensive from video editing to presentation tools yet it does not feel cluttered. I also value the ease of integration with platforms like social media and cloud storage which simplifies my workflow. My frequency of use has increased over time because it has become part of my daily content routine and the customer support team has been reliable whenever I needed clarification.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I am not fully satisfied with is that certain advanced customisation options are somewhat restricted compared to high end professional software. Sometimes template heavy design can look similar to what other create so extra effort is needed to stand out. Pricing for premium elements can also add up if used frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It removes the barrier between creativity and execution. I do not need prior graphic design experience to produce clean, modern visuals. This benefits me by reducing dependency on external designers and speeding up project turnaround time.
Super Flexible Templates and Impressive AI Tools
What do you like best about the product?
It is super flexible and the amount of templates that you can select is amazing, both from the free tier and the premium one. Also the AI tools are amazing, I something use it only to remove like backgrounds and then move to other tool, it is amazing the quality of the results of those tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the exact location of some toolings are difficult to find, for examplen, to change the contrast or similar, you need to be familiarized with the UI to find it quickly.

Collaborative, AI integrations that are really worth using it, the amount of templates reduces time spent

I love the animation and music features and the ability to share projects with others
