Very Robust Social Media Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It clearly is a very robust social media tool, it knows what we need and tries to pre-empt the tools/buttons/shortcuts to give us just that without having to go digging for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit on the pricier side, and the user interface is a bit intimidating for someone who is just starting out. There are a lot of features and such I would like for them to be easier to navigate for a beginner
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently don't track our social media analytics in any meaningful way. I started to do that through the individual social media websites, however it is annoying to have to go to different pages once a month. Sprout social keeps everything in one place.
I LOVE SPROUT! It is easy to use and works great!
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social makes scheduling content for my job so much easier. It helps us track campaign as well to be able to see which posts performed better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is a lot to learn but I am learning more everyday!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have to schedule posts so that at least once a day, a post goes out on Instagram or Facebook. This saves me so much time and effort regarding scheduling and analyzing analytics.

Easy to stay organized, plan, and get approvals. I like the scheduling and the previews.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Sprout Social is how easily I can schedule and rearrange social posts. We're always doing new things and with changes coming daily, we need the ability to do that.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Sprout Social is the layout of some of the menu items. I would love a quick-action sidebar or menu where I can "bookmark" different things on Sprout and go to them. Some of what I use is buried in one or two menus and it takes time to get to them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is helping solve our need to schedule multiple posts and track new and old campaigns in a way that's easy to understand for non-social media users. It's benefiting me because it allows me to set up custom reports that I can send to the team.

What do you like best about the product?
Best reporting, intuitive system, and the most capabilities of any social platform I have tried (and I have tried many).
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a little high, but it's obvious as to why.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It published posts for me, which means I don't need to wait or spend my time posting across different platforms constantly. Their analytics are unmatched, and I can pull insights across all platforms to learn what content is performing well and what content does not to help our clients best utilize their social accounts.

It's easy to approve/submit social posts for the team.

LinkedIn posting can be clunky, I believe this is on LinkedIn though not Sprout

Multiple teams/users posting on one corporate account is now super easy with Sprout

Easy to use, good use display. More features than previous platform used.

Would like to see a platform like this be able to incorporate Facebook events into interaction
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing 70+ pages across all social platforms. Being able to use multiple CS staff members in the same platform without stepping over each others toes/duplicating work, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The planning feature is what I use most (but that's to be expected). Where that's useful is you can easily repost content when the client's account is tagged. Their inbox system in general is convenient and easy to navigate. Reporting is another strong win for Sprout. I can tag posts by any criteria I want, filter the results, and even share externally, which is great when sharing results with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Instagram and Facebook Stories. This isn't Sprout's fault, any 3rd party tool we vetted had the same limitations. When a scheduled post goes live, you have to have the account on your phone, and essentially the tool just pushes the video to your phone and copies the caption. It's an extra step and only takes 5 mins but there is a level of involvement from you. My process is to schedule the story, then when it goes live, download the video and add text on it if applicable through the instagram tools. I've found more engagement on videos with some text to engage the audience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reposting is super useful for me. I find it hard to do that in other apps but Sprout makes it easy. I also enjoy the optimal times feature when posting. I'm not sure how that data is aggregated but it seems to work.

I appreciate the ways that they incorporate data right into the scheduling functions to help your posts stand out and get in front of the right people and the right time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that you could schedule reels to Instagram through the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When conducting audits and researching clients, sprout makes it incredibly easy and user-friendly to conduct thorough reports on our client's posts' performances and their competitor's posts as well.

Onboarding process was very thorough and covered all elements within our package.
