Great UI for Social Media Response Team (Customer Care)

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has given us a comprehensive overview of our online customers and more insight into their profiles.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is that with our Sprout Social integration, we cannot use our pre-saved templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps us respond to our consumers in a comprehensive and easy way.

Scheduling functions, analytics, visual way of organizing our schedule across multiple accounts.

Lengthy onboarding process due to scheduling issues

What do you like best about the product?
It's very helpful as I'm analyzing our social posts each month and quarter. I can export a CSV for all posts within a date range. Provides good visuals that I can include when giving PPT presentations with screenshots from Sprout.
What do you dislike about the product?
CSV file - linked content column does not always pull in the CTA from posts. I need the data consistent in the column when I'm reviewing where my content team has linked to, so I can analyze how many links went to our website from social and determine impact. I'd also like follower growth that happened in between posts so we can get a good idea of what posts are most effective and we can change/cater our content to each social channel. Would love google UTM link builder within the tool so I don't have to build them out separately the tool handles it for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can review all of our channels in one location without having to go to each individual profile. I do have to spend time sorting through what type of post it is, and unfortunately, that is the paid tier we are in so it's not included. Thought that would be a standard feature and not an upsell.

Great product for managing social content

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout social is the best tool we've found to manage organic content for our clients. It helps us stay organized with deploying content schedules and does this in a simple easy to understand way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love if sprouts pricing wasn't so aggressive for additional users. We sometimes need more users on the account and the pricing is wildly complicated with profiles and users etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout has helped us manage content and report on progress toward our major KPIs for clients. We've been able to grow accounts and show data in visual ways that helps keep clients.

What do you like best about the product?
- Tagging of content to understand conversation themes and for ease of reporting
- Social listening feature to understand brand convo
- Smart inbox and scheduling overall
- Bitly integration is helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
- There are some strange UI experiences such as needing to edit pending posts after the schedule time is passed and random bugs that feel more common than with other platforms
- Limited integration functionality such as liking Instagram posts which is likely not sprout's fault but wish was clearer in the sales conversations
- Bit of a learning curve with reporting
- Like literally any software, everything seems perfect in sales but when you start using it you will realize that there are limitations which, while expected, is frustrating
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All-in-one social media monitoring, posting, and engagement. Prior, we were using a few different tools and handling responses to outreach within the platforms themselves. Sprout has completely upleveled this for us and given us one platform to work out of and manage our response team through. It has been a one-stop-shop for us which has been great.

Super intuitive but detailed

What do you like best about the product?
SproutSocial has all the features I'd want using a social media management tool - without knowing it's possible. For example, being able to tag/label campaigns is helpful when reporting/analyzing performance. I also like that it can be very collaborative, as you can send requests for approvals/feedback to team members. It also has a built-in editing feature for images, which is helpful and time efficient. I can quickly crop or edit a picture right through the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that it may be a little bit of a learning curve. Because it has so many features and tools, it can take some time to get used to. There are also certain capabilities it does not have. For instance, creating Twitter threads or tagging LinkedIn pages/accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping solve our marketing objectives, which is to stay engaged with our audience, to be present for them, and provide meaningful content curated just for them.

What do you like best about the product?
The inbox feature is really good and we like that you can reply to everything and assign tasks to colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Instagram scheduling sending notifications to a phone - sort it out Sprout!

We can manage all our social profiles in one place. And we have a lot!!

-UI is clean, easy to understand

Nothing! Sprout meets all the requirements I have.

Proving out that social media is working for our brand and giving us the ability to monitor the brand online.

What do you like best about the product?
Reporting is easy and managing different accounts is easy. There are very useful tools for reporting and checking in on key metrics. I'd recommend sprout to anyone with fulltime social management needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports from sprout can sometimes be a little underwhelming. The charts tend to get complicated and the basic reporting templates don't really say a lot. The content reporting specifically could use some work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps us track progress of our organic efforts and report on key metrics across accounts. It helps us organize all our client data in one place and manage posting.
