Great Social Multitasker
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can do nearly everything in Sprout and can see everything from a bird's eye view, plus scheduling all at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not always up to date with all platforms, ie. TikTok character count is still very limited which is an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really helps solve the problem of content scheduling and reaching our audience and it helps with productivity overall. It's improved our social overall because it allows us to get content out on more platforms and in the right ways and respond how we need to.

There are occasional glitches when posts we are scheduling try to go live.

Clarity across leadership and providing transparency of what is being deployed across channels.
Really useful honestly
What do you like best about the product?
It makes managing responses to social media posts very easy. The company I work for is able to assign simple response tasks to people in customer services, like questions about products or our stores while bigger, high-profile customers or partners can be escalated to our partnership teams or even our buyers team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain limitations that make it frustrating, like not being able to use the system features of every platform. This includes things like emoji responses and "liking" messages, while in other cases I can use Sprout to do this same thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me and my fellow coworkers to respond to mass messages across a variety of social platforms including Twitter, Instagram, Tik-Tok, and Facebook all under one roof.

Understanding our most important KPI metrics and an easy tool to use when publishing social posts.
Great team, solid product with massive potential
What do you like best about the product?
The Sprout team is what makes them great. They listen, ask, and implement feedback, and they want to be better. I've seen recommendations implemented within months, not quarters or years, like their competition. They want to be the best and work to get there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to some of their competitors, they are still young and don't have some of the data integration or analysis features that their more mature competitors have. Although they want and move on that feedback, their competitors do little to improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Their presentation (reporting) is among the best in the market. I often lean on their reports to show leadership vs. their competition because they look better. They also do a good job of social media monitoring and are improving their other listening capabilities.
Positive experience, makes managing social easier
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of managing all of our platforms in one place. It saves so much time and effort. I love being able to tag our posts to see what our audience responds to or doesn't. I also like having the analytics all in one place. It makes them easier to pull for my report.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Google Analytics could be incorporated, because then it would truly be a one-stop shop for my analytics reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm on a two-person marketing & communications team for a national non-profit, so we're always doing a lot and don't have much manpower. Sprout saves me time when it comes to analytics and scheduling.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how straightforward, simple, and transparent the tools are. I also love the team behind it! They're so helpful and always give us the latest updates. I love utilizing their calendar planning the most for posting! But they give a great product for reporting and listening tools too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Anything I don't love about Sprout, it's not Sprout, but the changes that social platforms always have that we're keeping up with! I think if Sprout had video tutorials of how to further utilize their platform at the best of our capability, that would be great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They're helping us post in a timely manner and efficiently! They make scheduling so easy and their calendar layout is amazing. I love how any native posts I make, Sprout can catch that still so we can have it in our reporting/analytics. I know I need to utilize their social listening tools more on my end, so I can't wait!
My preferred social media planning tool
What do you like best about the product?
I really love the reporting that Sprout provides. It's much more robust than most competitors. I also think the user interface is very easy and the calendar layout is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost can be prohibitive for some brands. I don't think the number of users affects you - you need to offer more users at a lower cost in order to allow people to have maximum collaboration in their social media planning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps us plan our brand social media calendars. It is beneficial to have all of the company's brands in the software and then the leadership can receive planning calendars and such in order that they can see what we are planning, what has happened the prior month and give feedback.
Level up with Sprout
What do you like best about the product?
As a SMM, Sprout makes tracking content easier, let's me categorize comments and incoming messages, and has generally freed up hours of work thanks to their automation features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Working in nonprofit, it can be hard to justify the steep price tag associated with Sprout. There are also many limitations regarding the data, though the fault lies with the social platforms themselves, as they leave a lot out of their API.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout has significantly increased my capacity as a team of one. What used to take hours now takes considerably less time, thanks to Sprout's automation and tagging features.
Great Platform for Small Businesses!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Calendar feature! Planning and prepping posts is excellent for making my workflow more efficient. I also enjoy the different workflow rules you can make, like the Post Approval one. My boss and I love this feature because she can ensure that my posts maintain our brand image and check my captions for typos or awkward wording.
I also love the reports! My favorite report is the Tags and Post Performance. It provides excellent insight into what style posts work best for our brand. This has allowed our social media efforts to be more strategic and bring in better engagement!

What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the only downside to Sprout is how for Instagram Stories, there is no way other than the mobile publisher to post Instagram stories. It would be nice if it could post automatically like everything else. I also wish that videos, no matter what time, length and size, could be published automatically.

Sprout Listening has helped our brand monitor what people think about us, where we are being mentioned, and helped us reach a bigger audience.
Sprout Social has also helped us manage our social media accounts. We have FaceBook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok, YouTube, and LinkedIn accounts, so planning posts is the best part! We can schedule as far as a month in advance.
