Sprout Makes My Job Easier + Offers Much Needed Community

What do you like best about the product?
We upgraded to Premium Analytics recently. It has really improved our processes around reporting and scheduling. The search feature makes it really easy for us to repurpose engaging content, and the advanced reporting has reduced the weekly reports we send from 4 PDFs to one link.
What do you dislike about the product?
No, I don't have any feedback for improvements at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social solves several critical challenges for me as a one-person team managing all the email, social media, and communications for my nonprofit. It simplifies complex workflows by providing a single, easy-to-use platform that integrates seamlessly with multiple social networks. Its publishing and reporting features save me hours of work each week, freeing up time to focus on strategy and content creation.

Sprout also addresses the challenge of limited resources by offering an intuitive setup and daily usability, which eliminates the steep learning curve and ensures I can hit the ground running. Additionally, the Arb community fills a significant gap by connecting me with other professionals for idea exchange and peer support, something that’s invaluable when you’re working alone.

The platform’s reliable customer support ensures any issues I encounter are resolved quickly, minimizing downtime and frustration. Overall, Sprout Social enhances my efficiency, expands my professional network, and enables me to manage my nonprofit’s communications with greater ease and confidence.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social offers training, webinars, live chats, etc., to assist you along your marketing journey. I am a new employee in marketing, and Sprout Social has helped along the way. I enjoy the easy-to-learn platform. Making it easy to collaborate with team members, schedule social media posts, and gather analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform/software can be pricing, especially for small business owners or entrepreneurs. I would recommend Sprout Social to a mid-level to high-level business (50+ employees)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social offers webinar training. The training enlightened certain software aspects that I was unaware of. For example, creating and tracking company campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is an extremely intuitive, helpful, and powerful tool for managing social media and online presence.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major flaws within Sprout, it's really only limited by the APIs of social media platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing all our social media management and listening into one single platform instead of having to go to each individually.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Sprout! It's the best in the business for social media management. The analytics are excellent and have improved insight into our efforts immensely. The smart inbox is also excellent for community management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like many products, there are some features that are yet to be fully built out, such as the ability to post to Instagram stories and pull analytics for personal LinkedIn accounts. However, Sprout is constantly working to improve the product and new features are rolled out on a regular basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout has given us the ability to get a 360 view of our social media efforts through its various analytics capablities. This has been critical to assessing efforts with the goal of optimizing channels over time. Additionally, the ability to manage messages on all channels in one place, and work collaboratively with team members to do so, has been a game changer.

I can not able to schedule social stories.

What do you like best about the product?
So many helpful tools within Sprout. Analytics and reporting, cross posting, competitor analysis and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features require manual posting, Sprout still allows for simplified publishing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross posting, managing multiple channels and brands.

What do you like best about the product?
- The detailed analytics tracking
- The ability to group multiple profiles together
- Content Calendar
What do you dislike about the product?
I think something that needs to be improved is the ability to switch between "groups" or accounts more easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to have a scheduling platform with detailed analytics that help us show our customers how their accounts are growing and improving on a regular basis.

Not being able to tag in the publishing feature.

It's solving manual posting via the social platform. I can post on multiple accounts at once.
