Sprout the all around places
What do you like best about the product?
Having all the social platforms on 1 site.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to have a filter per social platform to split the workload for my users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unattended feedback from customers on social platforms.
Sprout Social is a stable, reliable, intuitive platform
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is very user friendly with an exceptional UX/UI no matter if you are a novice social media scheduler or a pro. We appreciate the real-time analytics, smart scheduling tools, and navigation/customization to suit our scheduling needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Media size limits are at 10MB which can be fine for most uses but at times our organization has a video or large-size GIF to pump out to our clients/audience -- at which time we are forced to downgrade the file quality or just opt for a simple, basic image.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is allowing us to solve the problem of engaging with customers, employees, and prospective clients across the social media landscape. Additionally, we are able to use Sprout's metrics to better understand our hits and misses on social media.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
COnducting an ecosystem / landscape assessment to ensure that we are supporting our clients and monitoring for industry trends.
Easy and convenient service
What do you like best about the product?
It makes posting on multiple platforms at the same time so much easier and convenient. You can schedule posts and move things around very quickly as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides of Sprout Social are that sometimes the platforms you are posting on become disconnected with Sprout so you have to reconnect them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout social is saving time when posting content on social media and it's being managed all in one place so multiple people can see it.
Great platform for social media reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I personally love how organized Sprout is. The overall clean aesthetic allows for easy information pulling and reporting for my clients. I prefer using Sprout over Hootsuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found downsides yet. Though I do wish the functions worked the same for TikTok as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is helping me to report TikTok metrics for my client. It has made it extremely easy for me to pull accurate numbers based on specific dates without having to manually log everything myself.
Valuable Data - some UX issues
What do you like best about the product?
Really valuable data. lots of great insight and it's much more detailed than what I get on the native platforms. I like that all the messages can be kept in one place and it's pretty straightforward to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile interface isn't great when it comes to messaging- which is a primary function of why I would use the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps everything in one place, and allows us to work as a team to do customer service across platforms.
Allows us to effectively draft, schedule, review/approve & optimize our content.
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has been a game changer in allowing our organization to effectively draft, schedule, review/approve and post on our social media accounts. We can leverage tools like best time to schedule, reference old posts that work best, and other optimization tools to ensure we create the best content and send at the best time possible to increase engagement and reach. I especially like the ability to develop reports that I can export and provide to management. Viewing competitor posts and analyzing their engagement rates has helped us understand what they are doing right so we can better optimize our content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish tagging companies was easier, and I have trouble tagging our company events as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously would manually visit competitor pages to view their content and see which posts work best, but now we are able to see all of our competitor posts in one place, allowing us to create better content by referencing their best posts.
Sprout helps me connect with all my colleagues
What do you like best about the product?
Social Sprout helps me connect with all my colleagues across the country. We share ideas and motivations and I get to have help from other more experienced marketers in our network.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't have anthony that stands out that I don't like about Sprout Social. It's been very beneficial and I use it quiet frequently in my day to day operations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is helping me plan my posts and keep track of which ones are the most popular. It's helping me set the standard for marketing at our school and the future of our organization as a whole.
A great way to manage your social profiles
What do you like best about the product?
I love that when I make a post, it gives me options on times to post and will let me know the optimal time to post. I think that is a beneficial tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think just the format is a bit confusing. The only aspect that I really have a slight issue with is that when I post on Sprout, it doesn't show the post on my planner in my other social media managing accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am new to marketing in general, and Sprout has made it easy for me to get a jump start on the marketing process. Especially by allowing me to schedule a large quantity of posts at once.
Great social content planning and distribution system
What do you like best about the product?
It makes planning, scheduling and posting social content across platforms very easy. I also especially appreciate the insights/analytics to track how posts fare.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could access more competitive and listening information on the site without having to pay extra.
Also, knit-picky, but I wish you could tag people on LinkedIn posts, whereas now you can only tag organizations via Sprout.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing me to budget my time more wisely for content posts. Being able to schedule them in advance and use suggested posting times is a game changer.
And the way you can distill and pull social performance is amazing. I can break out so much information and track progress over specific periods of time. It's awesome.
Also, with notifications set up, I can see that a customer or client has asked a question or posted and respond to them promptly.
