My Experience with CrowdHandler Amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of CrowdHandler is its ability to efficiently manage and organize large groups of people. It can help with crowd control, event planning.
Additionally, the platform can provide real-time data and insights to help organizers make informed decisions and ensure a smooth and successful event.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing any downsides of the crowdhandler to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CrowdHandler is solving the problem of managing large audience at events or conferences. CrowdHandler is able to enhance audience engagement and participation. This benefits me as an event organizer or speaker by allowing me to better understand and respond to the needs and interests of the audience, improve the overall experience for attendees, and create a more interactive and dynamic event environment.
Great way to deal with high volume website spikes!
What do you like best about the product?
Great platform that has helped us deal with big spikes in traffic during our high volume sales day! Solved all of the issues that we used to have on website, payment gateway and API failure

Nothing, so far there haven't been any issues. Looking forward to putting it further to the test

Previously our website had always crashed during very high volume traffic. However Crowdhandler has solved that issue

What do you dislike about the product?
Each year that we have engaged CrowdHandler, their product has been improved over the last year, eliminating any minor concerns from the past experience. This year I was not able to engage the waiting room at the most ideal time, but that may have been due to my not setting it up correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During our peak site traffic days, when we have annual soft opening and public opening of our Box Office, CrowdHandler's waiting room allows us to control traffic volume on the site to keep the site processing at optimum speed and to minimize the occurrence of overselling products.
Easy to setup queueing tech which can be scaled up and down quickly to meet requirements
What do you like best about the product?
We work with some of the world's largest entertainment brands and often have to deal with high-volume ticket on-sales. CrowdHandler allows us to build fully branded queues and scale up the capacity and throughput to match the requirements. Installing on the websites is easy with just a few lines of JS. Customer support is rarely required as it all works from the dashboard but all our interactions have been great when required.

A good system for handling traffic peaks at targeted periods
What do you like best about the product?
CrowdHandler is a very useful tool to manage access to my website during busy periods. I can easily adjust the waiting room size each month, and the free basic plan is perfect for small businesses like mine.
My business has predictable peak times, so CrowdHandler keeps traffic under control. When traffic is lower, I can switch to a lighter plan and reduce costs. I couldn’t be happier with their customer support. I once had an issue caused by my own mistake, and their team helped me fix it very quickly and politely.

I would like to be able to further fractionate the plan by periods of time.

We were looking for an easy solution to handle the traffic on our bookingdays. CrowdHandler does the task effortlessly!!
Although we only need this a couple of days in a year, the flexible payment system makes it affordable to give us an enterprise grade solution.

Maybe a portal to followup on support tickets, although we always receive good support...an overview can be handy...maybe i did not find it?

Handling our hosting when the website was under pressure!
What do you like best about the product?
We use Wordpress so was very easy to implement. The room was easy to configure as we were keeping things simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cant find any negatives , all smooth sailing so far ! And as we say in Scouting , no kinks in our knots! I would say though to remember to switch your room on !
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a medium sized Scouting Group - we rely soley on our website for incoming membership , events payment and more. We recently decided to sell event tickets online for our fundraisers. This proved a little too popular and our hosting , whilst its normally great - was stretched. I setup CrowdHandler and thankfully i could keep everyone happy including our Customers and Management !

Immediately began to act in a situation where the hosting failed. It did exceptionally well, without any problem coped with a huge load. I recommend it to anyone who expects a sudden influx of users on the site.

Great customer service and support: the team are very responsible with regards to questions about optimium set-up during our planning stages. This has been especially helpful as we've recently transitioned from one e-commerce website to another, and needed to run multiple stages of testing.

HTML experience is required to fully customise the look of our waiting room. Otherwise, nothing else!

As mentioned above, CrowdHandler has become an important part of our website infrastructure around ticketing on-sales, which often generate spikes in traffic and demand. This has made these crucial periods easier to plan for, and allows us to focus our attention elsewhere when an on-sale is actually happening! This is offered at a fair price, with flexibility to upgrade to another product tier on a monthly basis if required.
Excellent Experience of using Crowdhandler
What do you like best about the product?
We love being able to set up individual Waiting Rooms with countdowns for all on sales, and then the random allocation into the queue, preventing people from sitting on a page waiting for an event to go on sale. A huge benefit of protecting individual on sales is that if customers are not booking for an event just on sale they can book as normal and not be impacted by other events going on sale.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are very happy with Crowdhandler. Only comment would be to improve the historical reporting at present once you remove an old WR you lose the stats (but can be downloaded before you delete)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily Crowdhandler is protecting our ticketing system by limiting the number of people hitting it; without Crowdhandler, the ticketing system (due to capacity limits within the system) would often fail during busy on sales.
It is allowing customers to wait in a 'holding room' prior to the on sale rather than sitting on event pages waiting for events to go on sale (causing a chaotic rush as soon as it goes on sale).
It is solving a long running issue of all users to the site being effected by an on sale - being able to protect individual performances means that other customers can book as normal.
