What do you like best about the product?
I really like the clean interface and the clear programming flow. The team management features are solid, and post approvals and permission settings work as expected.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface offers only limited options for customizing reports, and the editor feels rigid when working with certain formats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social has been an excellent, robust tool for us, offering strong editorial control and reliable information. It’s been efficient and professional to use, and so far everything has been going smoothly.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Sprout Social is how organized it keeps day-to-day social media work. Managing multiple accounts manually used to take a lot of time, especially while handling scheduling, comments, analytics, and reporting separately. With Sprout Social, everything stays in one place, which makes the workflow much smoother.
The content calendar and scheduling tools are the features I use the most. Being able to prepare posts in advance across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X saves a lot of manual effort during busy weeks. The Smart Inbox is also very helpful because comments, mentions, and messages from different accounts stay centralized instead of being scattered across apps.
Another feature that genuinely improved workflow efficiency is the reporting dashboard. It makes campaign tracking and engagement analysis much easier during reviews and planning discussions. The AI-assisted caption suggestions and Optimal Send Times were also surprisingly useful because they reduced the time spent planning and adjusting content manually.
The integrations with Canva, Slack, Google Drive, and analytics tools also helped simplify collaboration and content management across teams

The downside is probably the pricing structure. As more users, analytics modules, or listening features are added, the cost increases quickly, which may feel expensive for smaller teams.

What do you like best about the product?
What I value most about Sprout Social is how intuitive the platform is and how easy it is to centralize all social media management in one place. The unified inbox saves a lot of time when managing messages and comments from different channels, and the reports are very clear both for daily work and for presenting results to clients or management.
I would also highlight the quality of the scheduling and social listening features, as well as the integration between teams to collaborate and approve content in a more organized way. Overall, it conveys a sense of a very solid and professional tool for marketing and customer service teams.

What I like least about Sprout Social is that some advanced features have a high cost and it can be an expensive tool for small teams. I also miss a bit more flexibility in certain reports and automations.

Rock-Solid Scheduling and Reporting That Saves Hours Across Platforms

What do you like best about the product?
I think the biggest benefit I get out of this application is the publishing and content calendar. It has been the primary reason I continue to use this service. As many of you know, it can be very LOUD in these spaces and while I will always say that the scheduling portion of this service is just solid (no issues), the posts go out when they should. The ability to send ONE piece of content to multiple platforms at the same time is a huge time savings as I was spending hours sending the same content to different platforms prior to using this service. In addition to being able to schedule your content, I find their reporting features to be great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have with publishing is that on occasion, content is rejected due to size restrictions when the files appear to be fine. Also, not every platform has full tracking capabilities, therefore I often need to pull native data from the applications themselves which sort of defeats the purpose of using a service like Sprout Social. This makes me need to go in and correct it manually. My small pet peeve: There isn’t an option to tag organic content created outside of the service AFTER IT HAS BEEN POSTED.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, I was individually accessing each platform in order to manage social media – it was chaotic, inconsistent, slow and easy to miss important items. Sprout Social allows me to manage ALL aspects of social media in one location – including scheduling, monitoring, reporting and engaging. Reporting used to take me a significant amount of time to put together, however now it’s largely automated giving me actual time back to focus on developing strategies vs simply collecting numbers. While I don’t spend hours making presentations, the reports provided are clean enough that I am comfortable dropping them directly into a client presentation without having to make adjustments.

What do you like best about the product?
The ongoing support from the account managers has been excellent. They’re always on hand to make sure we’re getting the most out of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
This isn’t a direct reflection of Sprout so much as LinkedIn, but it’s frustrating that I’m unable to pull competitor information in the listening reports.

I like being able to schedule social posts in advance, which helps me stay ahead of my marketing plans and keep everything organized.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for generating monthly reports, and I particularly like its visual insights. There is a graph or visual for almost all the metrics in the report, making it easy to read and understand. This feature provides valuable visual aid to clients who find numbers hard to comprehend and is also beneficial to our administration team in the marketing agency where I work. Additionally, the initial setup of Sprout Social was quite easy, as it just required a login.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data from Sprout Social is almost always different from what Ads Manager shows. This makes it hard to make clients understand the difference.
