Great tool for monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
The best we can configure multiple critical nodes/servers/machines and monitor real time alerts and save many potential outages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost is a little higher as compared to other monitoring tools, no cheap options for start up or small scale companies.

For the low cost of free, get up to the minute, we site uptime monitoring. Don't let your service a ability alerts be detected by your clients first!

Under the free tier I cannot find any reasonable fault with Pingdom

This allows IT to connect with users to assist with programs. It gives the user the ability to work directly in another OS, which compared to others, is just as good.

Nothing! It works well! It is easy for both the user and the person needing assistance.

It allows us to connect with users remotely to inspect their OS for any IT issues. We are able to quickly and efficiently connect with users and complete our tasks.

Load Balancer properly routing traffic or not, it's easy to troubleshoot, what’s contributing to a slowness or service outage.

Not ready for SDN products such as Aruba Fabric Composer, Aruba CX10000 switches solution, that gives you the end to end visibility of your SDN Controllers, Spine and leaf switches health and performance.

Gives the deep visibility of network infra & VoIP Infra. Reporting and Configuration is easy as compared to other ESM products

The fluctuation of the graph and accurate device health make it versatile.

I experience while having a problem with the server being down the issue. We need special attention to understand where the actual issue is coming from. Sometimes it seems like it is a normal issue, but it is something else.

Well, It helps me to learn new technology and new platform in which I'm not much familiar. While solving solarwinds problem it teaches me to abnormal devices with unexpected problem.
