Detailed NetFlow Bandwidth & Interface Utilization Reporting

    Reviewed on Jul 09, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
In NetFlow, I like that we get detailed reports on interface utilization and bandwidth, including who is using how much bandwidth and what the destination is for each source.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting functionality needs significant improvement. Right now, the product only offers predefined report templates and doesn’t allow any report customization. In many cases, we need reports that include only the specific information relevant to our requirements, but there’s no option to tailor existing reports or create new ones based on our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our experience with NetFlow has been positive, especially when it comes to network traffic visibility. It provides useful insights into interface bandwidth utilization, highlights which users, devices, or applications are consuming the most bandwidth, and clearly shows the source and destination of network traffic. Overall, these capabilities support day-to-day network monitoring and troubleshooting, as well as longer-term capacity planning and performance analysis.

That said, the reporting module needs significant improvement. At the moment, the product relies on predefined report templates with limited flexibility, and there is no real way to tailor reports to specific business or operational requirements. In many cases, we only need a subset of information, but we can’t create custom report templates, choose specific fields, or apply more advanced customization. Adding customizable templates along with more flexible filtering and selection options would greatly improve the user experience and make reporting more efficient.

Netflow Makes Bandwidth and Application Traffic Monitoring Clear

    Reviewed on May 18, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
We are a telecom-based company, and we often deal with heavy network traffic and congestion. Netflow allows us to monitor traffic by bandwidth and by application, so we can identify congestion issues and understand where traffic drops are happening.
What do you dislike about the product?
In a large environment, it generates a huge data flow. Retention planning has issues because older logs get purged, which sometimes impacts analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we are a telecom-based company and handle a huge data flow, it helps us monitor traffic drops at each stage of the devices and the overall flow. It also helps us plan in advance by suggesting future predication.

Highly Customizable Flow Collector with Flexible Network Grouping

    Reviewed on Apr 03, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
It's highly customizable flow collector and the best part is I can create many different groups to logically separate my networks to analyze them part by part according to my needs. Additionally, it has some features like DPI Agent which enables to identify the network problems' root causes between application (ART) or network (NRT).
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot say I have something to dislike about this product. The only development could be there can be ready-to-use tools inside it while pinpointing the root causes of network issues as not preparing them manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can easily identify the network problems occurs in a specific time range and pointing me to the right direction with less time consuming and effort. The grouping mechanism is very useful and the "reports" inside the software is not kind of ones that you present to your managers. Over half of them serves for troubleshooting purposes to make detailed analyze of network and narrow down the problems. They simply give you edge to check the problems from different perspectives.
