Easily navigable with most wanted features in one spot
What do you like best about the product?
The smart inbox is a wonderful tool to interact with and keep up with topics important to the org

Some reporting features could use a deeper break down

My team can easily interact and see what each member is working on.

What do you like best about the product?
This application is very user-friendly. Sprout Social has many tools to schedule and measure social media posts. Their platform also offers training sessions to become better acclimated with the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the platform allowed you to customize one social media message across multiple channels or had a better system for replying to comments within the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is a new program for me, but it has been helping my organization spread awareness of their message, increase productivity for workers and measure business performance.
Easy, efficient and well-organised tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it is integrated into our communication channel- salesforce which makes it easier to work and means I don't have to have as many tabs open to switch between!
What do you dislike about the product?
Could make it easier to view where you and your colleagues have already replied to social media comments. Particularly having all my replies that I have sent made more easily accessible/visible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout social is helping to give quick and efficient replies to member. It is also helping to organize incoming contact from members with the filtering options etc.
Efficient Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social maintains all your business insights in one concise stream of information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout can run into a few bugs here and there with capturing specific data for fedback reports. The turnaround time on help with these issues can be time-consuming.

Maintaining all social media platforms in one easy-to-recognize and navigate place, resulting in productive operation streams.
Great Tool for your Social Team!
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Sprout Social is its many features across social platforms. Publishing or scheduling posts, comparing post performance, pulling analytics, monthly reporting, and even social listening.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setup takes a while on the front end - for example, setting up campaign tags and labels and adding those to previous posts, sorting conversations, and setting up keyword channels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social serves as a one-stop shop for our social media manager - I can schedule/publish content, create drafts, answer DMs, track paid social ads, and pull reporting every month. I can do all this directly from sprout social web or the app.
Sprout makes social scheduling simple
What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout's calendar view helpful when scheduling monthly content for each account. The upsides of using Sprout Social are the ability to toggle seamlessly between accounts and to duplicate posts between platforms — I love skipping the copy/paste when possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's frustrating when channels become disconnected, but it's a minor inconvenience compared to other social tools. It's nice to receive an email notification before content is disrupted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps me schedule all of my content across multiple accounts and platforms with the ability to see everything big picture. It's a huge time-saver.
Sprout is a fantastic service. Highly recommend for all of your social needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Interface and upkeep. Sprout stays on top of the media requirements and the ability to post stories and reels more than other apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope they'll consider a scheduler where you can create multiple posts on one screen at a time instead of having to use the "schedule and duplicate feature."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout quickly stays on top of updates, including publishing assets like reels and stories.
Easy to ease with fantastic reporting tools
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to break down post performance based on different metrics. Using Tags and Campaigns helps to streamline this process. The UI and usability of Sprout is incredibly user friendly with a lot of great tools and resources. The customer support from the on-boarding process has been great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Only being able to tag company pages on LinkedIn, still have to return to the platform to update tags. LinkedIn content is delayed in appearing inside the Smart Inbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is speeding up our reporting capabilities and streamlining the workflow. Being able to access a variety of reports in a quick and easy-to-understand format saves hours of manual work digging through data.
A positive step for our CS social management. Ticks all of our boxes and at competitive price point.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not having the capability to have two-way language translation or use a third party integration. This would give Sprout an additional advantage to global firms competing in markets where clients communicate in multiple languages.

Reporting - gives us visibility over our social performance that we didn't previously have
