What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have real-time social analytics that I can present to a large department to continue investment in social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you can't compare specific time frames (ie year vs. year or like January 2022 vs. January 2023) in the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to show the benefit of an enhanced and holistic social media presentation.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature has to be the unlimited potential for growth. The number of social accounts allowed was one of the limitations of other services.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not always feel as intuitive as other social posting platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of posting content to individual accounts. Instead, I am able to post to all social platforms simultaneously easily.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout social helps us with so much! It's nice to have a platform that we can use to help us organize our social platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The additional analytics feature is just a little too expensive for our budget.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite parts about using Sprout Social are the smart inbox that makes assigning my team mates messages easy. I also love being able to pre-plan posts in the social media planner section.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something that I dislike about Sprout Social is that you have to pay per seat in the platform and that I have to manually mark complete messages from DMs that were natively answered in the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps me schedule content. Our brand pushes out content daily on ALL social media platforms and this makes doing that manageable. Our response time has also gotten much better in the DMs since it is more organized while using Sprout.

A great platform for your social needs

What do you like best about the product?
As a 'department of one' in my organizaton, Sprout is a super valuable tool. I really like it's easy to use and flexible scheduling capabilities, which allows me to plan and automate our posts easily. The tagging feature is also extremely valuable to me, as it makes it super easy to filter posts to ensure I am sending out a balanced content and makes the reporting for the varies involved stakeholders super easy. The built-in Instagram grid planner is also standout feature for me, as I enjoy the ability to preview what our grid will look like. Finally, the reporting functionality is quite robust and flexible, making it easy to get the in-depth insights that drive our social media strategy forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest dislike is probably the mobile app. I find it to be a bit messy and it lacks some of the essential features of the desktop version, which can really put a stop to on-the-go social management (and isn't that the point of an app?) Like especially the fact that if you accidentally clear a notification saying it is time to post to Instagram, for example, then that is just gone and you cannot find the post in the app anymore. You have to go back to the desktop version to find the post and resend it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves SO MUCH TIME via the following:

1. It streamlines the whole process of creating and publishing social posts across multiple platforms
2. The tagging and reporting features have allowed us to categorize and analyze our content much more effectively

Best platform for collaborative social media management

What do you like best about the product?
The publishing calendar is a lifesaver for managing multiple accounts and multiple users. The ability to share a view-only link of the calendar with other users makes approving content seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't used Spout for a long time, but I haven't found anything I dislike so far!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing nearly 80 social media accounts. I do not think this would be possible without Sprout Social.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of use and the extensive features. I've used quite a few social media management platforms, and haven't found another one with as many insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
The individual cost per user. We have 36 communities currently, and it would be great to have the ability to have a bulk cost for adding users like there is with accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to respond to all interactions on all our accounts, monitoring how specific campaigns are performing, scheduling across all our platforms easily

What do you like best about the product?
What we love about Sprout Social for my brands in the Automotive Aftermarket is reporting tools that keep us abreast to competitors in the market. Navigating Sprout is easy and the user interface is better than any other social media management tool on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, a lot of functions rely on Facebook or Instagram's API. Functions like sharing messages directly to stories or having a library of music available for reel content creation would make Sprout much more superior.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe Sprout Social is solving the problem of managing a variety of profiles on different channels. I did not know until my call with Sprout that channels such as LinkedIn was available.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is a great way to collaborate on social media with a team both for publishing and community management. I also enjoy the quick support through the chat and their online community as well as the webinars.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have trouble downloading the app. I manage multiple brands and sometimes find it cumbersome to switch between them to see all tasks I need to work on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps us keep track of multiple social media platforms all in one place. It's also very useful for planning out future posts and analyzing the effectiveness of difference kinds of posts through their tagging.

Scheduling proccess, the smooth and effiecnt options each post and inquiry have.

Listeing reports needs further edits to be useful for sharing with clients.

Social media management require hourly followup, with Sprout Social it's easier and we can followup easily.
