Great platform for business social platforms
What do you like best about the product?
Organizing social posts across several platforms makes working in organic social easier than posting natively. Their customer service reps are incredibly helpful when issues arise. The platform is intuitive, and easy to navigate. Reporting is clear and thorough across necessary metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Issues arising from account authorization leads to failed posts, which can cause issues days or even weeks after a post has failed. LinkedIn could have greater functionality, including tagging individual accounts and posting PDF carousels rather than requiring native tagging and posting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employee advocacy and shortening the amount of time our employees spend writing, reviewing, and posting social content across several social channels. This has increased productivity for our team.
Practical Social Media Management and Listening Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easier it is to schedule posts and assign a fellow teammate for review. It makes the posting, scheduling and review process seamless. It is much easier to use that what Salesforce Social Cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
It really only offers good listening reports from Twitter conversations. Would like to see more platforms incorporated. It would also be nice to have some more location data outside of Twitter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps us manage social media accounts for multiple clients on multiple platforms all in one place. The social listening component is invaluable. It helps us understand what conversations are going on and lets us turn those into valuable insights for our clients.
Great for managing many accounts
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout allows us to easily post to and manage 10 profiles at once. We work with clients who post to many channels, so it makes our jobs infinitely easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if LinkedIn personal profiles could be connected for analytics, otherwise, everything in the platform has worked well for us so far. The mobile experience could be better as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows us to post to many social media channels instead of having to log in natively to each platform. It also allows for easy review and revision before publishing.
Easy to use and great features
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling social media posts and managing the accounts has been made super simple with Sprout Social. Also, I love the detailed and accurate reports generated. Their customer support and onboarding is also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of as of now. Still in an early stage of using it. And even if there are any issues, the customer success team is always quick to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout social has helped our team streamline the way we handle our social media accounts. It also helps me save a ton of time. More than that, it helps produce detailed reports. in no time.

Some reporting features do not go into the depth of audience and competitor analysis.

I like how all components for each social media platform are combined into one.

It can be a little laggy and slow to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us provide detailed responses to patients in an appropriate and professional way
Provides all the information that I need in one place, making analysis of data faster and easier.
What do you like best about the product?
Data analysis - easily displays all the information I want and need to be able to reflect on previous performance, future trends, competitors, etc. The tool is quite straight forward which makes it very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can only link TikTok business accounts - needs creator accounts too. Certain posting / resharing features that are missing require me to leave the tool i.e. reposting Instagram stories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Specficially data analysis, reflecting on previous social performance - which saves me time, and provides information which allows me to better reflect and susbsequently improve on the content being produced. Prior to Sprout, I had to do all of this manually which took too long.
Great platform - Finally have access to everything in one place!
What do you like best about the product?
I've only recently started using Sprout Social, but it has already far exceeded expectations. There are many great analytics and listening tools that give us a far better insight to our social media platforms as a business, with much less effort!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some areas of the platform that are very complicated. There are many many options for different pieces of data to be included in reports, which whilst great from a customizability standpoint, but can be overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps manage social media presence, saves time, improves engagement & analytics. All of this greatly helps our small marketing team as it allows us to direct our effort elsewhere.
Great efficiency and convenience for social channel management and analysis
What do you like best about the product?
We use this tool to schedule the weekly publication of visual content to our social networks, and it has not given us any problems; instead, it has been a relief of time and effort for the whole team. I also love the analytical functions it integrates; it allows us to monitor the performance of our campaigns, of each publication, and above all, the listening of social networks, the latter makes it even more valuable for us. At the interface level, it is perfect, well designed and neat. We also enjoy its reporting tool; these have been useful for presenting positive and negative qualities, feedback, and strategically making digital marketing decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is excellent within our work environment, and its performance has been better than expected, but its price is high; it is an expensive software compared to others in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has had a fantastic performance and integrates easily with the social networking platforms that are managed within the organization; it allows us to work in an organized manner both individually and collectively; everyone knows what they have to do within the platform, and the work is more organized and therefore more productive. It is a tool that is used daily, its implementation has been a great success, and we hope the improvements will continue.
Great platform to organize social medias, lots of functions
What do you like best about the product?
I found that the types of analytics we can filter from are really helpful, along with tag performance and competitor analysis. Being able to see comparisons between you and your competitors is really beneficial in how you can structure your social strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a new user, I haven't found anything I dislike at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us find optimal post times for each platform, which has also been a big factor in boosting our engagement rate. Also, seeing the competitor analysis helps us see what types of outputs we need to increase for each social profile.
