Very quick and reliable!
What do you like best about the product?
I personally feel that it is really useful since it's fast. I've used it for work and now I'm stuck to it. Even the support provided by the company is really fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to dislike about this service, I sometimes have glitches, but that's all of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For my current role, I have to transfer large datasets and very large files. I use Aspera to get this done and its really useful.

especially for teams and businesses dealing with large data transfers, its Fast Adaptive Secure Protocol, Everything is encrypted end-to-end with features, transfer files across on-premises, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Aspera can get expensive, overwhelming or unintuitive for first-time users, There’s no generous free tier to experiment with long term.

high-speed transfers regardless of file size or distance, automation features and API integrations, share files via workspaces.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly provide high speed and secure data transfer is crucial for the large data sets we have built within our cross functional projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be somewhat difficult to integrate and introduce its wide scale utility to a less well rounded team. The learning curve and integration with certain data sets seemed to present a slightly higher learning curve than anticipated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has boosted our utility of FTP by providing a catalyst to guarantee effecient file transfer over longer distances, poor connection or higher than normal latency.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about it is that it provides encryption while transferring the data. It is very important for us as we have to deal with european customer's data.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the data is small, it may be costly using it.

Transferring customer related senstive data have risk of breach but it provided security to protect the data.
Fatest data Transfer
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using IBM Aspera on Cloud for quite some time, and honestly, I’ve come to rely on it for all my file transfers. I still remember my first big transfer—probably around 50GB of data—and I was surprised by how quickly it was done, and I was impressed, but when I used FTP for transfer, it took too much time, but IBM Aspera is really a very good SAAS service.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things that make me feel impatient sometimes, like it is not easy to navigate something, and especially when you are new, I suggest to IBM that a simple GUI be more useful to new people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Actullay The IBM Aspera on cloud helps me to save my time and also helps me with security problems or concerns. See, when I send a file to a receiving person, my main concern is security, and the most interesting thing about IBM Aspera is that when I work on sensitive data, the IBM Aspera encrypted the data when I sent the data, and the biggest benefit is that it speeds up mind-blowing.

It makes the large file transferring very easy and provides encryption while tranferring it. Also, its intuitive interface simplifies collaboration across teams and organizations,

Sometimes the performance is slow as it may depends on the server.

It eliminates delays in transferring large files by having advanced technologies enabling data to move up to hundreds of times faster than traditional transfer methods.

It is one of the best convinient mode which i ever used. One of the best part is that it is totally secured and efficient.

Nothing as of now as it is giving high speed.
