Sprout makes scheduling social media so much easier and more enjoyable!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how the scheduling feature is built out and all the functions that it has within it. I also love how many platforms are integrated into Sprout Social.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I have found that I don't like so far, is that you can only connect the e-commerce platform to one client. I have multiple clients who have e-commerce sites so this is a bummer, especially for a marketing agency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's saving me a lot of time in not having to hop to all different platforms just to post the same content. I am definitely more productive!
Solid Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The straightforward approach to scheduling posts and the information in the reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform seems to be lacking some tracking metrics, but it might be the social platforms limiting them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social scheduling and social reporting.
Friendly user experience. Difficult to share post schedules with collaborators.

Reliable service for scheduling content.
What do you dislike about the product?
hard to share planned content posts via calendar view - have tu use tags and share a whole calendar. Would be nice to be able to share specific posts via a link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time zone differences and geographic location targetting.
Robust Platform but Pricey
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has every feature you need for social media success including custom UTM tracking of assets for accurate reporting and tracking. The approval workflows make it easy to enable team members but keep supervision on overall social media strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout is very expensive, even at base prices without full reporting capabilities. Unless you are using every aspect of sprout social and have dedicated social media marketers, you can get better value elsewhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps us track our social media posts, schedule multiple posts at one time, track asset performance with UTM links, and keep an eye on engagement within our platforms.
Sprout is great for scheduling all of our content for all of our clients!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to schedule all of my content at one time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes posts will fail for no reason or a profile will disconnect without a reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of clients that we post organically for. Sprout is allowing us to post on multiple platforms for our clients which is adding value to our clients.
User friendly way to create social media performance reports
What do you like best about the product?
I like Sprout has a very user friendly interface, has a lot of features and can integrate with a lot of other marketing tools and software. I also appreciate the opportunity of sending the reports on a weekly/monthly basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
WHat I dislike as a Marketing Specialist is the fact that Sprout, when showing some of the metrics, includes paid and organic and sometimes doesn't differentiate them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me time definitely on looking at so many different tools that I would have to use for marketing analytics. I appreciate the fact the for business, it saves me valuable time.
Intuitive and reliable social media management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is easy to navigate and one of the best social media management tools out there. From publishing, community management to reporting, Sprout's interface is intuitive and helpful for every type of social media professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
As the social media landscape evolves, so does Sprout! There are a few things that are missing, such as additional links in bios for the Instagram link-in-bio feature, that I know are on Sprout's radar, so I appreciate them always adding additional features to their product and keeping their customers updated with new changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a company with multiple brands and each brand having at least three social media channels, Sprout is helping us compile all of our information into one place. It is a helpful tool for keeping all of our data in one place and for deciphering the information into easy-to-digest categories so we can make meaningful changes to our social media strategy across different social platforms.
Powerhouse for Social Management
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of scheduling, the schedule + duplicate feature, and the Chrome extension!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really do not like the layout of Sprout Link. I think it could stand to be way more customizable and allow for more link buttons than the one in the right corner. I love Sprout, but Later has the better link in bio.

Sprout Social is very intuative and easy to navigate. I love it.

Sprout Social is great for getting the basics scheduled and getting started.
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the Sprout feature of suggested times to post the most. It helps track our audience and see how their habits change throughout the time of year and days of the week.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes with short videos, it does claim my 16 by 9 video isn't those dimensions when it publishes normally on Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, etc., with no issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit of Sprout Social has been the ability to layout the backlog of content and pick up and drop it wherever I see fit. It makes making last minute changes much easier.
