Social media management made simple
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes planning, managing and creating social media content super simple. I love how organized the calendar is and how easy it is to schedule posts. Another feature I enjoy is the optimized time suggestions- I have noticed an increase in engagement after using this feature!
What do you dislike about the product?
The one issue I have had when posting to Instagram is when the photo aspect ratios are different. The preview will show the photos posting correctly, but if they are different sizes they will zoom in when actually posting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout takes the complication and guesswork out of posting to social media. It allows me to do everything in one place, stay organized and see patterns on what content is performing the best and what times work best as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social helps me stay organized when planning posts. I enjoy the content calendar provided. Also, the support staff is excellent. They always get back to me quickly whenever I have a question.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the only thing we would like to see is the competitor metrics on LinkedIn, but we understand that it's a LinkedIn privacy issue. Other than that everything has been great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We really haven't had any problems for Sprout Social to solve except for minor detail regarding a past employee having access and getting it changed over to another.
Simple and Easy yet very effective
What do you like best about the product?
I love the reporting analytics where I can see the best performing posts and even get specifics around time, photo vs video etc to help me plan the next post successfully.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can look a little busy on the calendar when posting but when you get used to it, it works great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most engaging posts and how to make them more engaging and when to post - with the reporting area, I can identify the best times and also the best ways to post to get the most people looking and being active on our site.
The place to go for social management
What do you like best about the product?
I love the interface. Sprout Social is super easy to use. Training and customer service are also great. I like the weekly progress reports, so I know whether or not I am on track with my social goals. Very happy the I chose Sprout Social
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if there were an easy way to store frequently used hashtags. The product is a little pricey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps me to manage my time better. Rather than posting daily, I can schedule posts in advance, and they just roll out as planned. They have a place in the platform called Sprou Queue where you can add content, and if you are unable to post for some reason, they will automatically send out saved content for you.
Using Sprout Social has changed the way we handle our socials.
What do you like best about the product?
It is great having a platform that allows you to easily access all comments on our socials, allowing us to efficiently stay on top of what people are saying about our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain functions needed specific to our company that Sprout could probably add in regards to our social escalation process. For example, when we would like reporting on the number of tasks completed and closed during a certain time period.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a platform that could monitor all of our Social platforms. Since Sprout monitors TikTok and all the latest platforms, this is a huge plus.
I've only been with Sprout Social for about a month, but I've been overwhelmingly impressed!
What do you like best about the product?
The customer service has been fantastic. I've loved the onboarding process and the tool itself is really intuitive!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to tag individuals on Twitter or LinkedIn, only businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to content plan, plan posts, and check if my drafts fit in the character limit without worrying I'll post my draft if I'm typing in the account itself.
Robust system for client social media managing
What do you like best about the product?
The easy of use of the product and ability to communicate via the platform. Features that allow me to toggle between clients with ease. Integrations like Sprout link and Bitly are extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The robust system that was Meltwater for media listening, although I prefer Sprout for social media content scheduling. Improvements to the app would be appreciated. The app works great, but there is some difficulty in posting real time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social provides the flexibility to manage several clients with multiple platforms in one system. Our clients are happy with reporting and productivity.
Expensive, but helpful
What do you like best about the product?
The sales team was very helpful, exploring our business' unique needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The onboarding process wasn't as smooth and there were a few technical bugs they had to resolve before we could get started.

Sprout is allowing us to make smarter, more strategic decisions about content.

What do you like best about the product?
Multiple posting simultaneously. Intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, really, even for a novice like me.

Sprout Social makes things easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love the publishing calendar. There are so many things you can do from there, from viewing your posts to approvals and edits. It's effortless to post on several platforms at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of reports to sort through. There's a lot of information to be gained, but if there was a way to streamline them a little more, that would be much better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to see how each post is performing on which platforms and make informed decisions about our strategy as we go. We also love seeing how our competitors are engaging on social. This helps us determine how to fill the gaps our competition is leaving in the market.
