I enjoy the performance and customization for large datasets, as well as the proactive capacity planning and its strong value for money. The initial setup is very good and easy, even when setting up continuously two or three times.

I find the UI and customization options limited and the setup and filtering complexity can be challenging. The initial confirmation for multi-vendor flow exports may require extra work. The delayed custom reporting automation option could be better.
