Sprout Social is our Partner for Social Platforms
What do you like best about the product?
What I think I like best is that our ideas and suggestions for improvements are documented and considered as they improve the platform. With any technical solution, there are always opportunities to make it better, but I feel like they listen.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often get concerned when a tech company starts buying lots of new platforms and selling them to existing customers. I am seeing a little of that with Sprout and have been clear that we don't want to buy anything else at this time. But, I grow concerned that they can get too big to support their original customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because we have a global view of our brands and social accounts, Sprout Social does a great job of consolidating the inbox and listening so that we can be more efficient when responding and engaging across multiple brands and social platforms.
Straight-foward without losing depth.
What do you like best about the product?
The analytics available through Sprout give us a leg up when preparing the strategy for the following time period. There is also an intuitive nature to how Sprout works - if something *feels* like it should be in a certain area, it usually is!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are sometimes a good number of proverbial "hoops" needed to jump through to link all accounts or add people to accounts. In addition, it could be easier to create canned responses and create workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem Sprout is solving for me and my team is the exact thing Sprout is designed to do - have everything in one place and make engagement a simple task that takes a fraction of the time.

What do you like best about the product?
This platform is intuitive and extremely data-driven while keeping you above the weeds. I recently switched to this company from one of their competitors and have not looked back
What do you dislike about the product?
The training is very dense and time consuming but it is also just a hazard of the game. I wish there were virtual training videos so you could do it on your own time and then provide the option for a live if needed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
solves: auto-publishing, listening, spam comments, saves me SO MUCH time, helps my team stay aligned with check points and eases communication. I love the preview features and all of the data that I can see

What do you like best about the product?
I think the most useful part of Sprout is the CS functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the price, it just doesn't make sense to me. I could get a more robust social media analytics tool for a fraction of the cost, add on a publishing tool (if I needed it - but with TikTok and Reels algorithms, creating the videos in-app are preferred) for $1000 a year.
Plus, the complexity kills me. Getting a metrics report is cumbersome.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, the biggest problem Sprout solves is workflow - specifically around CS. Allowing the customer support function to assign posts and responses is likely the only reason I'd recommend Sprout.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is very easy to set-up and intuitive to use. I love the reporting capabilities. Easy to track multiple accounts and schedule posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social is a bit expensive so it's not in everyone's budget but it's a great tool. I do wish some of the reports could be more easily customized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keep track of all our different social media accounts, lets us schedule posts ahead of time and export reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is helping us to better manage our comments and messages. It also provides us with more detailed reporting tools to better understand what is working within our content strategy and what we can improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could make adjustments to the posts for specific social media channels within the main edit window rather than composing posts for each channel separately. If I need to shorten a post for Twitter or remove a link on IG, I need to compose those separately, usually by copying and pasting the text. This isn't a huge deal, but my last tool Social Pilot offered this, and it was very convenient. I also wish there was an option to keep my drafts together for editing so that they stay grouped, similar to how they stay together when you schedule a post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is saving me time with its social inbox. Rather than having to check my messages and comments in the native apps/sites for each service, I can now keep an eye on things in one place. It also provides us with more detailed reporting to better understand what is working and what's not. It is also helping us to keep an eye on what and how our competitors post.

Sprout Social is designed with the user in mind. It has every tool you may need and is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of things you can use Sprout Social for. Sometimes I forget what tools are available because they are hidden in menus that I don't always access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social solves the problem of having to monitor a bunch of social media profiles in a million different places. It benefits me because I save time and can easily compare social profiles.

Clean and easy to use. Great onboarding team
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of saved replies unless top tier package. Lacking ability to reply publicly and privately to messages from the listening tool.

Easy to use functionality, ability to run listening topics within the platform.
