Very comprehensive tools
What do you like best about the product?
The smart inbox is particularly helpful. But posting to almost all platforms is definitely one of the best features
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact you can't post to YouTube or stories. Also the fact you can't filter the Smart Inbox according to posts you have posted from your account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple SM accounts and dealing with content management
Great service but pricey. Cheaper alternatives are available.
What do you like best about the product?
Tools were easy to use and very powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints as far as the services are concerned; however, the price was much more than some alternative solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SproutSocial helped us to being managing our social media content much better than as we were doing previously.

What do you like best about the product?
The UX design is great, easy to see all the tools and find each one
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the chat support feature. Most of the time it goes to email and takes about a day to get back to you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes reporting and automating reporting much easier and quicker for all departments. Makes it easy to social listen to all channels at the same time. We have been able to share insights with all departments
It has been easy to navigate so far. There's still much to unpack and learn, which gets me excited.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of navigation, especially when scheduling posts - being able to create campaigns/labels, duplicate posts, add review process, find optimal times, and include links.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the competitive analysis reports, I wish there was a way to show that I've reviewed certain messages so that I don't have to use some other tool to remind me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not sure what they're solving, but I did see if they can add the option of uploading GIF files to Instagram without me having to convert each of those files to an MP4.
Great onboarding and customer service experience!
What do you like best about the product?
Had a great experience with Melanie learning how to get the most out of our Sprout Social suite. She took plenty of time helping answer questions and tailoring the experience to our company's specific needs by location.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that Sprout is still limited in some of it's scheduling features but forsee great improvements with Reels/linking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing our company to many multiple social handles through a single interface. Strategizing responses in a collaborative setting is very helpful.

I like how easy it is to schedule posts on multiple platforms.

I wish that there was more accessible data in the reporting section.

Sprout is helping me bulk schedule posts across multiple platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to monitor all social medias and the integration to Salesforce is really nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Set up can be a little tricky if you do not know what you are doing. I recommend putting aside some time before the initial set up.

What do you like best about the product?
Great customer service! Very thorough with guiding me in training for Sprout. Very easy to talk to and quick to respond. I am so thankful! Whereas other competitors make it less accessible for assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better improvement on accessibility for the Deaf customers such as training over zoom using an interpreter while guiding the website, can be difficult. Also many unnecessary features on Sprout, especially the listening feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me breakdown the analyisis which is helpful for me to report to my board team. Also it has a really neat feature where you can target audiences from different countries!
Simplifying my day-to-day
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that I can bring all of the social platforms and accounts together in one spot where I can program, manage and analyze date with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost was difficult to justify to manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a team of 1 managing 15+ web sites and 10 social accounts. It's very difficult to jump between everything and make the most of my time. Sprout allows me to stay within 1 platform to handle all social.

Tagging other companies & profiles in posts can be very buggy
