What do you like best about the product?
Access to all social media platforms in one place and the access to stats which help me know when is best to post and what works best with my audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar can be quite ugly to use compared the Later.com which I previously used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy having all social medias together under one login.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can create your own tabs to filter by what is most important to you.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any big negatives yet with Spout Social

It is helping us get in contact with the Digital Guest quicker.

The best part of using Sprout is seeing what the post will look like as the preview. I also appreciate the suggested times to post.

I have no complaints at this point. I'm sure I will dig in deeper as I continue to use the service

What do you like best about the product?
I've found Sprout Social to be a really useful social media management tool - it's intuitive, easy to use, and has plenty of useful features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across any dislikes as of yet!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing me to post across multiple social media channels in an organised way.
Easy to work will all around!

The easy organization process and how easy it is to understand, as well as the option in the edit suite to orientatate photos for different social media platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it will fail posts multiple times in a row with no explanantion. It also does not allow you to customize your Tik toks, such as choosing the thumbnail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the need to go to each individual social media platform. It is saving us and our coworkers a lot of time in our already busy work lives! We get things done more effeciently!

All my accounts are consolidated in one spot.

All the tools and modules aren't available without upgrading the account.

Saving time by scheduling posts. The publisher tool is amazing!

I find having my analytics for my pages all in one place to be extremely helpful for myself and for my clients. Being able to compare account performance with ease makes my life much easier.

Sprout is solving the issue of reporting being a hassle, Sprout Social puts everything I need in one place which saves me time that can be used for content for my clients.
Sprout Social is easily the best social media management tool out there.

I love how everything is all in one place. You can post the same or similar content across all your channels with a few clicks. Sprout also enables you to check analytics quickly and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike about Sprout Social. It's by far the best social media tool I've used.

Sprout Social helps us to streamline our social media management. It also helps us interact with our audience across all our channels. I particularly like the smart scheduling function, which enables us to maximise post reach.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it offers robust reporting and analytics on all my social channels. Allows for accurate reporting and measurment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could upload additional file types for channels like LinkedIn and YouTube.

Sprout allows all our profiles to be managed in one place. This allows us to measure everything with a similar standard and gives accurate analytics.
