Makes managing multiple social media channels easier

What do you like best about the product?
Continue to appreciate tagging and use it cross-platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Interested in how further integration with emerging platforms can be improved like TikTok and Bluesky. Would be great too if there was something that could link with earned media analytics platforms like muckrack or cision.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have contacted Sprout a variety of time and their customer service has been great! They're quick to respond and follow-up. The only thing we wish is that the premium was a bit more affordable.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes it easy to track our social posts, especially with the tag and inbox functionality. Something we use a lot is their Workflows functionality for approvals. It makes it easy to streamline social posts to different owners in a concise manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are frequent errors about images not publishing correctly to LinkedIn or Twitter after being pushed through Sprout.
The user interface isn't super intuitive. The menu's a bit clunky and takes a handle to get used to at first.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps us see all our coordinated social posts going out in any given time period across however many social platforms. This ensures that messaging is similar across all platforms and that we are pushing posts out at the right time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the different ways to organize the different accounts and just how the interface looks in general. If I could be honest, there's nothing else I could say I like "best" other than those two things but I'm being forced to write more haha.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel they've become not user-friendly. The engagement piece on LinkedIn is extremely annoying and doesn't work correctly most of the time. Hate that I can't engage via the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling content and giving me a platform to organize all the content I have to schedule. It makes us more productive and able to work together collaboratively.

What do you like best about the product?
It truly helps me manage multiple clients across multiple platforms - and saves so much time that used to be wasted with variable logins. With Sprout you have a higher quality tool that can be relied on.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some reason they keep turning off our client accounts ever so often. A bit frustrating. I get an email saying 7 clients are down tends to cause a panic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We call it our single source of truth for all things social, which is really nice when you have a small team managing lots of clients. Because of this we have been able to bring on more clients and accounts.

Super easy to use. I love that it has every feature I need to schedule social posts. I love the word cloud, trending topics, & listening tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics is lacking in that you can't bulk tag your posts and thus making it difficult to track specific campaign performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes scheduling posts across social media platforms extremely easy and quick. Other tools don't let you schedule stories or choose IG thumbnails. Sprout does.
The functionality is great, but disappointed in what is included in the base model vs. upgrades.

Consolidating all of my business' social handles and channels into one place with a ton of filtering options for reporting and understanding health of social.

There are a lot of functionality restrictions for even the Professional model that were not clear during purchase process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to quickly view all reporting and measurements in one place. Also, the ability to understand our social health vs. competitors.

What do you like best about the product?
It's user friendly and makes seeing reports easy. It's also easy to publish posts.

Their contracts for businesses, outrageously expensive, no ongoing support from their team

We can schedule posts in advance and see the reports on how they are performing.
Easy to post, easy to gather insights
What do you like best about the product?
It's great to have all my content all in one place. The smart inbox helps me to manage my community in an efficient manner, while the listening and reports are helpful to get a pulse on how we are performing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The API's with different social platforms don't enable me to complete all of the postings I want to. This is more of a LinkedIn/Twitter/Meta problem than it is a Sprout problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly time. If I had to log into each individual platform in order to schedule a post, I would need an Assistant. Having everything social at my fingertips is great.
