What do you like best about the product?
The tool is really easy to use, very user friendly . It is very easy to replay and to find old contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the color of the tool. All other thinks are very cool an usefull
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I replay to customer queries concerning our organisation related to the social media. Because of the toll I am more productive and the business performance increades.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout social is a really great tool to have community management, scheduling and reporting all in one tool. It is really easy to use and makes my life so much easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good if we could connect a business account and not only see the reporting for organic but for paid things too. And when replying to Facebook users it would be good if we could do reactions for Facebook easily, not just a thumbs up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is really useful to have one tool that does it all. It's really easy to use and it does all the things like scheduling, community management and reporting really well.

It is just so easy to plan your posts and put them on to a calender.

I wish the features were easier to use for beginners.

What do you like best about the product?
I love all of the reporting features - it makes it so easy to see month-to-month statistics and also compare them against clients' competitors. Also, I love using Sprout for community management (responding to messages/comments) to make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I've been a Sprout user over the years, they have continuously come out with new features and updates. Currently, I just wish there were more capabilities for Instagram community management (responding to comments etc.), as that would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Never missing a comment/message across all channels and across multiple different clients. Also, to be able to confidently schedule posts for future dates across platforms is a huge bonus. And the in-depth reporting and analytics is an awesome tool as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I greatly appreciate how user-friendly Sprout Social is, which makes managing social media tasks efficient and straightforward. It excels in facilitating collaboration within my team, simplifying the process of working with many team members. The reports feature stands out with its clarity and ease of understanding, enabling me to comprehend social media metrics quickly. Community management is significantly streamlined through the inbox feature, offering a clear and concise way to manage interactions. Additionally, the workflows provided by Sprout Social enhance collaboration by making it incredibly easy to coordinate tasks among team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it inconvenient that not all content can be posted via Sprout Social without requiring push notifications. Additionally, the current lack of access to music libraries for adding to videos limits my creative options. Another area for improvement is the AI functionality—it would be beneficial if it could be trained to write content that aligns with the brand's voice. Furthermore, the listening setup feels cumbersome, and an AI assistant to streamline this process would be a significant improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for scheduling, listening, reporting, and community management. It's user-friendly, simplifies community management, and makes collaboration with team members easy.

A simple, straightforward but super effect product!

What do you like best about the product?
- Super straightforward and easy to use
- The analytics and traking
- The ability to manage my inboxes through the platform
What do you dislike about the product?
- The instagram scheduling feature (having to mpst manual videos to nistagram sometimes)
- Unable to tag indivudials
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The analytics, tracking and reporting tools have enabled us to get a wider perspective on our content strategy, which is extremely important as an employer brand team.
As a team of various structures and level, the approval process flow has been super beneficial to make sure the leaders in the team have wide insight to the content going out, and we can align across the the whole business.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive and visual it is, their great customer support and all the functionalities that it offers, especially the reports. In general I think it's a great app to make lives easier for social media managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to other social media tools I would say it's a bit pricey. The other downside I found it's hat when a post it's not posted due to an error, it usually doesn't say what error it is.
Also it would be nice to schedule stories automatically, not as a reminder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling posts at optimal times and in different social media accounts at the same time. Preparing performance reports based on the key metrics. Basically it made me save a lot of time I am spending in other tasks.

Good app, but not enough functionalities to do our jobs completely yet

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Sprout is the many social channels you can link to, the analytics tool and the options you have when posting your basic content, such as photos, videos and copy.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike less is the lack of variety in the types of posts you can make through Sprout, and that you can't tag accounts. We are testing a lot for Salesforce NL with polls and other forms of content to get engagement up. We are also working with agencies that should be able to do it for us. But it still comes down to manually making adjustments too often now. And afterwards, which has a negative effect on reach and engagement. It would be great if these functionalities could be added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us it solves that with global in one account we can do everything. So that there are no different accounts floating around loose everywhere. In that sense, it's nice to have everything on one platform. But we are still experiencing issues with the connection, for example, with LinkedIn, which has been down a few times now. So it's not working optimally yet.

A clear platform that gives us excellent scope for collaborative working across teams. The publishing tool is excellent.

Sometimes the reporting is tricky but the support team help.

Being able to quickly and clearly see what is happening in a crisis situation.
