Outstanding Security Features and Best Practices
What do you like best about the product?
It quickly shows who is consuming the bandwidth (Top Talkers, Top Applications, Top Conversations, Top Protocols).
This makes it easy to identify bottlenecks and network abuse without having to access routers manually.

What do you dislike about the product?
On very large deployments (many interfaces / high traffic), reports can become slow unless the hardware is strong or the database is tuned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ManageEngine NetFlow Analyzer helps us identify bandwidth consumption patterns, isolate traffic bottlenecks, and monitor link utilization in real time. By visualizing which applications, users, and interfaces are consuming the most resources, we can proactively address congestion instead of reacting after outages.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most is its real-time traffic monitoring and detailed insights into bandwidth usage. It helps me identify top talkers, track traffic by application or interface, and set alerts for unusual behavior. The interface is simple enough for quick deployment, and auto-discovery of devices saved us a lot of manual setup time. We use it daily to monitor network performance across multiple branches, and it integrates well with our existing ServiceDesk Plus instance for automatic ticket creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI feels outdated and sometimes hard to navigate, especially when pulling long-term reports. Also, under heavy usage or large data sets, it tends to lag or consume too many resources. The customer support experience hasn’t always been helpful—they take time to respond, and sometimes escalate basic issues unnecessarily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us detect bandwidth abuse and congestion early, especially in remote offices. We used to rely on guesswork, but now we get instant insights into traffic spikes, applications causing issues, and historical patterns. This has improved our response time during incidents and helped in justifying bandwidth upgrades with solid data.

The feature of bandwidth monitoring qos is very helpful

It's only based on the firewall outside application monitor inside the on premises application not able to track

Helpful for troubleshooting the internet issue

Noticed the traffic data is duplicated when analyzing traffic across site-to-site VPN tunnels

We needed to monitor network activities into and out of our networks, and NetFlow Analyzer does that well for us.

Product is simple and straightforward, featureset is broad. Customer service is good, the people know how to fix your issue.

No downsides noticed so far, experience is good.

1) Traffic tracking or traffic flow making easy to trouble shoot for administrators
