Sprout Social streamlines content scheduling and approvals.
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social makes content planning and scheduling easy and allows for a streamlined approval process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that isn't useful in Sprout Social.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is taking the work out of planning content, moderating customer inquiries and engagement, and simplifying content scheduling and posting.
Love Sprout, pricing has gotten better too
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can post to multiple accounts on the same platform at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like I have to reconnect my profiles often
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout saves me time by allowing me to schedule my posts across numerous social platforms. I love that I can schedule the same post to more than 1 page on the same platform. No other scheduling software allows that like Sprout does!
Incredible Social Publishing & Analytics Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to duplicate and schedule social content across different profiles, no matter the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Instagram publishing is still a bit wonky when it comes to scheduling and manually publishing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social solves the problem of having to figure out when the best and optimal time for scheduling content is and also allows us to find all of the analytics we need for the platforms in one place.
Sprout Social Review
What do you like best about the product?
The upside of using Sprout Social is the review process - It's so easy to pull visual reports that are beneficial and easy for the client to digest. I also enjoy the scheduling out of content and webinars that are informational.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main issue with Sprout Social is the lack of reporting on all platforms. You can't pull reports for TikTok ads or LinkedIn ads management, it would be very beneficial if we could pull reports for all major platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is helping by solving the issue of non robust reporting and lack of Google My Business scheduling out. It is very nice to be able to schedule GMB + Facebook organic content at the same time.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is easy to use and convenient for users to post and schedule social media posts!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are errors between facebook and we receive failed posts notifications

Easy scheduling
My experience has been great with sprout so far.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how user friendly Sprout is. Being able to have recommended posting times, easily post on different platforms and attach links for the bio is awesome. Happy to use it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have seen a couple cases where our Sprout content doesn't get pushed out the same way to our audience as it would have had it been organic. Engagment reads low.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to schedule out posts, so I can have content planned and not have to remember to post about it. Cutting out steps with the link in bio process is huge as well. Although I need to be able to put links on content that I have collaborated on Instagram for it to be fully effective.
Sprout - Tons of value and benefits for clients
What do you like best about the product?
There are many benefits about Sprout Social but I would say that the ease of use, digestible data dashboard, plug +go and the social listening are all incredible value for agencies to use and upsell to clients
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside to Sprout Social is the price. With other software catching up with Sprout's technology, they need to rightsize their costs or increase their values offered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems we're currently solving with Sprout is having all social posting, analytics and monitoring for our clients all in one place. We can easily pull reports and analyze the data allowing us to plan better social.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like new features like the alt text generator and the IG collaborator tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
We really need Sprout to add Bluesky as a platform option. Most of our audience isn't on Twitter anymore, and Bluesky isn't available for scheduling on Sprout yet, even though Sprout's competitor, Buffer, has it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows me to streamline content scheduling and get all my work done in one place. Also, having easy access to metrics and our inbox makes me more productive.
An efficient and user friendly platform for social media management and measurement
What do you like best about the product?
I love that everything is all in one place - I am able to schedule posts optimized to each account's user behavior, monitor comments and messages and do full scale social media reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish the competitor review or reporting feature included benchmarks to ensure each report shows the full breadth of success.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
social reporting, influx of messages and comments and understanding when to post on which platform
Sprout is ok- so long as you never have a technical issue
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is easy to learn, the UX is intuitive. It saves me HOURS in my work weeks. At least it would if it didn't constantly break! Their customer support team is completely unavailable
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little to complain about! If anything sometimes I think Sprout tries to 'gild the lily' with frequent updates.

I spend a lot of time scheduling social media posts. Sprout's automation is simple and easier than other social media management platforms.
