Good but a recent experience with customer service resulted in a headache
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to pre-schedule content, draft and submit for approval is good. It allows for a good collabortation tool between teams. Calendar view is also beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price for what you get. In some ways, it is just a glorified content calendar.
One on one reviews each year are good, but then they never get back to you on the questions you ask.

Cross posting between multiple social media platforms.
Easily collaborating with other teams who draft social media posts, this has made us more effective and know what eachother is doing.

Much easier and timely that what we were previously using. Great Product!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way it links into SalesForce, and it continuously visible while working cases. There is much less clicking around, and it saves lots of time!
What do you dislike about the product?
So Far I have no complaints. Everything has been great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As stated, The way it is laid out reduces the amount of time it takes our agents to create and update cases for customer interactions. This increases availability for Agents who are handling Social Media customers. We are also able to filter out more Social Media posts that are not company-related, saving tons of time.
The great consolidator!
What do you like best about the product?
I really love having all of our metrics consolidated into one place, as well as all of our channel moderation so we can work as efficiently as possible. I tested HeyOrca, and it just wasn't as intuitive as SproutSocial.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, SproutSocial does not pull all of the demographic data for our Twitter audience, so we are using another platform for this called Minter. Hopefully SproutSocial can integrate this soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidating all of our content preparation and scheduling, moderating, and reports. We are working much more efficiently, rather than going to each native platform for these.
Best all around tool for social managers
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple sprout makes it to track overall social and brand health. aside from the product, the support is best in class!

I would love the capability to filter seeing paid, organic and paid & organic stats for all platforms

Streamlining the way in which we report to the business!
Great social media software
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Sprout Social on both sides, from an agency and as the client. The experience on both ends is top-tier. Easy to use and customer service exceeds all expectations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is fairly expensive, but worth it for the price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminates almost all needs to manually post, saving tons of time.
Sprout does it all: scheduling, listening, competitive analysis, reporting, in-platform approvals.

I love the reporting capabilities and the competitive analysis the best.

Some of the platform is a little clunky — like seeing what is scheduled on a platform.

Sprout allows us to schedule post, track hashtags, and create reliable metrics after events.

I like that sprout displays all of your social accounts on one calendar.

It will not left me place a draft on a specific date without submitting.

The ability to build out content months in advance and schedule multiple accounts all on one calendar.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it organizes all my social, gives me tools for commenting, listening and, of course, posting. It's a great service that makes my job easier day by day!
What do you dislike about the product?
You get a limited amount of accounts without having to pay a lot more, so that's a little frusterating. Also it can be difficult sometimes to find the page I want (like I'm always trying to search for comments for whatever reason).
Additionally, it will tell me I have an error posting specific images on platform like Instagram or Twitter but then post those same images without issue right from the actual site or app. That's a little annoying.

I needed a platform that would allow me to post everything from one page, monitor social, and respond to comments as they come in. This does all of that for sure.

Having all of my client's social engagements in the master inbox

When features are updated they don't actually help with efficiency.

It is solving a multitasking issue by putting our clients in one place.

Can't think of anything but I am getting more email advertising since signing up. Please don't share our email addresses with others.
