It has been great for reporting on our social media performance.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how the reporting is organized by account and channel. The metrics are easy to find and export. I do not use the tool for publishing, though, just for reporting and analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
We also use a direct connection between Facebook and Instagram Insights with our Data Studio report and it's been confusing to understand the differences across platforms to show what is organic vs. paid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us to pull data to show community growth and engagement for our social channels and to show individual post results so that we can understand what types of content are most engaging and how we can better connect with our consumers.
I love Sprout Social, it's been pretty smooth
What do you like best about the product?
Asset library, tag features for reporting, the onboarding specialist was super helpful, scheduling with smart times, reporting features, competitor viewing, the ability to drag and drop the calendar
What do you dislike about the product?
The header image when I post a blog sometimes defaults to the first image in the post rather than our hero image. I tried fixing it with the support team but didn't have any luck.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me stay organized. A problem I anticipated having was not being able to keep everything in a good order. It's also helping me report back to my team about my progress, solving the problem of not knowing how social is reporting.
Sprout social is my go to choice
What do you like best about the product?
The workflow options Sprout provides are invaluable to the bigger organizations I use it for. Also the way it scales for bigger or smaller orgs makes it usable no matter the size of who is using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price options can sometimes be prohibitive when adding on features beyond the basic things (like workflow). Also adding users to an account can be quite expensive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow and content planning. Being able to load in content weeks or even months out means things don't slip through the cracks and makes day to day social media planning much easier

What do you like best about the product?
Have been working with a customer support specialist to ensure we’re getting the most out of the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still find no use of the social listening add on. It’s tricky to set up and the results are still irrelevant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is saving me lots of time with reporting. I can access all data in one place without having to go to various sources.
User-friendly platform to manage social media content
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social stands out in front of other services thanks to its user-friendly interface, ease to use and integration with the main channels APIs, which ensures the quality of all data.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be challenging to understand Sprout Social's jargon, e.g., it classifies incoming mentions or comments as 'messages,' which may make you think someone sent you a direct message. Also, it mixes the terms 'label' and 'tag' depending on which section of the platform you're at.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to centralize our content calendar and grant everyone access. It also helps us define approval flows to quickly manage post requests from other teams. Lastly, the Smart Inbox section comes in handy for essential community management.
The tool is powerful.

I like the competitor analysis abilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had better capabilities for previewing the content as would display in-network.

Sprous Social is saving me time with my social media community management.
Convenient but needs improvement

Being able to schedule posts in advance and analytics

Not being able to @ LinkedIn posts is limiting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to schedule multiple posts in advance for the same day is a time saver
Complex but good
What do you like best about the product?
Its a one stop shop for social scheduling, analytics, comments and reviews. It saves my team time so they can go directly to sprout and not have to go on all the separate platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seems to be an issue with accuracy of data at times and sometimes its hard to find what I need because the platform is so complex. Its easy to get confused or lose your spot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to access help as they have been very response. anytime is need help I imply send an email and receive a response quickly about setting up a new meeting to address the issues.
Pretty good, missing some key updates
What do you like best about the product?
For publishing, it's great to be able to have all the accounts in one spot and the reports/analytics that Sprout automatically compiles is very helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
They're missing key updates and features which have made us have to not use Sprout for certain posts, like updated emojis, collaborators on posts, cover photos for Reels, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is a time saver and is saving us having to do many things manually, making sure posts go up timely across all accounts. It's also helping us with analytics to better review and look over what's working.
Easy to use, content can be scheduled to post far in advance with best posting times being provided

You can schedule post ways in advance and don't need to think about posting. Sprout will give you the best times to post to make the most of your post
What do you dislike about the product?
Provided content needs to be duplicated and newly scheduled instead of just accepting a post
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No need to think about posting daily - just schedule and forget. Once a month I am scheduling all posts and get weekly engagement updates
